This is your 4th or 5th post in which you are using subject like this and I guss you might have been told to write in a decent manner. Havnt you learned anything about being bit decent ?
Why you think that these hell lot of question marks are going to make it more important than other posts. If you want to ask something, just be polite and give some good subject to the post.
BTW why you are looking for ready made demo projects ? Want for some assignment ? If you are new, think, make a project and learn. There is no tablet that can help you in learning Oracle.

1. Your role in the project.
2. Has any of other resources of your company currently working or the project is new to your company.
3. What are all the modules/Technologies that you would be supporting. etc...
Get knowledge transfer from existing resources, if there are any.
Go through their Business Process.
Get familiar with the tool that they are using for handling Tickets.
Go through Service Level Agreement. (Time frames for different type of tickets)
Legacy system's if they are using any.
Custom programs/layouts/interfaces/tables etc.

what kind of treinament you find? A techical/functional treinament, a user application treinament.
If techinal treinament, the bookshelf is the better document to find information. You can use the forum, sites and Oracle Metalink to find you doubts.
If user application treinament, where user use the application and find about how to execute a process, you can use IHelp or your company can use Oracle UPK (User Productivity Key). You can create treinament in this tool and your users can acess the treinaments.

Things Nokia doesn't tell you about the E61i

The E 61i looks great, BUT:
They don't tell you it runs on an exotic platform called Symbian, most banking software will not run with Symbian and I suspect lots of other websites will not either.
So you can forget about making payments with your phone.
Installing email programs like gmail is not easy, go to the google website to see how. Nokia doesn't tell you.
The user manual is too superficial and has a lousy structure.
Customer support from Nokia in my country (the Netherlands) is almost non-existant. Emails are not answered and there is no helpdesk. You can only go with your phone to a repair center and hope for the best.
The settings download service only works for a small number of settings, e.g. not for the gmail settings.
I noticed that the backup function in Nokia pc suite does not make a backup of everything, e.g not the address book.
And these are just a few of my experiences......

My friend the think is to do some research before buying the phone,i am insure you that there is a lot of app which can help you a lot with things you are interest in....just do some good search...if you need help
