can please any one tell me how to configure the microsoft outlook in this nokia E61i model and configuring the VOIP service in the mobile?
I'm not certain what you mean about using Outlook. Are you trying to use Mail for Exchange? I use this on my E60 and would be glad to help you with settings if this is what you need.
As for VoIP settings, this depends on what VoIP service provider you are using. I use Truphone, Vonage and Sipgate. The following are example settings for Sipgate:
Profile name: Sipgate
Service Profile: IETF
Default Access point: WiFi-N
Public user name: sip:Your_user_Namesipgate.co.uk
Use compression: No
Registration: On demand
Use security: No
Proxy server

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

I have updated my iphone this evening and is has asked me to connect my phone to itunes, I connected it to a computer with itunes and it says it needs restoring? and all my images etcwill be earsed I need help as I have not backed my iphone up previously please help?
YOur phone is in recovery mode, any data that was on there is already gone, you will have to restore your phone and use whatever backup you to restore to.

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone. -

i have 8900 , when i got it 4 months ago everything was good. then i had a problems with the phone. i took it to the company, then they give me a new one.
with the old phone all my three email was working as good as it should be.
(( the problem))
but with the new one, only one email is working which is a gmail.
the others two emails a MSN, and LIVE emails are not working at all.
and always when i' am trying to set up one of them it keep showing me this message:

i am sure 100% that my email address and password are correct.

Why not go into your hotmail account and set a new password there, something really simple, and then try adding it again to your BlackBerry.
