Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz i need a help in my last written Thread (APEX LOGIN Error)
i have installed the APEX For 5 times and i couldnt Run it till now
the last time was completed succesfully ... and i arrived in the POST INSTALLATION TASKS to Creating the MARVEL.CONF and editing THE HTTPD.CONF ....
and i sent both files contents in my thread (APEX LOGIN Error) ... and hope anybody can read them and tell me what mistakes r there ...

The error indicates something about the database resource manager so that may be a clue.
If you have a backup of the init.ora file now would be the time to pull it out.
If you really get stuck comment out all parameters except what you think you really need and then add them in one by one until you find the culprit. -

Based on the error message, it appears to be an issue with privileges. Make sure the user specified in the error message has the privilege to access the report.
Also I believe usernames are case sensitive, so check that out as well.. -

Plz help Me any one i am getting errors in Servlets
My OS is Windows 2000.I am using J2SDK1.4.0_02(in c:\J2SDK1.4.02_02\) and in order to run the SERVLETS I recently installed the J2SDKEE1.3.1 (in c:\J2SDKEE1.3.1). I updated the class path to c:\ J2SDKEE1.3.1\bin and c:\ J2SDKEE1.3.1\lib\jsdk.jar .Now I wrote a simple servlet program SimpleServlet.java and saved it in c:\MyPrograms.
Now when I compiled this program at prompt as follows
C:\MyPrograms\>javac SimpleServlet.java
I am getting the following errors
1)Package javax.servlet doesn�t exist
2)Package jaavx.servlet.http doesn�t exist
Can somebody please tell me where I went wrong. My guess is that the problem is with installing J2SDK. Somebody please let me out this problem.
Thanx!Okay, you installed the Enterprise java sdk. I have never seen this jar before: "J2SDKEE1.3.1\lib\jsdk.jar". There should be the j2ee.jar in the same folder, this is what contains the Servlet API.
Next, when compiling your servlet include the classpath in your javac statement:
javac -classpath %CLASSPATH% SimpleServlet.javaWhen installing the J2EE SDK, you should have set up your J2EE_HOME and J2EE_LIBS env entries. Rather than just add the jar to your class path, use the J2EE_LIBS ref when compiling instead:
set J2EE_HOME=C:\J2SDKEE1.3.1
set J2EE_LIBS=%J2EE_HOME%\lib
javac -classpath %J2EE_LIBS%\j2ee.jar SimpleServlet.javaRather than call "set" each time add them to your System properties.

after I installed a new workspace to my local apex installation with the oracle 10g express database i become the following error when i try to login into my apllications in the "old" workspace.
The login into a application of the new workspace works!
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
Error ERR-1082 Error in executing authorization scheme code.

I use the iCab Mobile browser and it can identify as desktop IE 6, 7, 8, or 9. It may not have all of the functionality of IE that you are looking for, but IMO it is a superior browser to Safari in many, many ways. Take a look at it in the App Store and read the reviews. -

One can see in the answer that its a huge number when one is expecting it to be somewhere around:
EXPECTED ANSWER:
*5000 * 800 nanos( it takes 800 nanos for very increment) = 4000000 = 4 millis and its like 9014 millis*
How is there such a huge difference ????????? I have bruised thorugh it for like 3 days... i have lost all my hope.. Plz help..Also look at the next code..
When i go to see in the log .. it shows me that every record took like from 2000 nanos to 6 to 7 millis i.e.7000000...
HOw is this even possibly possible ??? where did it get all this extra time from...it should not be more than some 700 to 900 nanos ..
Is there a bottleneck somewhere ????

My (humble) advise is:
1. WTF are you doing trying to measure the time taken to execute a [unirary operation|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unary_operation] (you putz!) which is just like so freeken small (on a 2Ghz CPU) that even a gazzillion invocations might take less time than it took you get your duds off in order to earn your reputation as a putz!
2. FFS, Don't write profiling code in your app... just download one. VisualVM is way cool!
3. As you would know, if you had bothered to actually RTFM at any stage in your (bugging;-) career... synchronized methods are slow(er) because of the farckin time taken to acquire and release the lock... as well as the inherent inefficiency of bottlenecking a whole method, as apposed to just the critical statements... which in the case of a simple incrementor is just about no near new never mind... so no never mind... but still the fact remains... you've turned an atomic operation (google it yourself) into a bottleneck... and then you're standing there whining about bottlenecks. Doh!
4. Seriously dude, read the effin manual.

I am using iphone 3gs since last 4 days. Till yesterday night it was working fine and i have connected this phone for charging . Morning there was apple logo in the screen and every 1mte (approx) it is blinking. I could not restart the phone.Plz help . I have tried to reset even by pressing sleep and home button but it could not help. Please suggest. Still i have connected for charging .
Sounds like you have corrupt backup data, if this occurs from one phone to another. Try restoring the phone as a new device, without a backup. Try using for a day before installing any other apps, etc. See if that improves the battery life. Then try syncing back applications a couple at a time. Something seems to be locking in the processor which is draining the battery.
Do you live in an area where there are Apple Stores? If so, try making an appointment with the Genius Bar to have the device checked out. -

AdiumX Constantly Crashing after QT update
