PM Operation - Services Tab Layout

All,
In a PM Order, I am trying to maintain the Field layout on the Services tab of the Operation Detail screens when I have the control key set with {X-"internally processed operation/external processing possible"}. With that setting in the control key, the "Gross Price" field is not visible. My objective is to have the field visible, but administering the layout through the transaction is not working.
Is anyone familiar with an IMG Activity that will allow me set the Services tab layout for that control key? It is not in the Operation Detail Filed Selection IMG Activity, and the screen field is "ESLL-TBTWR".

I understand that '' is the external services setting. But why does the 'x' setting change the layout of the services tab to not include Gross Price? The purpose of that 'X' setting is to allow for internal OR external processing. It won't generate a purchase req if the setting is 'x' but I'd expect to be able to enter gross price per unit in the services tab, just like it is for the '' external setting. Or I expect to be able to modify the tab layout.
(both cases the Service box is checked)
Any ideas why i can't change the layout of the services tab? Any ideas why the services tab changes depending on the externally processing option?

I want the field "Actual Quantity " to be displayed in the service tab layout .
I am able to make other fields visible n all , but Actual Qty field is skipped by the system .

Check in ML90 - for field status groups say PT9 (service item), NB (standard PO) or ME21 - in quantity fields - entered quantity is in hidden status? Make it optional and then try.

Table control View in Maintenance order Services tab

Hi Experts,
I am trying to change the table control fields of the services tab of the maintenance order , when we use PM03 control key to generate services PR.
I try to remove some check box which are earlier defined as invisible to make it visible. However after saving the system variant system doesnt take the changes. It is coming back to the original .
Here are couple of fields I would like to change the setting. As of now I am trying to change the below mentioned field to visible . Presently it is in invisible mode.

Formula::ESLL-FORMELNR,
Form values: ESLL-FRMVAL1 to ESLL-FRMVAL5 and
User field3: ESLL-USERF1_TXT

I am following the below. Kindly let me know whether I am following the right step.
1) Click on tbale setting
2) CLick on administrator
3) Select the field and do the necessary change to make visible or invisible.
4)Activate
5)Close
6) save.

The IMG customizing will have greater priority than the screen table controls (also specific program logic can supersede the table controls). Check the customizing for service screen at following path:

MAKING UNLIMITED INDICATOR AS GREY MODE IN SERVICE TAB OF SERVICE P.O

Dear cons
In service purchase order we want to make unlimited delivery indicator in a grey mode in service tab. I tried in screen layout of purchase order. In purchase order there are two field of unlimited indicator. One is available in delivery tab of p.o in item details screen. Another is also available in service tab of p.o in item details screen. When I made setting in screen layout at document level I saw the unlimited indicator became grey in DELIVERY TAB of the P.O. But my requirement is to make the setting in a grey mode in service tab of the p.o. how can I do it.Because we have created a ser. p.o of service of 10piece. but the user has activated unlimited indicator in service item . we want to make setting so that the system will not allow to activate the un limited indicator.pl. solve it.

Try this in external service management:
MM-> external service management -> define screen layout -> choose ME21-> copy it as ME21n (tcode) -> under quantity tab -> make Overfulfillment tolerance % & Overfulfillment tol. unlimited as hidden/ display.
So if you ME21n tcode then these fields will be hidden/ display.

Service Po Layout

Hi Experts,
We have a requirement, in the service PO, item cat -D, acct ***- K, When the services tab opens, we want to greyout service rate, we want that the service rate should come from service conditions and users will not have the authorisation to put manual rate.
How to config in spro. full points for helping answers.

Materials Management->External Services Management->Define Screen Layout-> PT9 click on this -> Price and value fields click on this make Gross value dispaly mode

Tab Layout

Hi,
Is there a way where the Application Administrator can set a Tab Layout administratively within some admin screen for all users instead of each user going to My Setup and changing the layout in Personal Layout? We do not want to show the Opportunities, Leads Tabs to all our users as we are using OnDemand as a Service apps.

No, not exactly....
If you move a new tab to "Available Tabs" within the User Role, the user will be able to see it to add to their personal tab layout. If you move the new tab to "Selected Tabs", the tab will appear as the last tab in the user's personal tab layout, regardless of where you positioned it in the tab order.
If the user doesn't modify their tab layout again and you remove access to the new tab within the User Role, it will be removed from the user's personal tab layout. If the user has modified their tab layout since the new tab was added, removing it from the User Role will not remove it from the user's personal tab layout.
I would recommend you test this functionality for yourself to gain a better understanding within your own environment.

Cant find HP Web services tab to find claim code

Hi
I am trying to set up HP ePrint on my HP Laserjet M1522nf printer connected to my home network. I am unable to find the claim code for my printer to set up the device on HP connected services.
I have entered the IP address on my web browser and entered the printer's configuration tab but i am unable to find the web services tab or the print info page for the claim code.
Please let me know how to find the claim code so that i could set up ePrint.

HP LaserJet 600 M601 HP Web Services tab disappeared

Setup a new M601 yesterday. Networking and printing work fine, but when I would click on the "HP Web Services" tab and try to enable web services, it kept popping up an error and tell me to check proxy settings. No proxy. Installed the most recent firmware (2200643_22834) and logged back in. Networking and printing working fine. Now the "HP Web Services" tab is gone! Ran through the firmware update again, same result. Would try to access it by direct url, but I have no idea what it is.
Where can I get the original firmware?
Does someone know the URL so I can try to directly access the page, should look something like, https://192.168.x.x/hp/device/???
Any other ideas? Is there some sort of console command line access for this printer?

PDF Portfolio Navigator with horizontal tab layout

Hello, Experts
         I am trying to create a PDF Portfolios with horizontal tab layout structure;
         several .NET libraries allowed me to create PDF files with thumbnail layout, but, in order to populate a horizontal tab
         layout, it seems, I would need to create a custom PDF navigator and import it into PDF Portfolio prior to inserting PDF file components ?
        preinstalled navigators look great, but I just need a simple horizontal tab view, where each tab only contains file's name and nothing else;
         buy clicking on each tab - corresponding file would be activated in the viewer
       is there any library of predesigned navigators that I can use ?
        is there any way to extract navigator from one and import it into another PDF portfolio ?
       would I need to use Flash or can this be done via .NET ?

tried to install Portfolio SDK
can't see the Navigator project wizard in Flex Builder ( 4.6 )
The plugins have been extracted to:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4.6\eclipse\plugins
The NavigatorSupport folder has been extracted to:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4.6\eclipse and ( just in case ) to
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder 4.6\

Services tab in Service Purchase Order for Limit SC is not filled in

As per the standard behaviour if a Free text SC is created for Services , the PO is created with one line item having description as " service item " and under the Services tab we can see the line items.
But when we create a SC from Limit for Services ( if we select Confirmation and Invoice ), The PO is created just like normal PO with item category as "D" and we do not see any line item in the Services tab in the PO.
Could you please let us know why this difference between Free text SC and for Limit SC.

What you describe is standard.
1- Limit SC
A limit item in SRM can give two kinds of R/3 PO items:
b- If you set "Invoice and confirmation" during Limit SC item creation, this means you will confirm your item, so R/3 PO item for service can only be created as category item "D",
Nevertheless, for your R3 PO item, you have populated an expected value (and you can fill in also an overall limit if check box "Unlimited" was not set at SC item creation).
That's why "Service" tab is empty. The "Limit" tab is populated in this case: confirmation will be done according to PO item expected value and not according to PO item quantity
a- If you set "Invoice only"during Limit SC item creation, this means confirmation is not allowed for you item, so R/3 PO item can only be created as item "B" (blanket). Blanket PO cannot be confirmed.
2- Free text SC
For a free text SC item with product type "Service", R/3 PO item will be a "D" category item.
"Service" tab is filled in with quantity and net price: confirmation will be done according PO item quantity.
So, main difference between Free text SC and Limit SC is quantity or expected value based confirmation.

Actual quantity in service tab page becoming zero after updation

Dear friends,
We updated validity start date, end date in header and the field "form.val.2" in service tab page in item details of a service line item(item category D) in a Purchase order using the function module 'BAPI_PO_CHANGE'. After updation we observed the actual quantity (which denotes the total GR qty) becoming zero, making the PO completely open and allowing creation of service entry sheet for full quantity. This happend for so many POs. Now we want to correct the actual quantity. But as it is in display mode it now become difficult to change the actual quantity through any function module.
Seeking for a genuine solution about how to correct the actual quantity.

you can set the StretchChildren property on the ShowDetailItem components to make the panel tab to resize the contained children. I set the inline style on a paneltab and the result shows in the rendered output

Hi if u r referring service contract maintain it in the line item (Outline agreement no). All the other details will copied from Contract.

Can anyone help with an operator service that hijacked my account.

I recieved a message from some international operator service which I can not delete. I can no longer make any calls without going through them .

I believe that was what we just did. It was reprogrammed. I am told i am in an extended network on Telecom towers. I have been here many times before without any such problem. waiting for the tech to get back to me. It was referred to a supervisor.
