PM Order change, and bad delivery date in the PR

Hello,
We use an open PM order for reccurrence activities. But when we add an external activity, the PR created use the delivery date calculated from the original start date of the order.
So the PO are wrong, and we relaunch vendors for being late.
Anyone has an idea ?
Regards,
Denis

An example in order to help :
i create an order on the 1st of january.
There is a lot of operation (subcontracting). They generate PR.
I add today an operation. The date is the current date, the 25 th of september.
I save, the PR is generated, but the delivery date is the 24th of september. And this date has been set in the operation in the order...
Thanks for your help.

Denis

  • PO delivery date changed according to delivery date on the inbound delivery

    Hi!
    Initial PO date is changed according to the inbound delivery date when I create inbound delivery.
    For example, initial PO has order qty. 1000 and delivery date 8/10/07.
    And then I created inbound delivery for that PO with qty. 500 and changed delivery date to 8/5/07 on the inbodund delivery. Then when I check PO again, PO line item delivery date was changed to 8/5/07 which is
    inbound delivery date. I think remaining 500 should have the same
    delivery date originally assigned unless we change manually.
    If somebody have experience, please let me know.
    Thank you!

    Dear Wan Lee,
    I think you also need to check for your Configuration setting for confirmation:IMGMM> Purchasing-->Confirmation.

  • Unable to change requested delivery date in the sales order at item level.

    The issue is when I create order with one material (linked to network and project is created automatically in the background), I am able to change (in change mode) req delivery date for an item, but when I create order with 2 materials (linked to network and project is created automatically in the background), I can not change (in change mode) the req delivery date of any item. Req delivery date is then copied from the header req delivery date.
    Is this a standard SAP functionality or a defect?

    Req del date is the date requested by customer and  can be changed at item level. Probably the confirmed date in the schedule line is derived from the network scheduling after ATP check. (ATP check is not activated in this case)
    I am able to change the req del date at item level if there is only one item (Linked to network) and not when there are two line items (Both are linked to 2 diff networks belonging to same project)
    I tried to change the date in the network, scheduled and saved but that didnt change the date in the sales order. On the contrary, if I run ATP check, netowrk dates get back to original dates derived from sales order.

  • Load a sales order with delivery date in the past

    Hi,
    We want to load in the system a sales order with delivery date in the past, and maintain the schedule delivery date in the past. To do that, in the customizing Sales And Distribution / Basic Functions / Delivery Scheduling and Transportation Scheduling / Define Scheduling By Sales Document Type, I selected the flag Blackwards. But the problem is that the rest of the dates in the scredule line: goods issue date, loading date, material avail.date and transportation Plan Date, are in blank and you cannot enter any data because the system deletes it.
    How can I have these dates informed with dates in the past?
    Thanks in advance,

    You can control this using the "Message Control" in the SAP IMG.
    Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server>Cross-Application Basic Settings>Message Control>Influence Message Control
    Using this you convert Error to Warning or even swith off this message.
    Please refer this thread for complete steps:

    Note: you need to suppress the messages relevant to your case here.

  • Fast change for statistical delivery date in me21n

    hi
    need fast change for statistical delivery date in me21n
    in me21n when i enter on to fast change screen i doesn't find statistical delivery date
    can anyone tell me the process
    thanks

    Dear Anudeep,
    You cannot change this via "Fast Change".
    Please see the usage of this field.
    Calculation of the delivery time is an element in the determination of a vendor's adherence to delivery dates (that is, the vendor's delivery timeliness, or on-time delivery performance) in MM Vendor Evaluation.
    If it becomes known that the vendor can only deliver ordered goods some days later than originally stipulated, for instance, you can change the delivery date accordingly for materials planning and control purposes. However, the statistics-relevant delivery
    date remains unchanged.
    As a result, the vendor's "on-time delivery performance" score worsens. At the same time, it is ensured that materials planning and control works on the basis of the right date.

  • In MIGO, i need to see delivery dates from the purchase order

    Is there a way to see in transaction MIGO, the delivery dates from the purchase order?  I hope there is some exit or BADI or BAPI or .... to perform this copy function?
    We have multi-line POs for the same material with staggered delivery dates and the Warehouse needs to know which PO line to receive against.

    when you enter the PO number in MIGO and hit enter, then you only get the items that can be received.
    If you make sure that the PO items are created by ascending delivery date, then you can always take the first.
    if you have the personal setting to display all items (even the already received ones), then you can take the first with a quantity proposal. already received items do not propose quantities.
    I would ask purchasing to tell the vendor that he has to state the PO number along with the item number in all papers (delivery note, invoice).

  • How to cancel the second ATP after changing the delivery date in the SO

    Hello,
    our solution creates automaticly a production order accorting to sales order.
    The system calcule ATP for each items at the creation of the sale order.
    Sometime, we change the delivery date on the scheduled line and SAP do another ATP. If the composants are not available we get an TSUP status on the order production.
    How can we cancel the second ATP ?
    Is it possible to cancel it when we change delivery date ?
    Thanks
    Regards
    Pierre

    I think its not possible to skip the atp during change of the sales order.  All these determinations will trigger before saving the order

  • Credit block not allowing delivery dates on the order confirmations

    Hello,
    We are a full module SAP shop on ECC 6.0.
    For one of our businesses, we have credit checking to take place at the time of Sales Order entry.  This is causing an issue for the business because they are using Demand planning and need to have the Delivery Dates on the Order confirmations and they also want to be able to run an ATP check on the Sales Order.  The credit check on sales order entry, prevents them from doing both of these things.
    Does anybody know if there is a way to get the dates to show up on the order confirmations when a sales order is on credit block?   Also, is it possible to run the order through ATP checking with this sales order credit block taking place?
    thanks for your help!

    Dear,
    Ideally this question should have been posted in ERP SD forum.Please check out your credit check settings in OVAK and OVA8. Hopefully it help you.

  • For a Sales order, what is Actual Delivery Date to Customer?

    Hi Experts,
    I am an ABAP consultant. In a particular report, for a Sales order I am asked to display:
    ‘Delivery Create Date (LIKP-ERDAT)’,
    ‘PGI Date’,
    ‘Requested Delivery Date (VBAK-VDATU)’ and
    ‘Actual Delivery Date to Customer’.
    And in addition, I also have to show:
    ‘No: of days between Order Create Date to Delivery Create Date’,
    ‘No: of days between Delivery Create Date to PGI Date’,
    ‘No: of days between Requested Delivery Date to Actual Ship Date’ and
    ‘No: of days between Order Create Date to Actual Ship Date’.
    I’ve searched SCN for similar questions but I couldn’t get clarity. I’ll be very grateful if somebody can explain me how to find the ‘Actual delivery date to customer’ and what is the difference between this date and ‘Billing date’. Also, please explain, the difference between ‘Delivery Create Date’ & ‘PGI’?

    Hi Rashmith,
    It seems the report is related to delivery. Below is the explanation for the different terms you mentioned in your question.
    Delivery Create Date (LIKP-ERDAT)---- when a delivery is created with or without reference of an order system writes the date of creation time of creation and created by in the header data. Creation of delivery does not means that goods are dispatched. There are many steps further after a delivery is created before goods are dispatched.  For example I have created an order, created delivery on 01.01.2014; delivery date will always be 01.01.2014.
    PGI Date (LIKP-WADAT_IST)------ Post goods issue date is the date on which goods move out of the company to carrier. This is the last step of delivery. When delivery is created system derives different dates of planning; at this stage it will determine the planned PGI date (LIKP-WADAT) and when actual PGI  happens system writes the date in LIKP-WADAT_IST which is actual goods issue date.
    Requested delivery date (VBAK-VDATU)------When order is created for a  customer he asks for a material, a quantity and a date on which he wants the goods. This date on which customer wants the goods is called requested delivery date. Based on the requested delivery date system will check feasibility of delivering the goods on the requested delivery date based on the delivery scheduling.
    You can get the RDD based on the below logic.
    Input the delivery number in VBFA-VBELN and VBFA-VBTYP_V and get VBFA-VBELV.
    Input VBFA-VBELV in VBAK table and get the value of VDATU.
    Actual Delivery Date to Customer-----Actual delivery date is Actual post goods issue date (LIKP-WADAT_IST). This is the date on which goods are issued to the customer and customer is liable for billing for the goods dispatched.
    Difference between the Actual delivery date (Actual goods issue date) and billing date.
    Normally as per standard SAP, once goods are moved out of the company customer is liable to be for billing for the goods dispatched. So by default in standard SAP system copies the actual goods issue date (LIKP-WADAT_IST) as billing date (VBRK-FKDAT) irrespective of the date of creation of the invoice (If delivery is goods issued on 01.01.2014 and billing document/invoice is created today i.e. 14.04.2014, system by default will take 01.01.2014 as billing date). And this is the correct practice.
    However  if you want the current date as the invoice creation date instead of the actual goods issue date we can control it by copy controls feature given in SAP.
    So based on the copy controls setting, it may be different from the actual goods issue date/ actual delivery date.

  • UI: Opening Sales Order screen and loading with data

    Hi,
    I'm currently using the SDK to develop a new screenin SBO.  From my new screen I need to display the sales order screen with an order loaded into it.
    I currently open the screen using the ActivateMenuItem methid, then use the sendKeys method to try and change to find mode, pass in the sales order number and press enter to start the search.
    The code is this:
    moSBOApp.ActivateMenuItem("2050");
    moSBOApp.SendKeys("(^f)");
    moSBOApp.SendKeys("123");
    moSBOApp.SendKeys("{ENTER}");
    But the form doesn't seem to change modes, it just stays in "Add" mode.  Is there a better way of doing it?
    I've also tried putting code in the FORM_LOAD event for the sales order screen and try and change mode then, but I just get an "Invalid Form Mode" error
    Help!

    Ho Jon!
    The following snippet works fine for PO searching by number and date:
    SAPbouiCOM.Form          frmPurchOrd = null;
    int frmPOCount = 0;
    SAPbouiCOM.EditText     oOrdNum;
    SAPbouiCOM.EditText     oOrdDate;
    SAPbouiCOM.Item          oOrdOkButton;
    SBOApp.ActivateMenuItem("2305");
    // PO even opened
    for (int k=0; k<SBOApp.Forms.Count; k++)
         if (SBOApp.Forms.Item(k).Type == 142)
              frmPOCount++;
    frmPurchOrd     = SBOApp.Forms.GetFormByTypeAndCount(142, frmPOCount++);
    frmPurchOrd.Freeze(true);
    frmPurchOrd.Mode = SAPbouiCOM.BoFormMode.fm_FIND_MODE;
    oOrdNum          = (SAPbouiCOM.EditText)frmPurchOrd.Items.Item("8").Specific;
    oOrdNum.String     = OrdNum;
    oOrdDate     = (SAPbouiCOM.EditText)frmPurchOrd.Items.Item("10").Specific;
    oOrdDate.String     = OrdDate.ToShortDateString();
    oOrdOkButton     = (SAPbouiCOM.Item)frmPurchOrd.Items.Item("1");
    oOrdOkButton.Click(SAPbouiCOM.BoCellClickType.ct_Regular);
    frmPurchOrd.Freeze(false);
    it's too easy to implement it for Sales Order

  • Change schedule line delivery date

    Hello,
    We are doing STO intercompany scenario, with ATP control, routing delivery in schedule lines.
    If for example in Supplying Plant the delivery date is 2 month in the future, and we have dates and quantities confirmed in the STO, if this Plant creates the Outbound delivery and PGI tomorrow, how can the buying Plant will notice this situation?
    Once PGI schedule lines in STO will not be ATP anymore and the delivery dates will be not be updated.
    At schedule line level I can see the quantity was delivery but the delivery date it is not updated to the new one.

    Hi Sukriti,
    Thanks for the Response, yes i have used the Bapi Transaction Commit Also .
    The point is I am able to Update the Statistical Delivery Date in the Same EKET table using BAPI_PO_Change .I have Checked all the Ways to update the EKET-EINDT(Delivery Date)but no Unable to do it.
