PMW format UNIFI-CT

Hi gurus,
I need to configure PMW format UNIFI-CT but not
found in SAP note Note 395679 - PMW: Overview of available formats.
Is there  this format delivered by sap?
Best Regards,
Roberto

Hi Roberto,
All the DME formats available within the standard may be found in the
notes below:
- 395679          PMW: Overview of available formats
- 101440          Payment medium formats
One of them would be only in case you're using the PMW tool to create
your DME files. My suggestion would be to contact your bank and ask
which DME format they'd be expecting, so you're able to choose it
according to this information.
What you may do in case the delivered formats do not meet your business
requirements, is to modify a copy of a standard SAP format according to
your business needs.
PMW is a flexible tool so you can modify the format to meet your
bank requirements, whether the format is delivered by function modules
or by DME trees.
I hope this information helps you meet your business requirements.

  • DME / PMW Format

    Hi,
I created a custom payment format in DMEE and assigned it to the payment type in the configuration and looks ok ..
the issue is when the payment proposal is scheduled i see an entry in the DME adminstration for the proposal with the right total amount displayed but the output (file) has only one entry ( the first payment ) and the rest are not recorded..
am i missing something in DMEE / tree definition which is causing to record only the first record and ignore others.
    Appreciate your help .
    Thanks.

you have to setup correct sort/key fields.
If you want to see all items sort/key fields have to be equal primary key
let say we have table BKPF then key has to be: BUKRS BELNR and GJAHR

  • Payment medium program for MT103 format

    Hi,
We had a requirement of generating MT013 format from automatic payment program and we are on ECC 5.0 Version.
I have tried generating with program RFFOM100, but unable to meet all the requirement for HSBC bank, UK.
I have another program RU_MT103 in ECC 6.0 but this is not available for ECC 5.0.
Can anyone suggest the payment medium program to be used to generate MT 103 format.
    Thanks in advance
    Rajesh Angadala

    Hi, I implemented this MT103 two years ago for ECC500;
At the end I copied program RFFOM100 and created a new ZFFOM103 based on the original one.
Other option is to use PMW. If I am right I think that SAP provides a PMW format (MT103) and a structure (FPM_SWIFT_103) that I think that could be useful if you are used to PMW.
    I hope this helps

  • Payment Media Workbench - Singapore DBS Bank IDEAL payment format

    Hello,
for Singpore SAP does not deliver any payment medium format.
Neither a classic payment medium programm (RFFO*) nor a PMW format.
We will have to pay using the IDEAL format from DBS (Development Bank of Singapore).
(I got a format descrition from them and the information that they are not able to accept any other format - like SWIFT MT101.)
    My questions
Who is already doing an upload of a payment file to DBS using IDEAL format ?
Who knows how and where to get this format for PMW (best, but also RFFOSG_U would be appreciated) ?
    Thanks in advance,

  • Payment medium workbench with DTAUS0 format

    Hi Experts,
What are the steps required to create payment method which generates file in DTAUS0 format, this is required for one of my German client.
    Expecting the steps in detail.
    Thanks in advance
    Likhit

    Hi,
Format DTAUS0 is available implemented using function modules (check SAP note  #395679). Go to Transaction code OBPM1 and check for the format DTAUS0, copy the format and create a Z one if you are intending to make the changes. Assign the format in Payment Method in Country (T. Code FBZP) at PMW format field. Make necessary/regular settings for payment method in company code and bank determination.
Create a variant for the format at transaction code OBPM4.
Post some invoices and test the payment method using F110. View and download the file at transaction code FDTA.

  • 1 payment methods, 3 DME files

    Hi gurus,
Within 1 payment methods (outgoing payments in local currency via bank transfer) I have 3 different house banks, each of them have its own custom DME file format. How to set up the payment program so that it generates 3 different DME files via 1 payment method?
Is there another option to creating 3 different payment methods for the country (where each of them would be assigned to it's own PMW format)?

I solved it by unifing the differents DME tree (one for each bank) and doing only one DME tree. Then I created one  group of segment and, for each house bank, I created a segment with a condition in it (FPAYH HBKID 2 = 'BGQ01' 1), so If the house bank code is not the same has the one is paying, it will pass to the next segment (= to the next bank) until It match.

How to generate MT100 file in XML ?
    Dear All,
Base:      We are working on ECC 6.0 version and developing B2B with bank.
Requirement:     For B2B bank requires payment orders in MT100 format wrapped in XML.
At Present:     I am using PMW format MT100(standard) in payment method. With the use of this format system is generating MT100 text file.
In this standard PMW format MT100, check box for u201Dmapping using DME engineu201D is not selected.
My Try:      I  change in format output from file to XML in Payment Media Format (T. Code OBPM1), but it doesnu2019t work.
In data medium display (T. Code FDTA) system is showing the following error.
The XML page cannot be displayed
Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
XML document must have a top level element. Error processing resource 'file:///C:/Users/888881/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Wind...

My Question:      How to generate MT100 file in XML ?
Should I have to create DME Format Tree in ( T. Code DMEE )  and  create new Payment Media Format (T. Code OBPM1), with the mapping using DME engine ?
    Please give your valuable suggesions,
    Thank you,
    Rony

    Hi Prabhu,
The program SAPFPAYM generates the payment Medium  on the basis of your configuration and background settings, this program does not bydefault give the output in the XML.
Varient creation for the PMW in T. Code OBPM4, use the same program, which i already done it, even without this it is not be possible to create any payment Medium.

  • DME File not Generating

    Hi Experts,
Is there any authorization required for the generation of the DME file after we run the automatic payment program?.
    1. The open line items are cleared once the APP is run.
    2. checked for the dme file using the AL11, But no files has been created.

    Hi,
I see that you are using PMW format and you have mentioned that you use program RFFOAVIS_FPAYM. Please note that this program creates payment advice notes for payments created using the Generic payment medium program SAPFPAYM.
Please use program SAPFPAYM to create payment medium file.
There are 2 types of output medium that can be used 1) File system 2) Temse
In se38: sapfpaym, use the correct variant, once the Payment medium format is entered, check the Output Control section, here you have an indicator "Output to File System", check the F1 help of this field. If you enable this indicator then File is created on application server path specified. Else file is created and stored with SAP
TemSe in the SAP System (file for storage of temporary sequential data).
Hope this helps. Let me know if this information was useful.

  • DME - Multiple Vendors in single DME file not appearing

    Hi there,
I have created a DME structure  and created PMW format , as required by bank, to generate DME text file.
When i run the APP (F110) for single vendor ,,  one DME text file is generating correctly,
Now problem is when i run F110 for    multiple vendors ,,    still only one DME file is generating for only one vendor.
Nither all vendors are apearing in single DME text file ,, nor ,,  multiple DME files are generating for the multiple vendors. ,,,, while payments are made correctly for all vendors.
In the Data Medium Administrator (T.Code FDTA) system is showing in the DATA medium data ,,, total  amount paid as a total of all vendors ,, but when i view of that data in DME text file it shows only the single vendor data.
The setting for ,, multiple DME files for multiple vendors   or  single DME file for multiple vendors ,,,, are available in the OBPM4  and  this setting is working for standard DME formats like MT100 correctly as i checked ,,,,  but  this setting is not working for my own created DME format.
    Please give your valuable suggesions.
    Thank you.

  • SEPA implementation

    Good morning,
I need some information about SEPA implementation.
In our system we have 5 payment method used for CT. Is it possible to modify this payment method changing and not create new payment method?
Now we use RFFO* program and we would like to redefine existing payment method with PMW format.
We have now custom payment advice note too. Is it possible to mantain this module using new SAPFPAYM program?
    Thank you very much.
    Debora

    Hi,
As per my understanding, countries that make payments through SEPA, have a specific DME format in SAP. We map this DME tree to the payment method (old or new) in that Country. Whenever the APP is run with this payment method, the payment will be done as per SEPA.

  • Payment file Denmark

    Hi all,
I am going to create payment file for a Danish customer that have Nordea bank. Has anyone set up a file for a Danish company with Nordea bank?
If so, what format, Comma delimited format for payments (UTF-format) or EDI/4-format?
Do I have to create a RFFO-program from scratch (I can´t find a standard program) or do I have to use DMEE? If so, where can I find how to create a DMEE-file?
    Best regards Lisa

    Hi
    Creating Format Trees
           1.      Call the DME Engine by entering transaction DMEE.
           2.      Choose a tree type.
           3.      Enter a name for the format tree, usually the name of the format itself.
For PAYM format trees, you need to create a corresponding Payment Medium Workbench (PMW) format as described here. The PMW format and the DMEE format tree must have identical names, so if you have already created the PMW format, be sure to enter the same name for the DMEE format tree.
           4.      Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Create.
           5.      In the dialog box that appears, specify whether the format tree is to be used to generate a flat file or an XML file.
The DMEE: Create Format Tree <format tree> screen appears.
           6.      Maintain data for the root node, called the header, which appears automatically.
           7.      Insert nodes hierarchically to represent the DME file layout description, and maintain the detailed view as needed
                    for each node type.
           8.      Define a mapping procedure for each node that serves as a source field (for outgoing files) or a target field (for
incoming files); based on the tree type, nodes that require mapping are elements, atoms, and action nodes. The
DME Engine offers a number of special functions that enable you to model your format description as a format tree,
                    such as aggregation.
           9.      Activate the format tree.
Once active, the format tree can be accessed and used as needed by calling applications.
