rgds

Hi
there is no stnadrad report but you can check at..
The Changes in the PO Header & Item Level are Stored in
CDHDR -
CDPOS -
Check the Same using Transaction SE16N
In the Selection Parameters Enter the Table Names EKKO & EKPO & Execute the List.
In the Object Value you can also give the PO Number.

  • How can I show the last amend date of the .rpt file on my report?

I want to show the last amendment date of the .rpt file on my report.
Modification date and time refer to the actual report rather than the .rpt file.
Does anyone have any suggestions?  I am using version 11.2.
    Thanks,

    annemarier,
Have you tried the "Modification Date" or "Modification Time" fields located under the Special Fields section of the Field Explorer?
I've never used them, but they seem like good candidates.

  • Report For BOM Amendment

    Dear Sir,
We have Make-To-Order scenario . Our BOM is multilevel one . We are required to develop a Report showing the details related to Changes Made in the BOM during a Period .
The Report contain the information :
Item Code   ,   Old Quantity , Amended Quantity , Amendment Date
I request SAP experts to kindly guide me as how to develop such a Report please .
    With Thanks and Regards

PL refer two tables CDHRD and CDPOS
    Input for CDHRD is
Object name is client number,BOM type,BOM number - example 070M00000006.
You will get the details of BOM type and BOM number in MAST.
from CDHRD you will get Document number which you have to pass it to CDPOS to get the data of component changed.
In STPO if you enter the data, you will get the details of item
    table key-XXXMYYYYYYAAAAAAABBBBBB
    XXX  client number
    M - BOM type- STPO-STLTY
    YYYYYY - STPO-STLNR

  • Amend the rxi Financial tax register report to exclude discarded lines.

I would like to amend the rxi Financial Tax Report "RX-only: Financial Tax Register Report" to exclude discarded invoice lines.
From reading the details on how rxi reports work I don't think I am able to amend the rxi  report to do this. What would be the best way for me to customise this report? Is there a view which the report looks at which I could use to base my customised version on?
    Any help appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Thanks for the reply.
I need to remove rows from the Financial Tax Register report and it look like you can only remove/add columns.
Doc ID 1938762.1 refers to the 'Tax Register' output. Which table is this output stored in?
    Thanks.

  • Crystal reports Viewer: cannot amend the selection parameter

Hi, when I open a report in the report views (2008) it only shows me the data that was selected when I last amended the report in the "crystal reports basic 2008".   I can see my parameter listed in the parameter panel, but the "change" button is greyed out.    Any ideas?
    Thanks in advance!
    Simon

Crystal reports Viewer is only a Viewer.  That means you can not do any modifications to the report.  Report opened by viewer is a read only version.  Designer has to be used to amend your report.

  • Amendment A/R REPORT Customer open Item Analysis (Over due Items balance)

    Hello Experts
The TCode for the above report is: S_ALR_87012178.
The report/program is run by giving Co Cd as input, ie  the field "Customer A/c" (Customer number) is left blank.
    Then,we get the o/p report.
In this report, only the "Customer Names" are displayed. (along with the report data)
Now, the requirement is  "Corresponding Customer numbers" are to be displayed, ie an additional column "Customer number" is to be developed.
How do we write the logic for the FSpec?
    Any suggestions/help/guidance will be appreciated.
    Rgds
    Sumanth.Gururaj

    hi,
there is a simple solution to this:
go to SE93:  S_ALR_87012178 display it take the program name wich is assigned to it.
copy the logic of the report into a Z report.
because STD SAP code should not be distrubed.
customer description will be in KNA1-NAME1/NAME2
the above is already there in the STD program logic.
customer number will be in KNA1-KUNNR
add the above and give it as FS to the developer.
    hope satisfies your requriment.

  • Amending List content (deleteing & renaming) - Effect on previous created work items/reporting

    Hi,
I going to be changing the naming and structure of support groups and incident tier groups. I'd like to know what effect this has on all previously created work items and the reporting on those work items.
In addition, I am also adding list items to impact and risk list to change incident prioritisation settings and want to know the effect it will have on the live work items and historical work items.
    Cheers,
    Pete

When you're thinking about editing enums in a live system, it's important to know a little but about how they work on the back end.
each enumeration entry essentially breaks down into a GUID and a display string; there are other properties, like Parent, Ordinal, InternalName etc, but those don't come in right now. when you use a console form to look at an incident, the control reads
the GUID that is stored on the incident in the property in question, and then goes and collects the list that property references, and shows you the correct display string for your language. the specifics are not important, but the fact that what's stored
on the incident is that system generated GUID is. when you edit a list, each entry has a unique GUID, that can't be changed or seen through the UI.
Adding a new entry will add a new guid and a new display string. this option will be available the next time the form is opened. this works pretty much the way you would expect it to.
Renaming an enumeration keeps the GUID the same, but changes the display string. any incident with that GUID will see the new string, and the data warehouse will be updated with the new string, so
historical incidents that had that value will now have the new display string.
Deleting an enumeration will remove the entry from the list and break the mapping of that guid to the display string, but does nothing to the incidents that have that guid on them. the net-net of this is that any incident with that guid
will have a value (i.e. not null) but it won't have anything to show to analysts, so it will look like it isn't set. the datawarehouse keeps those mappings even after they are deleted, so removing a mapping will not affect reporting.
the end of this is that you should re-classify any items before deleting an enumeration, you should only rename an enumeration if that new name makes sense for all work items for all of history. it is possible to reorder enumerations while keeping their
GUIDs, but it requires some XMLing. I've posted about it elsewhere in this forum, so let me know if you need a link

  • SQL Report Region

    Hi,
I am using apex 4.0.1 and I have a page with several SQL Report regions. The user can edit the data in the report regions by clicking a column that uses a href link to open a DML page in a modal window. The user can then amend some data in the modal window, press save which closes the modal window and uses the partial page refresh process to refresh the SQL report region. (Using apex.event.trigger('#SOME_REGION'),'apexrefresh')).
If I navigate through the report to show rows 31-45 and then click on a href to edit a record. On pressing save, the report is refreshed but the rows displayed goes back to 1-15.
How can I get the report to stay showing the rows 31-45?
    Cheers
    Paul.

I believe this answers my question

  • In report painter GRR3 1VK  Actual Value picked up from previous year

    Dear Experts,
    In report painter GRR3 > 1VK
    1. Column of Actual Quantity to take in Basic Key Figure from Statistical Quantity
    2. The value is 4 (Actual) and Version is 0
I found that the Actual value appeared are actually taken from the previous fiscal year. I have checked the line items and their document posting date it shown as last fiscal year.
In this case, where should I amend to have the report pick up only actual value of this fiscal year? or Is there any value to maintain for GRR3 to pickup the current fiscal year actual posting?
Thank you very much and Best Regards,
    Anne

    hi..
Goto GRR3 > click on Lib 1VK it will show you all the report in 1VK library > select your report & double click on it
It will display the report format. Then go to Edit at the top. you will find General data selection.click on it you will find available characteristics. Then goto GRR2 for making any change/selection for Fiscal year char
If your report is a standard one you can not change. then copy the report from GRR1 and make the changes.
You can also see the char in GR23 by selecting 1VK lib.

  • Fields missing in MPD report after change to structure and program

I have been working on a consistency report for transaction MPD.
I had created a structure in SE11 for handling the data.  it was all working, but then i had to go and change the name of the fields in the structure.  Now those fields are missing from the report.
When i step through the debugger, all the fields are being populated correctly, but these fields are not displayed on screen.  if i change the field names back in the structure and change the code for populating these fields, they appear okay.
i have created a custom implementation within BAdi MPD_WKB_REPORTING.
i have checked the config and it all points to my Z Structure and Z Table Type.  I have logged off and logged back on!  made sure my code is saved and activated...
any ideas on how i can display these new fields names/values?
Just for clarity, the field name has changed. not the linked data type.

thanks for your response, however those notes and program have not done anything to assist my issue.
i have found the anwser now!
within the BAdi was a method i had to amend:  IF_EX_MPD_WKB_REPORTING~GET_ALV_PARAMETERS
    all fixed now!

  • Reporting In Service Manager 2012 - How To Get A List Of All Service Requests Regardless of Status

Within the Custom Reporting Options available to users of Ssystem Center Service Manager 2012, which would one use to create reports that do not contain any agregated data but are instead detail level info such as a list of all Service Requests reardless
of status?  I want to include within the report the same data you see on the main page of a Service Request when you double-click a Service Request within Service Manager and it pops opne the details of the Service Request.
I'm trying to get the following info for each Service Requests
    SR ID (i.e. SR1234)
    Affected User
    Title
    Description
    Priority
    Source
    Area
    Support Group
    Assigned To
    Created By and Created On
I know the cubes w/Excel offer a great way to get data for a **piece meal report or for getting agregated data (I.E. counts, sums, avergares, Max's & Mins) but I need a report that has zero totals and no agregations.
    Thanks
** A piece meal report is a report that has to be manually pieced together by combining data from others reports and other sources because no single report can be constructed to bring all the data togethere into a single report.  If you've ever
worked with an accountant taht uses Excel for everything but who has no idea how SQL or databases in general are deisgned then chances are you've either been asked to create a piece meal report for them and or seen them do one them selves when they open a
spreadshet and dump into it disperate data from a variety of sources and then ask you why you can't automate that same report for them.

the following thread covers some good SQL queries to get details about the Incident Request, just amend them to cover the Service Request

  • Period Balance Report for Actual/ Commitment only

    Hi,
Do we have any report for getting Periodic balance for cost Centre Actual and commitment Balances.
    Regards,

If there is not a specific YtD report, then it is easy to create one: Using the report painter, copy the existinf report, and amend the columns to reflect not the current month, but from the 1st period to the current month.

  • Crystal Report can't export after OS change from 32 to 64 bit

    Hello,
Now we have lots of reports develop under WINXP (32 bit), we use crystal report 9.2.xx.x and VS2008. But we need to apply all of these to production server which use WIN SERVER 2003 64 bit.
I have read some documents but some points still not clear.
    1. Do we need to upgrade all of these reports to use 64 bit ODBC driver? is it possible to use 32 bit ODBC driver to export in WIN SERVER 2003 64 bit? the target DB is oracle client 10g 64 bit.
    2. Do we need to amend the program code to fit the 64 bit OS. (I have tried to run our program in this server, but failed at the method of reportdocument.export), we use VB.NET 2008.
    Many thanks.

You need to create a 32 bit ODBC datasource. See [this|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/oss_notes_boj/sdn_oss_boj_bip/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/scn_bosap/notes.do] note and [this|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/oss_notes_boj/sdn_oss_boj_bip/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/scn_bosap/notes.do] for more details.
Of course, you need to have a 32 bit client.
You should be able to create 64 bit apps using the Crystal Reports that bundles with .NET 2008 (Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio 2008). This version of CR and CR 10.2 (bundles with .NET 2005) are the only 64 bit versions of CR.
If you want to pursue the error on reportdocument.export, please create a new thread.
For more information re. Crystal Reports and 64 bit support see [this|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/10d5fa88-2013-2c10-c9a5-f11963607d4e] article.
