PO Confirmation in SUS

Hello Folks,
We are implementing SUS (EBP SUS scenario).  When the supplier tried to send PO confirmation in SUS we are getting the follwoing error in XI in transaction SXMB_MONI ( in SUS in sxmb_moni the PO confirmation look good)
Error while receiving by HTTP (error code: 400, error text: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED)

Is is something to do with user PIQXSCLNT100 (Communicate between SUS and XI system) setting ? Is there way around to check if the reverse connection SUS -> XI-> EBP configured correctly ?

  • PO Confirmation from SUS is not going to R/3 throu Xi.

    Hi Experts!
    We are having an issue in SRM implemented with SUS for vendor administration, and Xi to comunicate both.
    Basically this issue appears when we create a PO in R/3, then it goes to SUS to be handled by vendors, it means they confirm this PO, so when it was confirmed it backs to R/3. This step is not working, the confirmation in SUS is generated but it is not replicated in R/3. We think there is an issue between SUS and R/3 communication when vendor press confirm. This "between" is the Xi interface. Does anybody know some tips to check here? Does exist any RFC executed here? Can you give me some horizont on this? Thanks in advance!

    warning messages should not be problem , they will not stop the xml message generation in the sus system..
    get in to the details of the purchase order --> on the sus side  UI --> and you can see place where there will be text
    Requested Follow-On Documents .
    what all do you see for the purchase order which you say is having problem..
    and also check out the following -->
    1) start transaction se37
    2) type in BBP_PD_SUSPO_GETDETAIL
    3) and execute the function module --> using F8
    4) in the object id field > enter the sus purchase order number> and press F8
    5) look for the table --> E_HEADER_REL
    6) how many entries --> do you find there? --> look for second entry if there is --> specifially look for field --> OBJID_B.
    7) that is the number of the purchase order response the sus system has send out...
    let me know if the number is filled or not....

  • PO Confirmation in SUS - supplier shouldn't be able to change the price

    Hi guys,
    in standard SUS it is possible for the supplier to change the price when
    he is processing the PO confirmation (scenario SUS-MM).
    Now there is the requirement that the price mustn't be changed.
    What has to be done?

    are you talking about the purchase order response , where in the supplier accetps (or) rejects the purchase order lines and sends the response to the purchase?.
    It should be possible ---> but for that you have to create custom roles  in SUS.
    for example -->
    1) transaction PFCG
    2) enter 'SAP_EC_SUS_ORDER_PROCESSOR'---> click display
    3) go to tab --> Authorizations --->
    4) click on 'Display' Authorization data -->
    5) open tree ---> BBP Component --->
    6) open tree ---> SUS: Accesses to Documents in SUS (new)
    7) click on display ---> Next to activity (Change, Display, Display prices).
    8) if flag for change --> is set to yes then the user who has been assigned this role , can change the price.

  • Delete PO Confirmation in SUS

    Hi all
    when i delete a po confirmation in SUS, the value and quantity increases in SRM, and it should decrease.
    is this a technical or spro problem ?

  • PO confirmation in SUS not happening

    Hi All,
    We are working on MM-SUS configuration for classic scenario.
    After PO creation in R3 system , when a vendor logs in to SUS to  respond to this PO , he is able to create a PO response but this PO response is only created in the web url of vendor. It is visible in the sxmb_moni of SUS system but not in that of XI system.
    What should we do so that this PO response from SUS eventually reaches the R3 system?
    There is an XML message(PO confirmation)  to be seen in SUS in sxmb_moni but how do we transfer this XML message out of SUS into R3?. The XI scenario is perfectly configured to send the PO response.
    Do let us know if we are missing some settings.

    Nikhil,
      ORDRSP is the IDOC you need for PO Response in ECC. From your description it appears that the SUS has sent the message correctly to XI. I would check first on XI box SXMB_MONI to see if it processed correctly and an IDOC has been sent to ECC. Also, check in ECC if the ORDRSP IDOC came in and failed.

  • SUS PO Confirmation does not trigger XI message in SRM 7.0

    I am not able to confirm PO Confirmations in SUS, however, I don't see any message trigger in SXI_MONITOR.
    The events table BBPC_EVENT_DEF has an entry for BUS2232 event SENT.
    It is my understanding the funciton module BBP_SAPXML1_SUSPCO_SEND gets called and then the event is triggered to generate the message.
    Any help is highly appreciated.

  • XML error when posting a SUS PO Confirmation

    Dear experts,
    We are on SRM 7 and ECC EhP 4 and implemented MM-SUS.
    I managed to confirm a SUS order succesfully.
    But when this order is transfered to ECC I'm getting the following errors:
    in SMQ2:
    XI Error DYNAMIC_CALL_FAILURE.ABAP: Queue stopped
    in SXI_MONITOR:
    <FAULT_TEXT>Error in an XI interface: Exception occurredA:BBP_PD:007 -No data found A:BBP_PD:017 -The document does not exist; check entries E:BBP_PD:044 -Object 0003216635 does not exist Program: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CP; Include: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CM002; Line: 57</FAULT_TEXT>
    0003216635 is the Purchase order number in ECC.
    Any idea what might be the issue?

    I'm sorry for the confusion.
    What I ment is that when I create the order confirmation in SUS via the portal it is issuing a message saying that the order was confirmed. But acually the process didn't go through succesfully due to this error message.
    In the meantime I have spent one hour with the PI consultant trying to debug this error.
    We found out that the system is calling at least 2 function modules which are trying to seach for a PO number in SRM. The system is actually searching for a PO using object type BUS2201 (purchase order). Because it can not find it it is throwing ths error message. Since we are on the classic scenario (no PO in SRM) there are no PO's available in SRM. That explains the error. But I don't understand why the system is looking for a PO in SRM while this is only available in ECC.
    The system is calling the FM BBP_PROCDOC_LOCK
    on line 15: i_object_type = c_po
    c_po refers to a PO number in SRM.
    I hope that I have given you some insights in order to help me solf this issue.

  • SUS Purchase Order Confirmation notification (or alert) is possible ?

    Hello,
    We work on a SRM 5 release with a classic scenario.
    We use the EBP-SUS supplier collaboration scenario (clients are different for SRM and SUS).
    The purchasing document flow is describe below:
    1- SRM Shopping Cart
    2- R/3 Purchase Request (then, SRM SC history is updated with the PR number)
    3- R/3 Purchase Order (then, an IDoc is sent to XI which generates a XML document sent to EBP-SUS in order to create the corresponding sales order - SRM SC history is updated with the PO number).
    4- Then, supplier can confirm or reject the PO received. So, the SUS Purchase Order Confirmation is generated and sent back to R/3 ( via XI)
    5- R/3 PO is updated with the posted PO confirmation (you can see the confirmation control key AB in the 'Confirmation' tab of the PO item concerned).
    My request is to send a notification to the requester's mail client in order to inform him that supplier confirmed or rejected the PO.
    I noticed that notification receivers definition is possible in SPRO, but only for "Process Purchase Order Response". I guess this notification is for BUS2209 (SRM POR) and not for BUS2232 (PO confirmation for SUS).
    That's why i cannot use it: can anyone confirm this ?
    As alternative, i tried to use alert management in SPRO (in the SUS client) for BUS2232 with sub-category of event SRM_SUS_PO_CONF in ALRTCATDEF transaction for SRM Alerts, but it does not work (even if i schedule report RSALERTPROC ).
    Does anyone have a suggestion regarding my customizing ?
    Finally, when PO confirmation is posted in R/3 (step 5 seen above), the SRM SC history is not updated with the PO confirmation number: is this the standard way ?
    If yes and that the described notification (alert) customizing i indicated above are not possible, does it seem i will have to develop a specific notification process in R/3 when R/3 PO is updated with its PO confirmation coming from SRM-SUS ?

    I will also verify if i can find a BAdI dedicated to SUS Purchase Order Response and use it to generate my e-mail from SUS client (or maybe some enhancements).

    i have problem creating PO confirmations in SUS to SRM (6.0).
    i have a PO with 2 items (SUS and SRM)
    PO
    ->item1
    ->item2
    when i confirm a PO in SUS, a confirmation is sent via XI to SRM .
    but the confirmation is created with hierarchy in SRM and in SUS is ok.
    Conf BUS2233 SUS
    ->item1
    ->item2
    fo
    Conf BUS2203 SRM
    -HIER1
         ->item1
    -HIER2
         ->item2
    If the PO does not have hierarchy, then the confirmations
    also will not have any hierarchy item. true??
    is this a configuration problem in SPRO problem ? any sugestions ?

  • SUS - Confirmation through Catalog

    Hello Folks,
    Hope your day is going well...I am not lucky today.
    While creating confirmation into SUS for a limit order, I tried inserting items from a catalog. Upon clicking the button "Add Item from Catalog" I encountered with an error as - Serious Error:Error in Catalog Attributes.
    As far as limit PO is concerned, I believe in SUS we can insert items from the catalog at the time of confirmation. Am I missing config. settings, if any?
    We are into SRM 5.0 with Extended Classic on.
    May I request you to please share insight on it.

    A further build-on :
    I missed to mention that respective catalog ID has already been assigned to the vendor's attribute in t-code PPOMV_BBP.
    Second, the same catalog can be accessed during shopping cart creation without any hassles. (SRM and SUS both resides on same server in the same client)

    I have a issue with SUS confirmations .
    The user creates Confirmations in SUS and is able to create confirmations beyond the PO value .  I have checked the change and check badis . Could any one help me how to avoid creating confirmations if it exceeds the PO value .

    Can any one please confirm me , along with Standard PO , Account assignmnet catagory (standarized the solution for Service PO  for SRM 7.0 with ECC 6.0 (Ehp4) ,as per note 868192 ) ,which PO ( I mean ...Consignmnet , Limit/Blanket, Subcontracting..etc)  are supported / not supported  in MM-SUS  scenarion ?

    In case of Meterial PO , can we  , by removeing /deactivating  the functionality of " the ASN in SUS and I/B Delivery and GR in ECC " do directly GR ( Confirmation) in SUS ? Is it posible ? If yes ,how ?
    Since ASN and I/B delivery  seems unnecssary /extra steps for MM-SUS scenarion.

    and there is no table items  for confirmation.
    but from EBP-SUS scenario limit line is appering for

    What method are you using to transfer PO from MM to SUS.
    Hope you are using the new method in MM via badi : Material management->purchasing->Enterprise services(purchasing)->BADI: Selection of Outbound Enterprise Services of Purchaser Orders
    You also need other configuration steps. Please check your solution manager content for detials.
    I think limit will be supported in SUS only if you use the above method

  • Goods Receipt Notification MM to SUS

    Hello Experts
    We are implementing MM-SUS scenario.
    We have been able to send the PO from MM to SUS and are getting back the Confirmation from SUS to MM.
    However, we are not able to send the Goods Receipt Notification, to be send from MM to SUS.
    Please let us know what entries are to be made in the Partner Profile, under the Message Control Tab. The Messae type used is STPPOD.
    Please help, we are new to SUS.
