PO confirmation not sent to ECC

Hi SNC Gurus
I have typical problem in PO collaboration, for PO confirmation. The PO is confirmed and published in SNC and showing status published, but the confirmation not updated on ECC side.
In application log (Transaction SLG1 - getting error as- PO XXX Item XXX: "ShippingPeriodEndDateTime should come before ShippingPeriodStartDateTime"
One more thing I checked is when PO delivry date is as per "Planned delivery date" in the material master then PO confirmation is working fine.
But when PO delivery date is not as per planned delivery time . ie suppose planned delivery time is 15 days in matl master but i enter delivery date in PO as equal to future 10 days then PO confirmation is not flowing from SNC to ECC..
Also please let me know how mode of transport duration in transportation lane affects PO shipping date on SNC side?

ADDR_GROUP is somehow not syndicated to ECC

I set up a scenario containing MDM 7.1, PI 7.1 EHP 1 and three ECC 6.0 systems that handles a customer master data flow. The direction from ECC -> PI -> MDM works fine so far (DEBMDM). The Syndication part (MDM -> PI -> ECC) is great (MDM Adapter is cool!) in terms of updating already existing data in ECC. However when it comes to centrally creation of customer data in MDM then the problem is that the record is not created in ECC. Sending to ECC works but I can see that in ECC the ADDR_GROUP field is empty (I have set it to BP in syndicator ). When I debug in WE19 ( FM: MAP2I_BAPIAD1VL_TO_ADDR1_VAL ) the following statement is not set:
MOVE BAPIAD1VL-ADDR_GROUP
TO ADDR1_VAL-ADDR_GROUP.
This is the reason why in WE02 I get the error message: 'Status: Application document not posted - Pleas specify an address group'. In case I set it to BP during debugging the idoc is processed correctly and the customer created. I am using the standard export map DEBMDM06_R3.
My question is as simple as straight forward: why is the ADDR_GROUP field not sent to ECC although I have set a default value for this in syndicator? The setup in PI should be ok as well.

Hi Erdal,
ADDR_GROUP is part of the E1BPAD1VL segment. Please check the other elements of this segement: is there any field mapped? OR do you use static values only? If the latter one is the case, you're running into a common trap of the Syndicator. You need at least one mapped field so that Syndicator creates the segment... As a workarround I'd suggest the following: Clone the Language keys of the Customer record. Map it to the LANGU_CREA element of E1BPAD1VL. This should ensure the creation of the complete segment.

Confirmation was not replicated in ECC

Hi All,
I am new to SRM.
Requisitioner created confirmation for the PO. In ECC, If I went to transaction ME23N, entered the PO and confirmation does not show up under PO History as it should. Confirmation was not replicated in ECC.
Please suggest me the way to resolve this.Could youn please suggest me the related BADI name also.

Hi Sai,
can you check your confirmation status in SRM ?
It should be "approved". Otherwise check your WF customizing.
Then an IDOC is sent to R/3. If not check your ALE customizing.
You should check in R/3 if the IDOC MBGMCR is created (transaction WE05 or BD87), and what is its processing status.
If the IDOC processing failed in R/3, then you won't have anything in R/3 PO history, normal, but also an error message is raised in SRM application monitors, saying that IDOC n° XXX could not be processed successfully.

Central Contract Mngt: Contract Confirmation Out not triggering from ECC

Can some one take a look at this and let me know if you have any suggestions
After following note 1268821 we have Contracts replicating from SRM to ECC via PI. However we are not getting the Contract Replication Confirmation Out triggering from ECC to SRM The configuration in PI is waiting to receive PurchasingContractSRMReplicationConfirmation_Out from ECC for delivery to PurchasingContractSRMReplicationConfirmation_In in SRM.
Does anyone know what we maybe missing, perhaps a setting in ECC that will trigger the Confirmation Out to SRM?
Any help much appreciated.

Just an update.
It turns out that ECC is generating message PurchasingContractERPConfirmation_Out which is contrary to what we are expecting PurchasingContractSRMReplicationConfirmation_Out.
Have logged it with SAP support for now.

CO54: Message is not sent to any destination: Commit Work is getting failed

Hello,
While processing the Messages from XFP to SAP Update is getting terminated due to the use of Commit Work. SAP Note 147467 - Update termination when sending process messages has been referred which is for 4.6C, but we are in ECC6.0.
While processing the message in second iteration Commit Work triggres and Update happens in the data base.
Following Issue is only concerned with Nested HUs
T-Code used CO54
Following are the analysis:
it looks like u201CCreate and Post a Physical Inventory Docu201D is failing in the initial processing because the inventory doc is created when the Transfer Order to the PSA (or the TO from the PSA) is not yet completed (quant is still locked somehow).
CO54, process message category=ZHU_CONS: HU to be consumed is a nested pallet (unpacking/ repacking and TOs to/from) and qty to consume is greater that HU qty in SAP (creation of a physical inventory doc is required).
1. The error occurs while clearing the inventory posting for the physical inventory document.
2. The surprising factor is the u201CProcess Messageu201D is not processed correctly for the first time.
3. Indeed it is successfully processed without any error if you do process it second time.

The errors in SM13 for this contain the program SAPLZPP_0285_HUINV_ENH (creating/changing the HUM physical inventory doc). WM Function module L_LK01_VERARBEITEN is also involved.

Hope you have carried out following things in Production ( Please refer to SAP help before actually doing it in production).
1. Transport the predefined characteristics from the SAP reference client (000) to your logon client.
2. Adopt Predefined Message Categories - In this step, you copy the process message categories supplied by SAP from internal tables as Customizing settings in your plants.

How to get a error message when sms is not sent to a mobile no.

Scenario: once po is finally released sms is sent to the respective vendor.This has been done. when you call the webservce to send the sms using the method if it is successful it will return as success and if any issue it will raise the error which you have to handle, but it will not give you confirmation wether sms is sent ,

Mail created with "Send to Mail Recipient" disappear and are not sent

I have a small setup with a SBS 2011 server (Exchange 2010) 10 users with Windows 8.1 and Outlook 2013.
One user is trying to send mails with attachments to his college´s
but they are never send, are not shown in sent items and can not be found on the server.
The user right click on a PDF file and press "Send to Mail Recipient" Outlook opens his mail is entered into the receiver (internal receiver) and press send. The mail do not show up and as mentioned even in sent items.
I then try to do the same but send through the address book in Outlook / Exchange and these messages appears as they should.
One week later, the disappeared mails suddenly appears in the college’s mailboxes and it turns out there are some mails to external addresses as well, which were not sent until a week. All messages are now in sent mail but they have not
appeared anywhere else before.
I did some tests with the "send to" function which also had the mails disappearing - those mails has not turned up until now. (a week ago)
Now the user (AND all colleagues) are very nervous that something is wrong with their system and the mail does not arrive.
It is only 1 user this has affected but he is responsible for the majority of sales in this company and they are very afraid that they are not responding correctly to large customers.
Is there anyone who can help with debugging in such a case?
I have tried repairing Outlook, started in safe mode, checked the mail server for hanging mails but nothing shows any errors.

Hi,
Have the user logon OWA and send the attachment, will this issue persist?
Please also confirm if the issue exists when inserting an attachment when composing a new email isntead of using the "Send to Mail Recipient" function.
Since only one user has been affected, use MFCMAPI to find if the message is stuck in the user's mailbox:

IOS 5: regular messages are not sent if one recepient is registered with iMessage

There is a bug in iOS 5: SMS messages are not sent if one receipients mobile number is registered with iMessages.
This is confirmed by the developer of the team sms app: if you send a message to a number of receipients and one of the recepients mobile numbers, the message is sent do, is registered with iMessage, then none of the recipients will receive the message.
Does anyone know a work around until Apple comes up with a bugfix?

I am not sure about the details of your case, but I can confirm that a message does send to multiple recipients even if one of this has iMessage. I recently sent a message to two people, one with a BB and one with an iPhone 4 (iOS 5 and iMessage working). Because of the difference, it resorted to the least common denominator and sent the message as a standard text to both people. I was replied to by both parties. Based on your description I can confirm that your detail is not the case.
Have you checked through the settings in Messages? Do you have a texting plan associated with your account? I am sorry if these questions seem stupid, but they are worth asking to verify.

SUS - MM Scenario: notification mail not sent to all Supplier Users

we're in a SUS-MM scenario and we publish Purchasing documents (PO and/or SAR) to SUS portal.
The notification mail for new published documents are sent only to the e-mail address of the Supplier (imported from SAP to SUS) which is in the SAP Supplier Master data. But if the Admin supplier creates other users for the supplier (F1 / F2 / F3), the notification mail for new published PO/SAR are not sent to the mail address of F1 / F2 / F3 users. Is it the standard behavior or is there some missing customizing setting missing?
Our customer wants that notification mail are sent to all the mail addresses of the Supplier Users.
Has someone had this kind of requirement? and, if it is not achievable via standard customizing, which could be the right solution to meet this requirement?

This is a standard SAP process which SAP has provided,
The other way is to develop a custom program,
1) Select the Supplier.
2) Check the available contact persons of the Supplier.
3) When a document is created in ECC (Hope you are in MM-SUS), select the list of contact persons for Supplier. (I assume need a RFC FM to develop to SUS)
4) Send a e-mail to all users linked with this Supplier.
You can find the linked Contact persons in BP transaction and Table BUT000.
Please change the Status of the Issue once your problem solved, other will get benefitted. If possible post the soulution.

Deleted service entry sheet from SRM not posted in ECC

SRM 5.0 (Ext classic)
We have a limit PO for 1000GBP. User created a service entry sheet for 880GBP and this was posted in ECC. Then user deleted this entry sheet after which I see 'Error in process' status. RZ20 status shows "Error whilst creating an entry sheet in the backend system. Entry sheet XXX already deleted". Also Service entry sheet in ECC has status 'deleted'.
How come SES in ECC has status deleted but in SRM it shows error in process?

But this is what has happened. No the SES was not deleted in ECC before the confirmation was deleted in SRM. Our users don't have access to ECC T-codes.
Also I have checked the time at which the cancellation was created and everything is in sync.
How can i change the status of SES from 'Error in process' to 'posted in backend'?

Message via SM59 "HTTP connection to external partner" not sent to partner

I have a scenario where I am supposed to send a message to an external partner using https. I have created the HTTP connection in SM59 "HTTP connection to external server" and selected the default certificate. This connection is referenced in the http receiver CC in PI 7.1, but when I send the iDoc message from the backend it is not sent out of PI to the external partner.
There are no apparent errors in the trace files in SMICM on the PI system, but our firewall guys say, that they cannot see the outgoing call in our firewall and the external partner cannot see the message either.
There is connection to the external server from the PI server, which has been confirmed by a telnet connection.
We think that there might be a problem on our web server, but we are not sure.
We have previously succeeded in calling an other server at the external partner from the PI system using a different client certificate. When we do a connection test in SM59 we get an error 500 but the external partner can see the GET request in their firewall.
Any suggestions are more than welcome

The error message appears in the call adapter pipeline step before the supposed mapping is supposed to take place. The error message is:

Confirmation not possible, no compertment allocated for load document

Hi expert,
Recently we have done upgradation from 4.7 to ECC 6.0. Now while doing testing in Sandbox after doing inbound delivery, when we are creating shipment document its not taking the compartment of the vehicle though the vehicle master is absolutely ok.
Its giving an error: Message No: 09031"Confirmation not possible, no compertment allocated for load document"
Can any one help.

Yahoo emai reply not sent

This problem has happened quite a few times already since more than a month ago. Sometimes when I reply an email from my yahoo email (the free push email) in iPhone, the email reply is not sent. There is no delivery failure notice, nothing, the reply just disappears in thin air. I have friends telling me that they didn't receive my replies. I have done some testing and confirmed this problem. However, this problem does not happen on every reply. It just happens randomly. I am puzzled. I rarely have problem receiving emails in my iPhone; however, replying email in my iPhone can be a 50/50 experience for me. This is not good. Is this a bug or I need to reset my phone? If I don't get a solution soon, I will need to call the Apple support.
When I reply an email, I always make sure that it is sent by visually checking the send email progress bar and sound. Even with that visual and sound confirmation, the reply is never delivered. Again, this only happens on some emails. I am really disappointed at this kinds of basic email failure. I am looking for some answer on this.

Hmm.. good question. I just did some more testing right now and to my surprise, none of my original email or replies are sent. I sent handful of original emails from my iPhone and none were delivered to my other email accounts including the Yahoo email itself!

How to see mail NOT SENT?

i am trying to troubleshoot an issue where i am not sure if mail i write on the phone is getting sent out.
is there a way to check for email that was written on the phone but not sent?
also, is there a way to change a setting so that i get a confirmation that mail sent in the future goes out? i have seven or eight accounts so it would be ideal if this was one setting or one method as opposed to something i have to set in each account.

If an email cannot be successfully sent, it will remain in the Outbox mailbox which won't be available unless there is an email that was not successfully sent for whatever reason.
A successfully sent email will be in the account's Sent mailbox that sent the email - an email will not be in the account's Sent mailbox unless it was successfully sent.
