PO deletiob by Mass transaction

pls tell me can we delete or block the PO by MAss or not?
actually thr r 200 PO's since 2006 to till date which is not correct ....i want to del or bloch them
how it will be do?

Not sure about any T-Code available .. but you can ask your ABAPer to help you with a program to set Delivery Complete Indicator for all POs to be Archived (I guess you should have a criteria as well .. else just use all Open POs before a specific date)

    Hi Mr.Srikky,
    I am not sure but try to do the following things
    1) Change the WBS manually and save the order, see whether the system allow you to save the order or not.
    2) If 1st point is ok then might be you are not executing the MASS correctly, Try MASS for any other feild like payment term.
    Please dont mind, I am just looking for possibilities.
    Please also cross check the MRP details of your materials.

  • Performance problem for mass transactions after upgrade from 4.7 to ECC6.0

    Hi All,
    After upgrade from 4.7 to ECC 6.0 (IS-U), mass transactions such as FPY1, FPVA, FP04M are taking very long time to complete. for example, before upgrade the jobs sceduled for FPVA transaction take around 5k-6k seconds. Whereas after upgrade the jobs for FPVA with the same variant takes around 9k-10k seconds. I am unable to figure out the cause for exponential increase in the duration of several mass-jobs (after the upgrade). Are there any SAP notes or do we need to do any customizing setting to solve this problem? Does anyone face this kind of problem?

    Hi,
    This is normal after upgrade to 6.0, I have faced the same in all upgrades I've done and some others that I have involved also. If you did not requests and going live upgrade check I strongly recomend to schedule an Early Watch Check to minimize the impact. Times won´t be the same but can be very close if the system is tuned well. We have tuned systems that now run with good performance after this services.

  • Mapping Document date to PO date during MASS Transaction

    Hi ABAP Experts,
    I have a quick question. I want to change existing Sales order header data. I think we can do it using MASS transaction.
    Right now we don't have any data in the PO date field. Now I want to fill this field using document date.
    I went to MASS transaction and there is feature to set a rule to get this value. Someone please give me the code to get document date and put it in the X value.
    Here is the existing form routine the system gave.
    * X is the value you must return
    form GET_NEW_MASSSDHEAD_S_BSTDK
    using segment structure MASSSDHEAD_S
    changing X.

  • Mass transaction to revoke status of process orders

    Hello,
    We need to reopen about 1000 process orders to run a GRIR clearing which is a backlog from former years.
    Does anybody know a mass transaction to revoke the status of the process orders other than using the individual transaction COR2? Since we need to change the status twice for every process order back from Complete and from Technical complete a mass transaction would be from enourmous help.
    To reset subsequently the status of the process order there exist a mass transaction COHVPI.

  • Mass Transaction to delete a Transfer Requirement (TR) and cancel TO

    Hi All,
    I would like to know of any mass transaction or function module that can delete bunch of Transfer Requirements (TR). Currently using LB02 to delete each TR.I would also like to know a way to cancel the confirmation of bunch of TOs. We are currently using LT15 to cancel each TO manually.
    This is required during production support to clean-up some bad data in Prodn System.

    I cannot use storage type to cancel the TO confirmation, because all the TOs that I am trying to clean-up do not belong to the same storage unit. I have a bunch of TO numbers which I would like to clean-up.

    Hi,
    To the best of my knowledge, SAP does not offer a standard program which would do a mass reversal of status. I suspect this might be due to the amount of checks it has to do while reversing the status.
    But to overcome this, you can do a recording via LSMW & it should work just fine. However if you have some special cases, then you might look at SHDB recording & asking your abaper to build a BDC program using your transaction recording.
    I hope one of the above methods should meet your need.

    O1CL-->select Table you asscosiate with class type( If it it not exists the click on New Item)
    ->Lets consider that it is MARA>double click on Plant->click on object types>click on New Item--->click on Object
    Similerly maintain class status,Org Area etc
    You can also check the existing class for Example...this will help you.

    You can maintain Product Cost Collector in mass maintanance in following transaction :
    KKF6M Create Multiple Product Cost Collectors for Production Versions
    Enter Plant, No of materials you want to create Product cost collectors enter in multiple selection , enter order type as RM01 which is default for REM and then execute so system will create Product Cost Collectors for all production versions.
    Follow above procedure & revert in case any doubt.

    I want to enhance the screen on XD99 tcode which should incorporate one check box and push button on
                       subscreen program SAPLMASSINTERFACE and
                 the subscreen number 202.
    This screen comes after once we provide the customer number while selecting the field which needs to be modified in mass transaction. I need to provide check boxes just adjacent to print button.
    I have checked the screen which doesnt have any screen exits.
    Could any please let me know how to go ahead to provide the check box and button for different functionality.

    Sorry about this - a simple problem with a simple solution. The 'Page Down' Button will allow us to access more locations. I had missed this when I was analyzing the issue and was thinking on a higher level for resolving this.

  • Change of source system - any mass transaction?

    we have to transfer some programs and stuff from one system to another. Basis people will manually import a transport for this. In target system, I want to change the source system of  the transported objects. Because it is quite a big number, I am looking for a standard reoprt/transaction to accomplish that.

    U can try to use the trx SE03:
    - Run the node: Change Objects Directoty entries
    Here you can change the dev class and source system too, but I don't believe it can change all objects in mass way.
