PO-Freight cost (header, diff currency with items) not distributed when GR

Dear Gurus,
I've one PO with freight cost at header level (1000 VND). In the PO, this freight amount shown to be distributed successfully to line item (value base, line item 1 is 300 VND, line item 2 is 700 VND). But when doing GR, the freight cost of each line item is NOT distributed but equals the total freight amount (line item 1 is 1000 VND, line item 2 is 1000 VND).
In this PO, vendor is international vendor, goods in USD. Freight cost is in local currency (VND)
The configuration for this freight cost condition is at Header level, Group Condition ticked; Calculation type: Fixed Amount; Scale Basis: Value. When the currency of freight cost and goods are the same (all in USD), I have no error as above.
Please help to solve this issue.

    Futher to Imdarpan statement, normally we will have different pricing procedure for STO's for the reason you are mentioning with this procedure for freight you can define acct key & accrual if reqed seperately & while posting respective documents it will not go to material cost it will get accounted in different G/L account.
    If you are not maintaining accural tick in condition it will get added to material cost, just maintain this in freight condition.

    In condition I added a custom condizion for freight (SPRO Cond.category B, flag on accruals).

    Hi Michela,
    This is possible by adding one more condition type with blank condition category and negative value in plus/minus field.

  • WM Inventory Document Cleared with Item not counted

    Hi.
    I have a strange situation. There is a WM Inventory Document with status Cleared, but there is a Item with status Not Counted.
    The differences ware already cleared via LI21/LI20 but due the Not Counted Item, the quant is still blocked by inventory.
    Do you have some idea how can I count/clear this item and release the quant?

    M7706 is a hard coded error message, you cannot control it via message attributes.
    What you can do is to do a re-count via transaction MI11 with reference to this inventory document. In this case you will be able to add new items, however, you have to enter the counted amounts for the existing items again.
    But in my opoinion it's easier to create a new PID as suggested by Jurgen.

  • Freight at header level in PO is not appearing Invoice

    Hi Experts,
    I have entered "Freight" condition at header level which is distributed to items as per their value. When i did the goods receipt, freight charges were showing in FI document created. But now when i am doing invoice for the same purchase order, freight charge is not appeared in Invoice or in FI documents. Please advise.

    While doing MIRO,Please check the layout in right side of screen.There is three options:
    1.Good/Service items
    2.Planned delivery costs
    3.Good/Service items+Planned delivery costs
    Please select option 3 and then try.

  • Issue with events not propagating when selecting toolbar items

    Hey All,
    I'm on OS X Lion using CS6 beta and observing events in Photoshop form an outside application using Cocoa's NSEvent#addGlobalMonitorForEventsMatchingMask.
    It seems Photoshop is stoping the propogation of some events coming out of selection of toolbar items. Here's the issue:
    There are two ways to select the Pencil tool from the toolbar. (Method A) I can click the Paintbrush, holding down for a second and releasing, then mouse move to the Pencil and click, OR (Method B) I can mouse down the on the Paintbrush and drag the mouse to the Pencil.
    If I use Method A I get what seems to be every event associated with the interaction, BUT If I use Method B Photoshop seems to stop the propogation of a lot of drag events.
    Are there any experts out there that have an knowledge of why this is, or if there are any known work arounds?

    Ned, this is a bit over my head, but FYI (and your troubleshooting research), there are other methods to get alternate tools: ALT+click to cycle them, CMD/right-click to get the flyout, and Shift+Tool shortcut (unless you changed the setting in preferences)
    BTW, method B is not  the same as A? The only difference is that in A, there is a release, then a move to target area, then another click, while in B, we have a hold, then a move to the target area, then release.

  • When validate item not firing when exit with mouse

    I have a when validate item tirgger on an item.
    it fires fine when I use tab from keyboard after validating
    but when i navigate to another field with the mouse, the trigger does not fire.
    it only fires when i try to close the window..
    how can i overcome this?

    Normally, a WVI trigger ALWAYS runs when you leave a field no matter how you leave it (after you have entered something, of course). If it is not running, then you should check whether you have messed around with Set_Form_Property and Validation_Unit.
    Or maybe you have some code in your key-next-item trigger that runs that makes you think it is the when-validate-item trigger.

    Hi,
    Check the cleared items in table BSIS, if the items are clearing then those items should appear in this table. Otherwise i doubt your program is not working?
    Debug the program and check from which tables its selecting the data  ie it should select the GL open items from table BSIS.

    We use one of the following Group Policy Preferences Scheduled Tasks item to deploy a task to clients:
    Computer Configuration -> Control Panel Settings -> Scheduled Tasks -> New -> Scheduled Task (At least Windows 7)
    Computer Configuration -> Control Panel Settings -> Scheduled Tasks -> New -> Immediate Task (At least Windows 7)
    User Configuration -> Control Panel Settings -> Scheduled Tasks -> New -> Scheduled Task (At least Windows 7)
    User Configuration -> Control Panel Settings -> Scheduled Tasks -> New -> Immediate Task (At least Windows 7)
    (Note that on some platforms, "At least Windows 7" is replaced with "Windows Vista and later.")
    After designating a user account to run the task, we select “Run whether user is logged on or not” option, and “The Do not store password…”
    check box is automatically grayed out (See Figure 1).

    After finishing configuring the task item, on a client, we run command
    gpupdate/force to forcefully update group policy. However, on the client, when we check if the task is listed in Task Scheduler snap-in, the task is not displayed, and when we run
    gpresult/h report.html to collect group policy result for troubleshooting, we see an error as similar as shown in the following figure (Figure 2).

    Cause:
    To make the scheduled task run whether the user is logged on or not, we need to store the password of the designated user account. However, for the content of the scheduled
    task item is stored in Sysvol where it’s not safe to store passwords, this function has been deprecated.
    Workaround:
    We can run the task with system account
    NT Authority\System, or we can use specific user accounts to run the task when the given user is logged on. (See Figure 3)

    Even i was struggling with this same Problem to execute a batch via Window scheduler and set the setting to "Run whether the user is logged in or not".
    I tried many time but the batch runs with " Run
    whether user is logged on" and not with "Run
    whether user is logged on or not".
    what i discovered is that there was one mapped drive
    path in my batch file which was not the complete path like y:/AR.qvw actually what i did i changed that map path to the complete path like \\servnamename\d$\AR.qvw and the batch executed successfully with the setting "Run
    whether user is logged on or not"
    The
    conclusion is that check the dependency of the script on external resources because when you check this option "Run
    whether user is logged on or not" It actually conflicts. This my discovery.

  • Why are my sent items not stored when sending from Apple Mail?

    Hello Apple Support Communities,
    I am Using an iMac at my place of employment. It is running OSX Yosemite v10.10.2 . I am also using Apple Mail to connect to our Exchange 2010 Server. I do the same with my iPhone, iPad, and Windows Laptop using Outlook 2013. For a while now, several months in fact, It turns out that any emails sent from my iMac using Apple mail will not store a copy of it in my sent items on the server. They are not stored in the iMac account, the iPhone, the iPad, or Outlook on my Windows Laptop. However, any email sent from the other devices will have a copy stored in the sent items folder and it will propagate to all of my devices.
    Upon investigating, I found myself looking through the tracking logs of my Exchange Server and found that Apple Mail and the iPhone send messages completely differently. I think this might be the source of my problem, but I have no clue whether I can fix it, or even where to start. Here is an image depicting the logs. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you for your time!

    Sometimes this issue is caused by a misconfiguration or incompatibility of the Exchange server, or perhaps by a bug in Mail. If so, you won't be able to resolve it yourself. The fact that your iOS devices may be working well with the same account isn't relevant, because iOS uses a completely different protocol (ActiveSync) to communicate with Exchange servers. By default, OS X Mail uses the EWS protocol.
    Each of the following steps has been reported to help with Exchange issues, at least temporarily, in some cases:
    1. Back up all data. Open the Internet Accounts pane in System Preferences and check to make sure you don't have duplicate Exchange accounts. If you do, delete all but one of the duplicates. If there are no duplicates, delete the account and recreate it with the same settings. The messages will still be on the server.
    2. Rebuild the affected mailbox.
    3. Reindex messages.
    4. In the Keychain Access application, delete the password item for the account. The next time Mail tries to access the account, you'll be prompted for the password. Check the box to save it in the Keychain.
    5. If you've created subfolders of any Exchange mailbox, log in to the server through its web interface, move the messages out, and remove the subfolders. For best results, a mailbox should have no subfolders.
    6. Synchronize with the server using IMAP rather than EWS. This is only possible if IMAP is enabled on the server.
    7. Consider using Outlook instead of Mail to access your Exchange mail.

  • Having issue with safari not starting when I open it.  I am having this issue with iOS 7 on both a iPhone 4S and 5.

    Have successfully updated 2 items and Safari the last both are having issues.  Safari opens but then stalls.  I have reset and restored the iPhone and I am seeing the same issues.

    I just tested this on my wife's phone and you are right. I tested it time and again, changing the vibrate to ON and OFF and it consistently reproduces the problem, in line with the vibrate being on or off. You are a genius lol.
    I had this issue on my phone too, but it disappeared when I followed the advice of a Genius.
    When I asked my local Genius, he said it was a software issue and that a Restore followed by Create a new iPhone would remove the faulty/corrupted file that is causing the issue. He specified not to restore from backup, as the problem might still be resident within the backup.
    I did this, and it seemed to work on her phone. Then it reappeared, so I'm still not sure what's going on. But your discovery defnitely holds true for her phone. My one seems to be okay regardless of the vibrate on or off now, even though I did exactly the same restore procedure on mine.

  • Designer makes items not navigable, when it shouldn't

    A very simple question.
    I'm creating a simple master-detail module like this:
    CompA
    |

    ^
    CompB
    I want to only use CompA for querying, so I put Query=Yes, Insert=No, Update=No to all it's items.
    I want to use CompB to be a normal table, and put
    Query=Yes, Insert=Yes, Update=Yes to all of it's items.
    After generate to Forms all the Items in CompA are Enabled=No, Keyboard Navigable=No.
    If i start the form this way, I cannot enter any of the items in CompA and because of that cannot even start Query-mode, because the cursor automaticaly goes to items in CompB and I'm greeted with a message "In order to query in CompB, you have to choose a record in CompA". Of course, that's correct!
    So, although this is a very simple form, I have to check "Prevent generation", start Forms Builder, and set the Items in CompA to Enabled=Yes and KeyboardNavigable=Yes manually, compile it, and then it works fine.
    Am I expecting too much out of Designer, is this a bug, or is it a feature which I'm not yet familiar of. If it's a feature than please explain why, and how to get rid of it :)

    When you are setting properties insert=NO and update=No Oracle Designer Generator uses CGSO$<TYPE>MR<CT>DO item from OLB, Suffix DO means Display Only. When generating FMB it takes properties of item from OLB. So I think all that you need just correct OLB or set template property in Designer manually. For example if you need your item to be navigable set this property to CGSO$NUMBER_MR or CGSO$NUMBER_CT. MR - for items in Multi Record Block and CT for items in Control Block, but however it depends on OLB that you use.

  • Issue with Reminders not working when setting it to arrive or leave a location in iOS7.

       Tried everything: Called support and reset All setting.  Made sure all "location settings" are set.  Restored via iTunes as a new phone, checked all setting again, set a reminder to remind me to get gas when I leave my home, and it never reminded me.  Also, doesn't remind when I arrive at a location.  I have tried this with my wifes phone (iPhone 5) and my daughters (iPhone 4) all running iOS7 and it doesn't work.  I never had this issue with iOS6. All other locations services like GPS, maps, & weather working fine.  I strongly believe it's a iOS7 bug. Has anyone else experianced this issue?

    Jump to page 5. There is a solution by ben812 that initially worked for me, but after restarting my phone I was back to square one.
    I visited the local Genius Bar, and they claim they have not heard of this problem. Whether that is true or not, they know now. One of the employees confirmed that WiFi would need to be on, as the location service checks it first (before using GPS). Seems like a bug, but for now having WiFi on and leaving Reminders running in the background seems to solve the issue.
    I hope Cupertino addresses this in an upcoming iOS release.

  • Scrowing with touchpad not working when pdf file is opened in one of the the browsers tabs

    When I have a .pdf open from one of the browser's tabs I am not able to scroll with my touch pad in the rest of the browser's tabs. Once I close the tab with the pdf everything is working fine. I using Firefox on my Toshiba Satellite Pro laptop.

    Have you checked to see if your PDF add-on is up to date? You should take a look at the [[Opening PDF files within Firefox]] Knowledge Base article. There is a lot of good information in there. You should try both of the suggested PDF add-ons to see if that fixes the issue.

    1. Determine where the application is searching for the item by checking the value for the profile 'ASO: Enable Intermedia Search'
         If set to Yes - both the interMedia Search and Inventory tables are searched
         If set to No  - only the Inventory table is searched
         Note:  In R12, the HTML UI will always use the interMedia search.
    2. Verify the inventory item meets the following criteria:
    A) The current date must be within the start and end date range set for the product
    B) The product must be valid for the inventory organization of the operating unit in which the quote is created.
    C) The product must be in the default category set defined for/in the functional area "Order Management."
    Inventory Organization is determined as follows:
    - Quoting UI first reads the value of profile ASO: Category Set.
    - If this profile is not set, it reads from OM functional area.
        (Navigation -> OM > Setup > Items > Categories > Default Category Sets)
    using the OM responsibility which points to the same OU as the Quoting responsibility.
    D) The product must have the "Customer Orders Enabled" flag enabled..
    E) The BOM Item Type must be Model or Standard.
