PO has no items

While creating a GR Iam getting an error msg PO has no line items. I checked with confirmations tab. Everything is fine.But invoice has been issued by the vendor .There is no GR.Do i need to realease the PO .If so please let me know how to proceed .
Where can i find the tabs for releasing a PO in the header details?

go to MR23N (PO Display) and enter PO number. click on header details and check release status, If it is not release, release it from ME28.

Check that you still have the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" placed on the Bookmarks Toolbar
* Make sure that you have the "Bookmarks Toolbar" visible: "View > Toolbars"
* Check in "View > Toolbars > Customize" that the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar
* If the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the Bookmarks Toolbar then drag it back from the Customize window onto the Bookmarks Toolbar
* If you do not see the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" then click the "Restore Default Set" button
You can only move the content from a toolbar onto other toolbars if all toolbars support that feature. You need to check that in the options of each toolbar.

Purchase order has no items

While i am posting the MIGO transaction with reference to PO I encountered error as a "Purchase order has no items.

Is there any goods receipt ag. this PO, if yes, check the PO history tab at item livel in the PO. Check the pending qty.
It sholud not be deleted PO.
Check the delivery date in the PUrchase order.
Check the release stratagy in the PO. It should be release.

While doing the GR refrence to PO getting message " PO has no items"

I have maintained the company code currency in INR and the Vendor order currency in EUR , I have created the PO with document currency EUR, and released the document through release strategy .
I tried to do the GR at the time am getting the message " the PO has No items" .
Kindly help me how to proceed further.

Hi There
Under the confirmation Tab, check that if the confirmation check box is enabled or not,, if enabled enter the confirmation details in ME22n in the PO and do post,,
If already maintained the same, check the date, if the date is future than the GR date you will get the same error as PO has no items
Also check the Delivery schedule tab date, it should be same date or less than the GR date,, if it is in future change the date and try it

Dear,
Just check bellow mention detail.
1) Enter Me23N, click in other purchase order tab,
then enter your purchase order and go to at item detail detail level.
Click on Confirmation tab here if any value is enter in Conf. Ctrl field then remove it with Me22N and save your purchase order then try to good receipt.
2) Check your purchase order release stretegy with Me29N.

I have created a Sub contracting Purchase Order with ITem Category L and Account Assignment E.
Now iam getting problem while issuing Stock to Subcontractor thru MB1B 541 Mov type. It is throwing error like Purchase order 4500000830 has no items.
Scenario is My client creates pos based on Sales order only. Now he want to Issue stock to Subcontractors based on sales order.
for this, I created Semifinished material, two raw components, Sales order for Semifinished material and maintained bom for semifinished.
Please go thru this and suggest.

Did u checked the link provided by me. As per SAP, it is not possible to post 541 stock of material provided to vendor in subcontracting with account assignment sales orde or project stock.
If you want to differentiate, use a separate storage location and transfer the stocks there. When you do the GR, the components issue happens directly from your storage location from sales order stock.
Since the components are not transferred to the "stock of material provided to vendor", we recommend that you use a transfer posting to transfer the provided components to a new storage location (for example, 9999). This enables you to obtain an overview of those stocks that are physically located at the subcontractor. This information is particularly important when you carry out a physical inventory of the sales order stocks and project stocks.
If you want to provide material from your stock,
For components that are managed in sales order stock or project stock, you can define whether the components are to be withdrawn directly from each sales order/project stock or from the stock of material provided to vendor. You manage this via the dependent requirements indicator for individual customer requirements and collective requirements (MARC-SBDKZ).
You can maintain this indicator in the following places:
in the MRP view of the material master record (MRP 4)
in the explosion types for the BOM item (in Customizing for Production in the step Basic Data -> Bill of Material -> Item Data -> Define explosion types)
Configuring the explosion types has priority over the configuration in Inventory Management.
If the indicator is set at Collective requirements only (2), the materials are withdrawn from the stock of material provided to vendor. If this indicator is set any other way, the system withdraws materials from sales order stock or project stock.

I encounter the following problem when I do the Goods receipt from TAC MIGO. The purchase order is fine and have no issues. Kindly let me know what to check in the PO when we receive this error.

Make sure your entries are correct.
If the purchase order number has been incorrectly specified in your reference document, you can search for the correct number with the search functions.

this can cause of any of the following reasons:
pls check,
whether the po is released?
whether there is any confirmation control in the po?
check the delivery date.
whether the items in the po is still open?

Possible Reasons could be
1.Full Quantity has been received already
   Solution:If reuired Increase the Quantity
2.You might have put Delivery completion indicator
   Solution:Remove Delivery completion indicaotr
3.Confirmation Controls Exists
   Solution:You might have selected Order Acknowledgement or Inbound Delivery etc.
Check above points and take necessay corrective measures.

created one PO, then created Invoice with refrence to PO, After doing MIRO, I am trying to do GR with refrence to PObut system is showing error purchase order 4500007834 has no item.
Gr based invoice is uncheck.
vendor aknowledgement is unchecked.

1. check GR non valuated is checked or not .
2. in confirmation tab, check if there is inbound deliv ery or rough GR seleted or not

Bug: My Finder folder has 4 items but Cover Flow is showing 5.

In addition to the beeps, on some computers the power LED will flash a corresponding number of times plus one. The LED will repeat the sequence after approximately a 5-second pause. The tones are only played once.
Note: In this case, a flash is considered to be 1/4 second or 250 ms or greater in length.
Did you get any of the Install Discs with the Macs?
On the one with no Utilities, might try reapplying the big combo update...

I am trying to schedule a report in BO XI R3. But I get the below error when I click on the format link.

I encountered this same problem. When going from XI R2 to XI R3, I had imported all the reports so converted to CR2008. One of the users had a version of this report on his desktop from XI. He saved it out to BOE XI R3 and then when trying to select format from Infoview when he was scheduling it, he would get this error message. I just opened this report in CR2008 and then saved it back out to BOE and it worked fine.

hello: my sister has talk me into coming to the computer. she gave me her old mac. 2 of them now i went from just from not knowing about the mac now i am just plane lost. now after all that here is the QUESTION: ON one of the mac's the dvd is open it try's to close but it stays open. And when i go to start it will make this beep beep about 3 to 4 times. i have too keep turn it on & off 5 or 6 times, then i get the apple gong sound. On to mac #2 the one i use the most when i try to down some stuff it will say can't open file and it is so slow. my sister said to open the utilities when i go too it says it has 0 items on it. she had to remove somethings cause she has some for her eyes only stuff she had to get out. can someone PLEASE help me!!!!
And i would like to know when i buy a new mac can i take some of the stuff ( programs ) from one of the old computers, do i put one of them little things in a UPS port or what ?

Galley Always Has One Item Selected

A gallery always has one item selected, usually the first item. Is there any way to have a gallery with no selected item?

Bruton is correct. There is always one item selected within the Gallery and it is typically the first item. As you move around and pick other items the selection will move to them.
Could you shed some more light on the high level scenario you are trying to accomplish? There might be alternatives that we could suggest.
