PO history Migration

Hi,
I hope you can help me ...
For the migration, the po history has been migrated as statistical values; It means that there are material document in the PO history in the PO but the material document is a dummy document.
The problem is that the status of the PO (tab status in the header) is not updated. The "statitstical" good receipt is not taken into account and so nothing is reported as been delivered.
I have the same problem with the PS report (S_ARL_87013542).
Could you please help me?
How can we make the system take into account a "statistical" good receipt
Thanks a lot for your help
Jyoti

Hi dear,
I dont think that u can upload the PO history or text item PO history directly. You have to regularise the same.i.e.create PO (text and service) and then create subsequent documents.

  • Thinking of a new mac, will TM history migrate over?

I am looking at switching from my mbp to an iMac. I know that I can use migration assistant to move my docs, apps, etc to the new computer, but I would like to know if this includes TM.
I sure do hope so, because it would be very unfortunate if I had to start TM from scratch.
I would obviously be using the same drive to which my current TM back-ups are stored.
If this option is not native to migration assistant, are there any how-to that I could be pointed to?

in a different scenario, whereby the MBP had died, you could Migrate the most recent TM back-up into the new Mac (there are 4 options at the Migrate/Restore from TM) and so resume at where you left off (PPC and Intel limitations notwithstanding on some apps), but the history of backups from the MBP would then be unavailable on the new Mac.
So, if you used TM as a device to archive old files, restore them in TM if you needed them, you'd be stuffed in the scenario of dead MBP.
Unless, I guess, you do the hack of making both Macs have the same MAC code (sorry about the pun) which seems very fiddly and not wholly successful.
So, on the one hand TM is heaven sent. On the other hand, in the event of hardware failure or misunderstanding of the concept, all history is lost.
    Hmmmm.

  • Java version History Migration

    Hi guys,
we are using a NWDI server for SAP CRM Ecommerce java project, and we using DTR, CBS and CMS. Now basis wants to remove the current NWDI server and migrate all the current archive files to new NWDI Server.
My question is, is there any possibility that we can migrate the java file versions from old DTR to New DTR in NWDI server?
if we do that, will new server work like old server?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Kiran K Vemula.

    Hi,
yes, this is the DTR replication concept. This way you won't lose the DTR version history:

  • ADMT Error Functional Level not supported

    Hey there,
we are about to migrate to 2003-Domains to one 2012R2.
We installed ADMT Tand configured the prerequisites.
At initializing ADMT by migrating a global group, if i choose the pdc emulator of the source domain i got an error:
The domain functional level of the domain... is not supported...
Only a domain functional level higher than Windows 2000 is supported...
The Domain and Forest Level is 2003!?!
    Our Domain Names are:
    source1.customer.com (Netbios: Source1)
    source2.customer.com (Netbios: Source2)
    target.customer.com (Netbios: target)
My migration account is domain Admin in te target domain and member of built-in Administrators in the source domains...
The Auditing has been set, and also the
TcpipClientSupport  Values (should not be required, but i found some posts about it...)
AllowNT4Crypto in the target domain has also been set...
If i choose another dc in the source domain i amable to proceed and get an error after Group options with Migrate SID selected:
Could not verify auditing and TcpipClientSupport on domains. Will not be able to migrate SIDs; the given domain is not available, or no connection possible....
    any ideas?

    Hi ,
Based on your description, there are two issues you meet.
You choose the PDC as the source domain when migrating a global group, you get the below error,
The domain functional level of the domain... is not supported...
You migrate SID when you choose another DC, you get the below error,
Could not verify auditing and TcpipClientSupport on domains. Will not be able to migrate SIDs; the given domain is
not available, or no connection possible....
If I have misunderstood your concern please let me know.
As for the first issue, I suggest you need check
the function level of the SOURCE domain. here is detail step,
Logon one of the source DCs and open the ADCU
Right click the domain name and select the properties
You can see the function level of your source domain
As for the second issue, it is about SID history
migration, here I give you the steps for you check,
Enable auditing of Account Management in the Target domain and source domain
Create a domain local group called <domain>$$$ in source domain
Create the following registry entry on the source domain
    PDC
    HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\LSA\TcpipCientSupport: DWORD : 0x1
If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact me.

  • Different vendor in purchase order-material document

    Hi, gurus!
We're facing this problem. Seems really weird.
We have a purchase order with a vendor (and same vendor number in the "partners" tab in ME21N), but in the subsequent material document generated through MB01 we have a different vendor and receiving vendor in "partner tab".
    There's no user exit involved.
    Does it make any sense?
What else could be the reason of this difference?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards.

how do you look at your material document? in MIGO, in MB03 or in PO history tab?
Which movement type does your material document have?
Was the order creation and receipt done in the same SAP system, or was the order and the history migrated from an old system?
Are you working in a special industry solution like Retail or IS-OIL etc. ?
OSS Note 193250 clearly says : The inventory management does not work in the standard system with vendor or customer partner functions. and that you have to use USER_EXIT_KOMPBME_PARTNER  if you want use them.
But you already denied that you are using exits.
Had you received many items in reference to different POs in one shot?

    Hi,
This problem is for BIN collation.
    1. You have to convert from BIN (MS SQL Server 2000) to BIN2 (MS SQL Server 2005 ) collation.
    2. Check first db properties in MS SQL Server for Collation.

  • Cannot link mailbox to user in accounts forest

original forest is a single domain configuration named mydomain.com.  A new accounts forest was created named ad.mydomain.com.  This domain is *not* a subdomain of the original domain, but a separate domain in a separate forest.  This forest
also uses a single domain design. (It's a long story) All mailboxes reside in a single mailbox database on an Exchange 2010 server running on Windows Server 2008 R2.  I've used the ADMT to migrate some test accounts to the accounts forest.
The migration works and the account appears functional, i.e., SID history migrated and the account can still get to shares and files on machines located in the resource forest.
I then use the disable-mailbox and connect-mailbox commands to setup the linked mailbox.  My test account is user Joe Doakes (as listed in Get-MailboxStatistics), username is jdoakes, mailnickname is jdoakes and SMTP address is [email protected]
Here is the exact command I am using:
Connect-Mailbox -Identity "Joe Doakes" -Database "Mailbox Database 0448361937" -LinkedDomainController MEDTMPDC01.ad.mydomain.com
    -LinkedMasterAccount "CN=Joe Doakes,OU=Testing,OU=Accounts,DC=ad,DC=mydomain,DC=com" -LinkedCredential $cred
to which the command shell replies-
    Confirm
Do you want to connect this mailbox to user "mydomain.com/Testing/Joe Doakes" with the alias "JoeDoakes"?
[Y] Yes  [A] Yes to All  [N] No  [L] No to All  [?] Help (default is "Y"):
I've re-entered the credentials for the accounts forest twice.  The canonical name above is the name of the now disabled account in the resource forest.  If I select Y here, it reconnects to the old account and changes the alias from jdoakes
to JoeDoakes.  This behavior is very strange.  I have confirmed the distinguished name used is correct.  Can anyone point out what I am doing wrong?
    TIA
    Tom

I wanted to update this post in case anyone else runs into this problem.  I wound up opening
a support ticket and spent a day and a half on the phone with Microsoft.
This issue was the result of several chance problems and my misinterpretation
of the command's results.  To start off, when the command comes back to
say that it wants to connect the mailbox to "mydomain.com/Testing/Joe Doakes", it
really means that it is the disabled account in the Exchange (source) forest to which the
mailbox will be connected.  It will be "linked" to the account in the accounts forest, but the command does not say that.  This behavior is by design.  We also found that I have to specify the alias in the command or a new alias is created that
    concatenates the target account's first
and last names.  Last, we found that running a number of
clean-mailboxdatabase commands was the trick that finally made things
work.  To recap, the procedure that worked for me was:
    1. Disable-mailbox to disconnect the user in the source forest
    2. Verify the mailbox is actually disconnected.  If it does not show up in the
Disconnected Mailbox node in the EMC, run the clean-mailboxdatabase "<database
    name>" command
    3. Disable the source forest user account.
    4. Enter the account forest credential ($cred = get-credential)
    5. Connect the mailbox to the linked account.  This is the command that worked for me:
Connect-Mailbox -Identity "Joe Doakes" -Alias jdoakes
-Database "Mailbox Database 0448361937" -LinkedDomainController MEDTMPDC01.ad.mydomain.com -LinkedMasterAccount "CN=Joe Doakes,OU=Testing,OU=Accounts,DC=ad,DC=mydomain,DC=com" -LinkedCredential
    $cred
    6. The new account may not be able to get to the mailbox without running another clean-mailboxdatabase.
I hope this saves someone else a call to Microsoft.

  • Is it possible to install OEM 12c on a server already running OEM 11g ?

Is it possible to install OEM 12c on a server already running OEM 11g ?
We have a server already running OEM 11g, planning to install OEM 12C on the same server and running it in parallel while we transfer targets one by one to OEM 12c ?
Please let us know, if anyone has any experiences on this.
    Thanks,

    Hi,
Yes it is allowed to install EM 12c on same host but you need to make sure that the hardware is strong enough to keep both the OMS’es up and running. For production system setup i will not recommend you this approach but if this if for your testing purpose you can install both the OMSes on same host with different repositories.
Your second question is not clear, if your final goal is to have em 12c in your enviro then you can go through the proper EM upgrade method which will take care of all target and history migration. Manually doing all is not supported.
    Pls go through this: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E24628_01/index.htm

  • I want to migrate email history to profile 2. It's available on the c-drive or usb drive it won't let me browse to the location when i click import.

We set up two profiles in Thuinderbird. Two addresses, Two address books, etc. I want to migrate email history to profile 2 in thunderbird. when I get to IMPORT it does not give me the option of browsing to the location of the outlook express file for profile 2. I just imports the profile 1 historical data. The email I want to import is on the c-drive and I have also put it on the usb flash drive. but I can't get to it to import it. If I just let it import, at brings in the profile 1 history to profile 2. Importing the history to profile 1 worked fine, by the way. I am migrating from outlook express on xp machine to window 8.1

  • Migration of Purchase Order History using RM06EEI1

    Hi
I have migrated Open Purchase Orders from one SAP system to another SAP system.
I have loaded the Purchase Order details using business object BUS2012  and the PO History using program RM06EEI1.
Only open quantities were loaded to facilitate subsequent Goods Receipts and Invoice Receipts.
The records were loaded without errors.
The Material Ledger was inactive during the migration and activated after the migration.
Everything looks ok from a migration perspective.  The correct quantities are created on the PO, the GR shows on the History tab, and the correct GL Accounts were posted to i.e the GRIR Clearing Account and the IR Account.
However, I am unable to perform Invoice Verification (MIRO) and Reversal of Goods Receipts (MIGO) on these records.
The error message is "No (suitable) item found for purchase order".
Has anyone encountered this scenario and can shed some light on this issue?
    Regards
    Magan

    Hi,
I think the best solution would be,
Identify the open POs in legacy system
Migrate the data for these POs for table EKKO, EKPO, EKET and long texts.
Once migrated run tcode OMQ5. this will generate the correct file so that you can upload correct PO history.
Susequently, upload this file through the tcode OMQ2.
Check that you provide correct conversion accounts..
you will get correct Open POs and PO history of open POs from legacy to new system.

  • AR open Items Migration with Dunning history

    Dear Experts,
Please could you share your opinion and experience in the below issue
We are migrating AR open items data from one company code (say AB01) to another company code (say AB02) within SAP, we are following the approach, download AR open items fromAB01 and Migrate to AB02 with same parameters of AB01 (document date, baseline date, assignment number, text, payment terms every thing is same, there will be no change)
Now the question Iu2019ve is whether dunning history can migrate to company code AB02, please have a look it the following example to understand the issue
    AB01 data
Customer      Open item amount     Current dun level     last dun date
    100015     1000               1     10.05.2009
    100015     2500               2     10.05.2009
    100015     500               4     10.05.2009
Over all customer dunning status is : Highest level is 4
Now we wanted to migrate same data to AB02 including dunning history.
Certainly, we can migrate above open items data with dunning level, and master data history as well.
Having said that, will the system able to dun next dunning level in AB02 (in the above example it should be level 5). .?
Please could you advise me possible options which you had come across.
My opinion is, system has to determine levels and update history in systematic way, rather than manipulating in our style.
(Information: Iu2019d had quick test migrating test data into new company code AB02 including history which is same as AB01 and MHNK table history, even though system has not picked next dunning level)
    Would appreciate your replies.
    Regards
    Prab

Hi,  I'm wanting to do the same thing.  Were you able to figure this out?  Regards, Adrien.

  • How do I migrate a book from one ibookstore account to another (along with history)?

I have a book that was started on the free account.  But then I created a paid account and want to have all my books viewable under one account.  Is there a way to request Apple to migrate the book as well as the history from free to paid?

I would ask Apple. There is no officially documented way of doing this.
I don't like your chances though because a paid book account requires a different setup process and signing of a different contract.

  • Workflow Migration including history data and SOST data

    Hello to all guru's,
i want to migrate workflow not by copy of mandant but by transport to new destination. (from Netweaver 4.0s to ECC 5.0 )
Actual Workflow is working fine on new mandant, but i miss history data -
SOST data too. Which tables do i have to transport additionally ?
Does anyone has experience in this theme ?
Many thanks in advance for quick answers !

    Hi,
try to change an existing workflow to see how the key looks in transport request (I think it's probably R3TR PDWS #, where # is the workflownumber)
do the same for the workflow tasks (R3TR PDTS?).
Alternatively workflowdefinition are in tables SWD*
As for history data, check the tables which archive object WORKITEM uses (transaction SARA), these are probably the tables to use regarding history data.
Beware however that the way you're doing this is no an advisable one, because you're not sure if all of the tables are present and you'll run into problems related to number ranges etc.
    Kind regards, Rob dielemans

  • Migrate Text history to New Phone

I am moving from the HTC Droid Incredible 2 to the Galaxy S5 and need to migrate my text history to the new phone. Does anyone know if that is possible? As a business user it is critical to reference the text history, harvest data or show proof of temporary agreements. For example, a client agrees to a change order via text with email or paper to follow; the text messages is the record of the agreement until it is replaced by more robust instrument.
Any suggestions or workarounds? Will Verizon Cloud hold my text and allow transfer to new phone?
    Thank You -Chuck

If you don't have some sort of backup app installed, the text history will not transfer. You may want to try installing SMS Backup & Restore in order to backup your texts. This saves your information in a file you can transfer to your new phone and then restore your history from that file.
Additionally, if you use Verizon Messages as your texting app, this will sync your texts if you switch phones. Unfortunately, it will not sync texts from before you started using the app, but you may want to keep it in mind for future use. This app also allows you to send/receive texts from a tablet/laptop/desktop which would appear on your phone, too. I find it quite useful.
