PO item deletion error

Dear Experts,
Our user created the PO against an an internal order,when user want to delete the line item,its giving message
order item exceeds the budget.
Please suggest me.

Dear Madhu,
While creating PO using ME21N, if the line item account is assigned with internal order, system checks for budget.
If the value is more than the budget, it display budget exceed message.
To solve this
Open the purchase order - go to account assignment tab - note down the internal order no.
You can see the budget details using KO23
if the budgets insufficient, use KO24 - give supplement budget

It looks you try to delete the sales order line item and you get this error message.
Try to put reason for rejection for the line item and save the order. This is equal to deleting the line item.
You can also refer the OSS note 14097 - Order item cannot be deleted/overwritten for further information.

Item delete - Any quick ways of removing the found constraints errors

On 12.1.3 and looking for advice for people who have done the Item Delete and have found a quick way to remove the rows in the tables that the constraints find?
I have 195 items with an avg errors equaling 11 which comes out to 2,145 errors that need to be fixed. Looking to see if anyone has come up with a quick way to remove the items, .....

Hi All ,
User trying to delete few line items from PO but while saving system throwing below message and not able to save the document.
Because of this info message user unable to save the PO with line item deletion.
I google the issue but no success.

More details :
Order got created via a batch job. We are getting the order from external application with all the details.
Order created in system with Sloc in the line item level.
This line item externally procured hence created a PR in line.
PR converted into PO with same Sloc in PO header line item.
This Sloc also present in material master Prod. stor. location & Storage loc. for EP , MRP 2 view.
Strange thing is that ,
In the same PO there are few items deleted already which was in the same situation.
But getting above problem to delete remaining items.
Please suggest so that I can check any other areas which are unattended.

I have created approval workflow for item modifications ie, when user try to modify an item, it will send a mail to Project Manager. For that I set the conditions in Change the behavior of the overall task: 1. When the task process starts 2 . When the task
process completes .
Change the behavior of the single task: 1.when a task is Pending.

My Requirement is that I want to set this same workflow for the scenario: when the user deletes an item it will send a mail (intimation mail for item deletion) to Project Manager. here i dont want to send modification mails when user deletes an item.
When user modifies an item: 1. intimation mail, 2. Approve/Reject mail 3. intimation for approval / rejection mail.
When user deletes an item: 1. intimation mail.
How can we set it in one approval workflow?? where i have to set the condition for sending either item modification mails or deletion mail.

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to start approval workflow when item deleted.
You should first make some changes to trigger the workflow when you delete the item.
You can use the Event Receiver to achieve it.
In order to trigger workflow on item delete you need to create event receivers and from event receiver call the workflow already attached with list.

I have just given all values in VA01 not saved at tht time and before saving i go the Extras -->Output ---> Header -> Print Preview----> i got the form then i back to the screen ... now i save sales order but it giving error " Item Pricing error" if i click on item pricing error button it goes to the sap first screen.

May be fault items where there is no pricing or so.
Check all items and reprice them before save. if they are ok then go to MV45AFZZ and check save document prepare and save document user exits for the message. Also check form and print program.
Last but not least, get the message number and class for the message then go where used list for that message.
Mostly, this message is populated in user exits.

I'm running the import items program to update the existing item in inventory. For that it is throwing some error when the record move from interface table to inventory base table. See below error message.

Developer Mode Exception encountered in item EffectiveFrom Error

In Oracle apps , When I click on Configurator Developer, I get this error on the very first page :

I havent been working in any seeded applications lately . I am working on some other custom application and have depolyed it on server and this error did not occur untill yesterday.
There is a profile option : FND: Developer Mode which is set to nothing on server.
Also I have enabled developer mode to true in zone.properties
could any of this be a problem ?

A few doubts :
1. How is it different to set prof. opt. from Func Admin to setting it from Sys Admin ?
2. Do I need apache bounce after this ?
3. I had not touched these p/os and the values for site/user were null from before, so why do I see the error and others do not ?
4. Apart from all the error I posted in this thread I also get some error when I launch configurator from my custom webpage -

"retrieve disk item references" error

using the "save PDF to folder as jpg" option below the printer>pdf button , I get a "retrieve disk item references" error, but save PDF to folder as tiff is still working. What is going wrong ??

You have to get the action and load it into Automator. It will say it's from a prvious version.
Then save the action (this upgrades it to current automator version)
If you get a folder error change permission on folder so you can save to it
reboot your computer - mine didn't work until I did this.

Disabling "Item Deleted" notifications in Collab

Our users are loudly complaining about "Item Deleted" notifications coming through from Collab subscriptions.
I know there are templates for the emails, but even if I deleted the template I'm sure it would still trigger something (like a blank email).
Anyone know how I could go about changing things up to block those types of emails from all users? I'm assuming that is a PEI?

could you put an "unsubscribe" link right in teh collab email template? I think it woudl be possible to link directly to the "my subscriptions" link in the users My Account page.

Have u checked the method manually that u are using in the task.. i mean execute the business object and test the method.. is the task a background/foreground.. if background.. make it to fore ground and test once..

Copy/paste "Error list" Items with errors as plain text ?

When I attempt to run a Labview project main.vi I get a long "Error list" window, listing many .vi files within the .lvproj as "Items with errors". I would like to get this listing as a plain text file for documentation purposes (another developer checked this code in, and it is supposed to be working). However the small window cannot be resized very much and it is not a plain text field that I can copy and paste in the normal Windows way. Is there a way to export these errors as plain text?

Thanks for the responses. I'm using Labview 2014 SP1 Version 14.0.1 (32 bit) on Windows 7.
Certainly I do need to talk with the other guy but he won't be back for some weeks. The errors I have cause a "broken arrow" condition so the program does not even start. Does an error handler at the end help me in that case? Yes I can do a screen shot, but there are so many errors it would take about 5 screen shots to scroll through the (fairly small, non-resizeable) dialog box and capture them all.
I was hoping for an easy way to capture this, but now my guess is that LabView was just not intended to work that way. I'm more used to other programming environments, where errors were always available in plain text format.
