PO item text not displaying in ME23n

Hello,
There is a PO which was created manually in which the Item text does not display from ME23n. In the display, the item text has a tick next to it but the display window shows nothing. However, the output message is having the item text in it.
Has any one encountered a problem like this?
Some additional points in this regard:
- PO created with refernce to a PR
- The item text was manually entered in the PR and it is displaying correctly there.
- The PR and PO could have been created with a different log-in language

Thanks for your reply, but what you say is not correct.
Item text, or for that matter any text, is not language dependent. I have tested this out by creating a PR in DE and the PO in EN. The text in both (PR or PO) displays correctly when you log in with either DE or EN.

1. We have configured a custom PCAT_ITM text - Product catalog item text. - (say 000A )
2. Have appropriate text determination procedure, access sequence to determine this custom text
3. The text determination procedure has been chosen in the custom catalog type.
The above steps lets us use and publish this custom text in catalog using the text id ( TEXT000A_ ).
4. For accessing this text in the ISA Catalog search, we have maintained the text-id mapping in the file catalog-site-config.xml as follows:

</Map>
Well, the issue now is, this setup works fine only in certain pages, but not in some other pages.
a. Works fine in ProductDetails.inc.jsp - currentItem.getAttribute("TEXT_000A") gives the right catalog item text value.
b. Doesn't work in organizer-content-product-search1.jsp - product.getCatalogItem().getAttribute("TEXT_000A"). Though the expectation is to get the catalog item text, we get a value "TRUE", yes (TRUE).
Can any expert tell if we are missing anything.

i have re run the APP program DUSR1 same earlier it has run twice but table dose not show double payment to vendors how to resolve the issue.

First, which table are you referring to. If your fist APP run clears the line item, it will no longer be available in the open item.
Please be more specific on the problem so that we can try to help you. If possible, please provide screenshots.

Document library items are not displaying in sorted order in sharepoint 2013

Hi,
I have a document library , I am storing document sets on it.
28326 items are there in the library.
I have configured sort on Name columns. Initially items are displaying in sorted order like (A,B,C,D,E...)
Now Items are not displaying in a sorted order it is displaying like (A, B,C,D,E,A,C...) like this.
Please help me on this sorting issue.

Are the documents displaying in your image inside the document sets? If so then your sets (folders) are displaying in alphabetical order and the documents inside the sets are displaying in alphabetical order. This is what i would expect.

When i simulate in F-28, line items is not displaying
eg: 40 SBI 1500
only displaying the remaining items like
eg: 40 discount 500
50 ABC 2000
is not displaying
what may be reason. where can i change settings

This will happen as the system searches for automatically created line items, in this case, the discount.
Nothing to worry, press Enter key twice, after simulation, you should get the all line items display

Hi,
dont go the table again and again . the table is updated at intial stage only for stock update but not when SAP is running.
In day to day bussiness the flow is as follows:
Production - MB31 - to Unres stock
Sales - VL02n - PGI - to customer - i.e out of unres stock
Every day u can run TC J1i5 once in a day as decided and update the register so all transactions which have happend in that day gets updated i.e both input and output.
and this will happen every day.
hence dont use table as it is only for intial data upload i.e just before golive.

Quotation Items are not displayed on SRM Web

Hi experts!
I did a program to create a quotation based on a Bid invitation.
My program creates the document correctly, but, when i try to show the quotation on the browser, the quotation items are not displayed.
If I open this same quotation on the SRM Gui (TCODE = BBP_PD), the quotation items are there.
Anybody in here already had this problem?

I got to fix my program!
My code is like that below:
ls_quot_item_e-src_guid = bid_items-guid.
ls_quot_item_e-src_object_type = 'BUS2200001'.
The business object BUS2200001 is the BO of Items of Bid Invitation, now, my reference is complete.
It works fine now.

Flash Text not displaying certain fonts

Thanks as always…
I am trying to use Flash text for some headings, but after an
hour of pulling my hair out I've just realised it will only display
certain fonts, such as Helvetica etc.
I added the font I want to use to my font list but it still
does not display…
I'm using MX on OSX 10.3.9.
Any ideas? Thansk.

I don't think the issue concerns the "true-type" or not
"true-type" font.
In Flash, when text is part of a dynamic text box (which I
assume is the case in your situation),
then the font works just like in an html page:
if the font is installed on the computer it will show, if
not, it won't. The way around this, is to
embed the font data in the authoring flash file, and link it
to the dynamic text box, via actionScript.
So if you cannot work on the authoring Flash file with Flash
MX or Flash8, and if indeed we're
talking about a dynamic text box, your only option is to use
a web-safe font.

PO Item Text Not Printing correctly

Hello,
Per the config settings, the PR Item Text is transferred to the PO Item text while creation of a PO.
When the PO is created, one can see the PO Item Text maintained in ME23N, but when you do the print
preview / print output, it is not displayed.
Few observations I would like to point out:-
1) Tables STXH and STXL are maintained correctly for PR.
2) Tables STXH and STXL are not maintained when the PO is created.
3) If you do the changes in PO Item text through ME22N for say Line Item 0010 and save, then print preview / print output shows only for Item 0010 since the entries are not present in STXH and STXL.
4) In T-code ME23N, when you go to PO Item Text tab for Line item 0010, then interestingly PO Print Preview shows only for 0010 even though there are no table entries. If you drill down for all line items, the print preview shows for all.
Can anyone please suggest why the print preview / print output does not show for all line items and why SAP is behaving this way?
Is there any other config settings to be done?

Can you tell me what did u do for the item text to appear on the foem. Am having the same issue. Did u do any cnahes in teh form / driver program?....Pls let me know.
What was the customisation that was affecting it.
I am using the same
SAPFM06P ENTRY_NEU ZMEDRUCK(standard program).
Did u do any changes in the form? I want the item text to appear below the item no.

PO Material text not displayed in PO

Hi All,
Please help me in finding a solution for my issue,
We use SAP ERP 6.0, and recently upgraded from SRM 4.0 to SRM 7.0. whenever a PO is processed in SRM and replicated to SAP, "Item text" inputs entered in SRM is replicated to "Material PO Text" in SAP and when the PO is printed, those inputs are not displayed in the PO..
However if I amend the same PO again in SRM (by just modifying the inputs in "Item text") and re-replicate to SAP and reprint the PO, the inputs are displayed in PO this time. becoz of this, we had to amend every PO again to have the Item text displayed in PO.
Why the inputs are not displayed in PO at the first time and what made the system to display it after i amend the PO the second time???

I have already raised this with the tech team and they said they antcipate this to be fixed by this March. I have no idea if this takes so long to fix it. Since we had to process 100s of POs every day, it is affecting our SLA badly

Invoice ref and item text not printing in check ( F110)

Hi Experts,
When i tried to print check using tcode F110 by following the procedure , i came to know in structure REGUP , invoice reference ( regup-rebzg) and item text ( regup-sgtxt) are not updating in REGUP . I checked this in debugger mode.
Also reference number ( regup-xblnr ) is updated in structure ,but not displaying in output check format.
Actually we are using ( ECC 6.0 ) zform and z print program zRFFOUS_C which are copied from std one and made some changes.
Even I checked for standard FORM F110_PRENUM_CHCK and RFFOUS_C by changing
in FBZP configuration level (assiging std form and std program ).
In this also same issue as mentioned above in debugger mode.
kindly give me any suggestions .
My requirement is to print
1. invoice reference ( rebzg)( instead of document number)
2. reference number (xblnr )( same as your document )
3 . item text ( sgtxt )
4. amount ( wrbtr)

Info Record Text and Material Text not displayed in Subcon. PO printout

Hi,
I have this scenario, where the Info record text from Info Record PO text does not appear in Print out but appears in Print preview.
Also the Info record text for standard Purchase order is displayed in Print preview and Print output.
The config settings for texts for Purchase order is the same for Purchase order with no Item Category (Standard) and Subcontracting (item category L).
Also the texts in Purchase order automatically copies in Standard purchase order (adopt button not present) but not in Subcontract purchase order (Adopt text is present).
I have checked the config for copying rule, for Info record text is automatically adopt.
I am unable to identify the missing config for this.
Also the same problem exists for Material text from Material Master PO text is not displayed in Fax output but appears in Print output.

The solution to this is SPRO->SAP Reference IMG->Materials Management->Purchasing->Messages
->Text for Messages->Define Text for Purchase Order.
Select Texts for Document Item folder - There will be a list by Document Type and Item Category. Make sure there are entries for your combination, otherwise they will not be part of the output message.

0GLACCEXT hierarchy nodes description ( text ) not displaying

Hi Gurus,
I have uploaded 0GLACCEXT hierarchy from ECC system in to BI 7.0. I can only see the hierarchy nodes in the RSH1 and in the reports as well for 0GLACCEXT.But I am not able to see the hierarchy nodes description like under Expenses > salaries , wages , housing etc .....only its GL accounts is displaying like 700100 , 700200
I also uploaded Text datasource ( 0GL_ACCOUNT_TEXT ) for 0GLACCEXT , the text is loading without any problem but the changes are not being reflected in the RSH1 and the reports.

Thanks for your reply , the text for 0GL_ACCOUNT is displaying fine , I don't have any issues with 0GL_ACCOUNT , my main concern is I'm using Financial Statement item 0GLACCEXT for Balance Sheet and P&L Statement (for period accounting) by using Virtual Cube 0FIGL_VC1 the Text is not displaying in the reports as well as in RSH1 , where as for 0GL_ACCOUNT the hierarchies and text are working and displaying fine.
I'm closing this thread , the problem has been solved
it was related to mappings in Transfer rules.

Cc text not displaying when using full motion recording

Hello everyone,
I wanted to find out if anyone has experienced a problem with
cc text not being displayed on slides with full motion recording.
I have added and sync'd the cc text on a slide that has full
motion recording. When publishing the file, no cc text appears in
the the published file.
Is there a workaround or a setting that I need to check to
ensure that the cctext shows up?
Any information which anyone can provide would be greatly
appreciated.

I'm having the same problem you were last year! Just wondered if you were able to find a workaround.
I have a full motion page with audio embedded in it (meaning that the audio does not show up as its own item in the timeline view). When I open the Advanced Audio Management dialog box, I'm not able to add a caption because CP4 doesn't think there's sound on this slide. (see attached screen grab -- the slide in question is slide 9. You see that the caption button is greyed out).
I've really hit a wall on this one today. I tried deleting the audio and re-adding it from the library, but it doesn't get added as an independent object in the timeline box; it just gloms onto the "captured animation" object.
Maybe it's simply not possible to have a closed caption on a FMR page? That doesn't seem right though.
