Po line items multiplid in print preview?

Dear Gurus,
In PO, I am seeing the line items as 10, 20, 30 etc..
But, when I am clicking on print preview to see the output, it is displaying the line items as 1000, 2000, 3000 etc..
May i know the reason?

Hi,
check the program which is assigned to the output type,
T-code NACE,
where the application is EF for the PO output,
click on output types (F5), select output type NEU ( if you are using the standard output type ),
whre you can get the program name under processing routines,
check with your ABAP team for the program.

How to ristrict 10 line items in Check Printing Form F110_PRENUM_CHCK

Hi,
I have requirement in Check Printing form F110_PRENUM_CHCK. I have to print only 10 invoices (line items) for the corresponding Document number. If there are more than 10 invoices (line items), 11th invoice onwards should print in another printer in plain papaer. But upto 10th invoice should print in actual Check form.
How can we handle 10 no of invoices restriction in actual Check Form ? If more than 10, 11th invoice should print in plain paper.
I copied F110_PRENUM_CHCK into Zform.
Pls suggest me.

I assigned in custumization, Still I am not able to display when we have morethan 10 line items. If we have 20 line items, It should display 10 line items in Actual check form and 11th line item onwards should print in another plain paper or 1st line to 20th line in another form.

Problem in line items(text elements printing) in smartform

Here iam printing line item data in invoice form
around 7 fields(text elements) iam having the fileds are displaying one by one
I need to diplay all 7 fields one after another with some gaps in the same line

create a table. In once line type(Line type 1) create 7 different cells (Columns) for a single row.
For eg:
Line typ1 : cell1 cell2 cell3 cell4 cell5 cell6 cell 7.
cell1 : &mara-matnr&
cell2 : &mara-ersda&.
like soon in 7 different cells.

Text in line item not written printed

             While executing transection ME23N (Po order in line item type tab) we maintain text which is to be printed on print output or script output, But in my case this text is not written printed. Please help me.

            From your case ,which method have you used to print,by using function module or include text element.if you are using function module means,you can refer this link,

if not ,you are using include text element means ,check your Text Name,Text Object,Text ID,Language and tickmark the checkbox,Enter the value in Std paragraph parameter.
Everything as perfect what have you maintained,then you have to check the output options declaration(Line & Column),if you maintained in template.

How can i restrict line items in check printing.

I am printing a check and its invoice details(Item details) alos in the same page.How it look means frst check part
will print and in the main window i am printing item details. Up to this part it is working fine. But in case of these item details if more than 10 line items are there it should print on second page.can any one help what is the code to solve this issue and where i have to write the code.

         We can write an if condition in the text element of the Main window for this..
         Put a counter....if a counter reaches 10..call the NEW-PAGE command..
          if counter > 10.
            NEW-PAGE.
            counter = 0.

Selective line item to be printed in Delivery Note

Hi All!
There is a specific requirement that the packing material used should not be printed but the number of packed units should get printed with the identification number.
for e.g. There is 100kg of Aluminium strips [Material XYZ] which is to packed by reels [Material ABC]. Suppose we use 2 reels to pack the 100kg strips. Then in the Delivery note it should print only :
Material XYZ 2reels 100kgs
The packing material has no billing relevance in our scenario, hence it is not to be shown.
By removing the indicator for billing relevance and pricing in Item Catergory HUPM, I am getting the pricing as zero but the line item created due to packing is getting printed.
Please suggest how to solve this.

Want a particular item category line item not to print on form

HI!
We would like our smartform for invoice not to print the line item when that item category is "ZABC". I can easily do that by hard coding in the form mentioning when item category is 'ZABC' not to print it instead I was looking for a way using the configuration flag to show whether a line item should show on the form or not . Is theer a way I can do it by this method instead of going staraight by hardcoding the item category? Is theer a way on the configuration side which I can use to indicate the line item with item category 'ZABC' not to print onto the form?
KIndly indicate of it cane be done and how.

Hi Aarav,
Item category details are in table TVAP. For billable item category the Carry out pricing indicator (Field PRSFD) will be checked (X) and for free item category the field is blank. Check the table entry for both free and valuated item category and there you will find the difference in the table entries.
So based on the data in TVAP you can set the condition in Form for displaying the line item.

Outgoing cash Payment line item account not printed

Hi,
   In case any cash payment raised through outgoing payment, line item(account name, amount, etc..) table is printed. If check payment, we can get the print(Line item) out. If anybody knows the reason for not printing the table. please tell me.

        If it's one line, we can do as say, We have more than one line. we need repetative area.
Scenario,
Screen:    Outgoing Payment
Select:       Account ( not customer or not supplier)
line table(Account) : Enter more than one line.
Payment mode: Cash.
finally Check the printout:   Line table which contains accounts are not coming in the printout.

Gl account : if you need one GL account give that in from number
if you need more than one number then give from number to to number
if you need few gl accounts go to multiple selections and give that gl numbers
enter company code
under line item selection tab
enter open items at key date
clearing date: from date and to date
execute
line items will be displayed

How to go for print preview option for locked/blocked items in PO.

Dear all,
Can we view PO even all the line items or some items in that PO are locked or blocked, by clicking Print preview button. If not by that button, is there any other way to view locked/blocked items in Print Preview format.
Can anybody suggest me on this ?

Its not possible to see the line item in the print preview if it is blocked...
You can only display in the PO only...why do you need Print preview of blocked items??

You can check these locked details in the EKKO and EKPO table in the SE16 tcode for the respective PO and can also download the details if req. from the same table..

Header Details to be Printed only for the line item details.

I have the following requirement.
I have Page1 with the Logo, Header Window, Vendor Window, Send Invoice To, Delivere Invoice To and Main Window. Main Window Starts from the middle of the page. In the Page2 i have Logo, Header window and Main Window. In the Page3 i have only Main Window.
In the Footer of the Main Window i have Placed the Terms and conditions which should always be Printed in the New Page. So in the footer i have given a command "Go to New Page " and given the page as Page3.
The requirement is Logo,and Header Window should appear only for the Line items and not for the Terms and conditions.
For the Page1 i have given the Next Page as Page2. Suppose if there is only one line item then it Prints in the first Page itslef and the control flows to the Page2 and since in the page2 i have given the condition for the Logo and header window to print only if line item is more than 1 and since Main Window is starting from the middle there is a blank Space appearing in the start of the page.
The command i have given in the footer to trigger new page that is page3 is not getting triggered. If there are more than one line item then its printing the logo and header window and so there is no blank space appearing and it is working fine.
Please let me know how to avoid this blank space and move my main window to the start of the Page if there is only one line item.

I am a little bit confused regarding your query,

When you say footer of main window does it mean , that you are using a table inside your main window and the command node your have inserted is in the footer of the table ?.I hope it is, because my suggestion is based on this assumption.
Well my suggestion for your issue is,
1.I hope you are aware we can trigger a next page in two ways, one by setting the next page static attribute & second using the command node which you have used.In your case you will have to use a combination of both.
2.I feel your First page design is ok. Set its static next page attribute to PAGE2. Similarly set the static next page attribute for PAGE2 as PAGE2 itself. This should take care of your table which you have placed in the main window. If the table contains only one lineitem it will get over in the first page itself. If the lineitems are more in the table, it will automatically triggerPAGE2 (since static next page attribute for PAGE1 is PAGE2) and the remaining line items will be displayed. Now no matter how many lineitems you have ,PAGE2 will be triggered repeatedly(since static next page for PAGE2 is PAGE2 itself) until the entire data in your table is displayed.
In this way your requirement of printing the logo and header windows for the data lineitems only will be fulfilled.
3.Now the last catch in your case is the printing of PAGE3(The terms and condition page) on an entirely new blank page.
In the footer section of the table which you have used, use a command node set to PAGE3. After the command node and under the same footer section now insert your terms and condition lineitem.
Also Check the "at End of table" checkbox and uncheck " AT PAGE BREAK" under OUTPUT OPTIONS tab for the footer section.
So now this footer section will be triggered only once after all the data in the table is displayed
4. So now if there is only one lineitem, before the default second page is triggered the command node will trigger the PAGE3 and the terms and condition will be displayed.Else if there are more lineitems the page2 will be triggered again and again and finally when all the lineitems are over, the footer of the table will get triggered. So the command node will take you to the PAGE3 wherin the terms and condition will only be displayed.

Re: Printing Cancelled line items in the sales order on the packing slip

Hi gurus,
Currently we have a unique requirement in our company. Our wholesale customers send the Purchase order to us via EDI. Now saw they have requested an order containing 10 materials out of which we can fulfill only 8. the other 2 due to some reasons cannot be fulfilled.
So the business wants to keep the other 2 line items to be entered in the sales order with a cancelled status.
Now correct me if I am wrong, only the confirmed line items will be copied from a sales order to a delivery document. So thats the reason why these cancelled line items cannot be printed on the packing slip.
However somehow the business wants the packing slip tp have the 2 line items printed on it with the reason of not being delivered. this is to facilitate the customer to know why those items couln't be fulfilled by our company. Now we cannot use a manual work-around of letting the customer know about the impossibility of not fulfilling the other 2 items as there are a lot of orders that come thru EDI per day.
Can anyone suggest a solution to this requirement asap.

Hi Vinit,
This requirement makes a lot of sense, that is to be able to inform your customer that some item(s) of the sales order could not be delivered, not even partially.
A possible solution would be to allow for zero quantity in the delivery item (check customizing and mark "zero quantity allowed" in the item category).
Then in the packing split, it would be easy to print the delivered quantity (0) and the sales order quantity (whatever it was), because you have the "null" item available in the delivery.
Personally I am not found of having have delivery items with zero quantity, but they are useful in that case, and they can also be useful to automatically "close" the sales order item (instead of having to do it manually if the goods can't be served).
Note: Usually in Consumer Goods, if you can't serve part of a sales order to a customer, you have to close it, because the Retailer's next Sales Order will include the remaining quantity.

I have A problem with PO pronting form. In the PO craetion(me23n), IF we mention certain text in last line item the PO printing form is behaving uncertanly.
If the text limit to a particular line is mentioned , then PO printing in only first Page and otherpage is not printing where further data is supposed to print.
If we exceed the limt , its again printing correctly in 2 pages with all the data. If we decrese the limit aslo printing fine.
My problem is , I could not understand exactly where the problem is coming. while debugging Befor the text apperas in form I have an inlcue like this form.
INCLUDE &T166P-TXNAM& OBJECT &T166P-TDOBJECT& ID &T166P-TDID& LANGUAGE &EKKO-SPRAS& PARAGRAPH IX.
IS the prob exist here?
Please help me out?

Hi,
Header Long texts will be different from Line items long text, i think you are passing the long text for line items, so check how the long text is coming in debugger of the sapscript for each line item.
Look at the Text Element ITEM_TEXT in the Main window of the sapscript. It has the INCLUDE which holds the text you are talking.

ME91F printing multiple line items in reminders

Hi All,
We are trying to print reminders for line items (in PO's) from ME91F. When I execute this report it displays only line items (which satifies selection criteria), but when generate message (print outputs) for selected line items It will print reminders with all the line items (including the one for which reminders have been generated earlier). What should I do to make only the selected line items are printed in the reminders (instead of old one's).
Example
I have PO 4500000030 with two line items 10 and 20. Reminder for line item 10 is already generated at earlier date and now I am generating reminder for item 20 from ME91F. When I run transaction ME91F it displays only line item 20, but after selecting item 20 and click on generate messages (in the spool I am seeing two line items 10 and 20). What should I do to print only line item 20.
Any thoughts/inputs will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Printing problem for line items in a smartform

I am developing a smartform for inbound delivery, i have to print each line item in each page and each line item should be printed according to count of pallets.
lets say if my first line item has 5 pallets, it should print 5 time on smartform. and second line item should print on second page , and this logic should continue for all line items.
can some one help me out ?
