Can anyone guide me for the procedure to extract the list of all items of POs present in system with common item price say rs 1.

Use ME2N trxn and choose ALV layout .
then extract in to Excel sheet and filter it according to your requirement.

Thanks, I guess what I was really asking, Is there a n option in the insert menu or somewhere where Dreamweaver does it for you.
I am not clear on what you are wanting DW to do for you? Is it that you want it to insert a three item unordered list? No - there's no such function. You would need to click in Design view where you want the list to go, click on the bulleted list icon on the Property inspector, and then enter the three items separated by carriage returns. Then you'd have to link each item specifically.
To enter the named anchors to element ID values, CS5 has no way to do this. You'd have to enter those links manually.

'Find an Item' search on list with more items than view limit

Hello all
The 'Find and Item' search on a list with more items than the view limit appears to filter results according to where you are in that list. So if I search on the allitems page displaying items 1-100 I get hits from the entire list. But if I arrow
through to view items 201-300 and repeat the same search only items from 201 to the end of the list are returned
I'm assuming this is not how it should work i.e. it should always return results from the whole list. Is there a way to make that so (other than increasing the view limit to something huge so that all items are always displayed)

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that Find an item Search box in List didn't returned any results.
The problem is due to a difference between the Content Source defined for the crawl and the default zone defined in the Alternate Access mapping.
You need to change the Alternate Access Mapping configuration.

Inventory list with moving average price

Hi all,
How do I get the list of inventory stock using the valuation method as MOVING AVERAGE.
Iam able to get the list using last purchase price, But how do I get it using Moving average Price.

Moving average price for item might be different by each warehouse. Inventory Valuation Report can be used to get the whole picture for any single item by moving average price.
If you want to get more items, you can try this query to see:

BOM where-used list with Phantom item ( Special procurement ) - ALV grid

Hi Gurus,
I have a request with tcode CS15 when we use alv-grid.
We have a component with phantom item indicator because we use the special procurement type 50.
When we run the transaction we don't use the variable list but we use the alv-grid.
I change the layout but we haven't the field "Special procurement" or "Phantom item" in the column set

you could build a query (t-code SQ01) and make visible any relevant fields.
before run SQ02 and create an info-set based on a standard logical databse CMC.
you even do not need an abaper. just try yourself. play in DEV system

Create Word Doc from list with multiple items (repeat region)

I have a document library that creates an invoice document based on another list. The list has multiple items that where purchased and need to appear on the invoice. It is only showing the first purchase item and not the others. How do I get all the items
to display (repeating region)?
Example:

etc...

First define 2 external material number for material 1 and material 2.
In material master assign external material group to material 1 (type a,b,c,....) and for material 2 (type a ,b,c...)
You can take help of your ABAPer in this issue.
Now give your requirement to your ABAPer such that program will combine materials based on external material group.

Outline agreement with different item prices

Hi,
I have some outline agreements with different prices. The prices is based on the quantity purchased on the period of the contract:
Example: for the first 100000 items the price is 4u20AC, beetwen 100001 and 200000 it is 3,9u20AC and after it is 3,85u20AC.
1st purchase order 50000pc, price 4u20AC*50000 = 2000000u20AC
2nd purchase order 60000pc, price 500004u20AC + 100003,9u20AC = 239000u20AC
how to do this for one division and for several division (the contract can be used by all the divisions)?

Hi,
Do either quantity contract or value contract and maintain scales in that for your requirement. Whenever you raise purchase order with respect to contract, it will take the value according to the quantity you maintained in the scales.
or
Maintain info record for that material,plant,vendor combination. In that, maintain scales according to your requirement. Then whenever you raise purchase order with reference to that contract, according to that scales maintained in info record, it will take the value.

Hi All,
I have a list with few items. If I break role inheritance for at least one item and try to open list view page, I receive this error:
Attempted to use an object that has ceased to exist. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80030102 (STG_E_REVERTED))
This occurs only if view has GroupBy in query. If I remove grouping from view, then error disappears. But I need to have grouping in view as well as item level permissions.
How can I achieve this? Is this some limitation?
Any help will be appreciated.

Does the site use any custom code? Not necessarily the task list but can be anywhere. If yes, ensure that current context SPWeb/SPSite objects are not being disposed off.

Fixed Item Price Promotion not working properly in ATG 10.1.1

Hi All,
Suppose Price of 1 Shirt is $30 & there is promotion "Buy 2 Shirts for $50" with fixed item price $25.
If we buy 3 shirts, it will cost $80(2 shirts for $ 50 & 1 for $20).
The above promotion is working fine in ATG 2007.1 but not in ATG 10.1.1.
In ATG 10.1.1 it work as follows,
If we buy 3/4 shirts, ATG will price first 2 shirts with original price & will give discount to next 1/2 shirts.(total = 30 + 30 + 25 + 25 = $110). It should actually cost $100.
We have following condition & offer for promotion
Condition :
For next 2 ( product whose type is Shirt )
Offer :
up to 2 (product whose type is Shirt )

Chart based on Select list with submit Lov problem

Hi,
I have one page with interactive report showing username with links, date and
database actions.
Another page contains one region having flash chart based on select list with submit Lov.
The lov is created by dynamic query.
Every time when i click the 1st page report link, the 2nd page lov is populating the value automatically. But the problem is chart displays NO DATA FOUND message though the LOV has many values.
I don't want to display any null values so set to NO for LOV
I tried to write Before header computation (PL/SQL Function Body) to set the lov value, but the query is displayed as such.
I don't want to assign any static default value also as the values are dynamic for every link.
The following is my Before header computation of Select list with submit (Item name is p11_schema). (PLSQL Function Body)

Example: If there more than one records in the lov, the graph should display the 1st record. When i select another record, the chart accordingly display the selected values. But inially it should not display "NO DATA FOUND" message.
I tried using all the combinations of computation type for the lov, SQL query ( I could not use if conditon then), PLSQL expression, PLSQL function body. But it does not work out.
Can anyone please help me out.

I found out the solution for this problem as below.
But i did it in different way to tackle the dynamic query wich returns more than one record using rownum always the 1st record when it is empty instead of assigning constant (static) value like '1'. And i am returning LOV itself for both null or not null condition as below.

Hi! I'd like to know how can I create a Select list with Submit using the HTMLDB_ITEM API.
I know there's an API named HTMLDB_ITEM.SELECT_LIST_FROM_LOV(), but I'd like to know how can I reproduce in there the submit everytime the user changes a value.

Hi! I've discovered there's a parameter on this function that allows me to include a javascript like the example below:
select HTMLDB_ITEM.SELECT_LIST_FROM_LOV(3, ctr_id,'LOV_COUNTRIES','onChange=javascript:doSubmit()','NO)
from XXXX;
The thing is I don't know how exactly this javascript:doSubmit() works, because it works different than creating a select list with submit item.
If I create on a page a simple "select list with submit" item, and if I run the page, after changing the value of the select list it refreshes the page but it doesn't erase the values inserted on the other items. But if I have this HTMLDB_ITEM.SELECT_LIST_FROM_LOV function, after changing the value of the select list it refreshes the page but it erase the values inserted on the other items and recovers the old values..
I really need your help on this.

Approval template for line item price variation

Any recommendation on how to managed price variations at a line item level with using approval templates? The approval templates currently only allow for TOTAL document differences.
A senario as follows
1. Purchase order with line item price created
2. GRNI created (and unit price changed)
3. AP invoice created - AP approval template kicks in advising that there is a price discrepancy at a line item level between the Base and target documents.

Using API to run Catalog Bulk Load - Items & Price Lists concurrent prog

Hi everyone. I want to be able to run the concurrent program "Catalog Bulk Load - Items & Price Lists" for iProcurement. I have been able to run concurrent programs in the past using the fnd_request.submit_request API. But I seem to be having problems with the item loading concurrent program. for one thing, the program is stuck on phase code P (pending) status.
When I run the same concurrent program using the iProcurement Administration page it runs ok.
Has anyone been able to run this program through the backend? If so, any help is appreciated.

Basically this is what I am trying to achieve.
1. Create a staging table. The columns available for it are category_name, item_number, item_description, supplier, supplier_site, price, uom and currency.
So basically the user can load item details into the database from an excel sheet.
2. use the utl_file api, create an xml file called item_load.xml using the data in the staging table. this will create the xml file used to load items in iprocurement and save it in the database directory /var/tmp/iprocurement This part works great.
3. use the api fnd_request.submit_request to submit the concurrent program 'Catalog Bulk Load - Items & Price Lists'. This is where I am stuck. The process simply says pending or comes up with an error saying:
oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.FileAccessException: File /var/tmp/iprocurement is not accessable from node/machine moon1.oando-plc.com.
I'm wondering if anyone has used my approach to load items before and if so, have they been successful?
