PO message deletion after processing

Hi guys,
I manually added a output type in message (purcahse order output) it has processed incorrectly due to some reason..... Now I am unable to delete it gives me the below error
Output XXXX for partner XXXXXXXX has already been processed
Message no. VN010
Diagnosis
You want to delete a successfully processed output. You can only delete successfully processed output using reorganization programs.
I need to delete this otput message how to do ???

Usually message records are archived together with the document, e.g. when archiving POs

The Calender Help menu has a section: "Set how long your device stores calendar entries" which says to click Options then Set the Keep Appointments field, however, there is no Keep Appointments field in the Calender/Options list of fields. Messages Deleted After Restart

I just updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 8 last night and now whenever I restart my phone every message/conversation is deleted. Anyone know how to fix/prevent this?

ALL messages deleted after IoS 6 Update

I backed up my 4s to my mac, and proceded to Update the software, after that I then restored it with the backup i just did.. I go into my phone and all messages are GONE.. Contacts, pictures still there. Can anyone help with this problem??

I have the same problem - after restoring TWICE, everything is there BUT the messages/iMessages/texts are not there - I am very disappointed as I have 3 years worth of messages there. I suspect that they are still there inside the phone (as it shows that I have 6gb of stuff - I worked out which apps etc accounts for at least 3gb but the other 2gb, I believe it's the Messages itself.

All messages deleted after restart. iCloud recovery?

I was texting a friend then suddenly iMessage stopped working, I thought it was her phone so I got her to turn off WiFi, restart her phone etc, nothing worked, so I restarted my phone and when I turned it back on ALL my messages were deleted. I never delete any messages and haven't for years so this was a very big list some with sentimental value, especially in recent weeks with Christmas and New Years etc, I do have a backup from November but haven't backed up since because I have been travelling and left my primary machine at home. Does iCloud back up text messages? If so am I able to recover them that way?

Messages Deleteing after Reading

As of yesterday after reading email from my work Exchange 2010 server the messages disappear from my BB Tour. My Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail account are not doing this after reading messages. There have not been any changes to the Exchange server or BB and cannot find any information on what may be causing this or what settings to change.
Any suggestions?

After rebooting the phone for the 3rd time the problem went away, or at least it has for now.

All messages deleted after reboot(N96)

I was playing music in the background and as occasionally happens the phone reboots when using the music player.
This time I was writing a SMS when the phone rebooted. When it had completed rebooting all messages were gone. Recieved/sent/saved messages. Only thing left were the delivery reports....
anyone else experienced this? and is it possible to get the messages back?

i faced exactly the same problem..
i had an active call.. when I finished the call, my mobile jammed and non of the keys worked AT ALL..
so i removed the battery and we i re-started the mobile.. ALL MESSEGES (GONE WITH THE WIND) All .. inbox, sent, my folders,,, everything...
Thanx God i still have my old mobile which has most of the messages but i lost all the recent ones..
my mobile version is 10.065..
i had read that even with the updated version V11 ... they still have the same problem.. i don't wanna lose my messeges every time ..
by the way i am downloading V12 right now... i will try and see what is the end with our respected Nokia phones..!!

All text messages deleted after trying to send a picture message

I was trying to send a picture message from my camera roll when the screen went black with the Apple logo. My iPhone reset and then the lock screen appeared. I opened my text message app and all my messages were gone. Is there a way to recover my messages? They are very important and I need them. I have the latest firmware and I backed up my iPhone a few days ago

'Undo' no longer working in Outlook inbox after a message delete

I've been using Outlook 2010 for a couple of years; I used to occasionally use 'Undo' (or ctrl-Z) to bring back a message I had just deleted from Inbox after reading it. It was a limited undo - I could only bring back the one message - but it did get back
a single message if I had just been a bit too hasty with the Del key.
Now recently that no longer works - instead of getting the message back, after a few seconds I get a dialog message "Cannot undo. Operation failed. The item was either moved or deleted after it was copied, or you do not have permission". If I go
to the 'Deleted Items' folder the message is there and can be either opened or dragged back to the Inbox, so I can get it back but it is a nuisance to lose the quick undo.
Has this behavior been changed by a software update? I don't believe I have changed any account settings or Outlook option settings, but if this is controlled by an option can someone point me to it? I've tried searching the 'Help' and found nothing relevant.

I suspect that you have only downloaded message header and the headers that were not yet downloaded remain marked for deletion, and there is not an option on the
Edit menu to undelete the selected item.
Go to Define Send/Receive Group and set download message completely for your account.

When you delete a header and delete a downloaded message item, it is two distinct processes. When you click an item and either drag it to the deleted items folder (in Microsoft Outlook) or click the
Delete button, the item is moved from the Inbox folder to the Deleted Items folder. If you click
Undelete, it moves the item back. If you delete a header (the item has not yet been downloaded), it only marks the item for deletion. Until the command to delete is sent back to the e-mail server where the item still remains, the item is not
un-marked for deletion. This is the difference between client-side processing and server-side processing. Until the server receives the command to delete the message, the item remains marked for deletion. The only way to "unmark" the item is to right-click
that item, and then click to select Unmark selected headers.

Could'nt delete file after processing sender file in windows environment ?

I have problem with sender file adapter in windows 2003 server, because the file adapter cannot delete the file after processing, seems like permission problem. but then i have set full controll access to the pi7adm (sap instance admin). but the problem still persist.
Please advise, me.

Of course i set delete option in my CC sender, but the fail adapter couldn delete fail without any reason ?
This is the error message from RWB Could not delete file 'K:\WORKDIR\FTP\data\data1.fer1' after processing.
like i mention before i have set full access to sap admin user to the directory. but the error still persist.
any idea.

After processing sender file is not deleting

I have configured the File-JDBC-File sync mode. the scenario is working fine upto last 2 days. but the problem is once the file picks and process its not deleting or archiving the file. but scenaio is working fine when i check in sxmb_moni but the error in sender file adaptor.
Could not delete file 'abc.dat' after processing: java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe.
in FTP server i have delete rights the other test scenario are working fine with out any error.
Please help me to reslove this issue.

yes the processing mode is delete for sender communication chennal.
I have created the other test scenario to test the processing mode is delete its working for other communication chennal. and my scenario also worked upto last 2 days. i have done delta cache and also created the new communication chennal even no luck.

Failed to delete file after processing FTP

Failed to delete file after processing. The FTP server returned the following error message: 'com.sap.ai i.adapter.file.ftp.FTPEx: 550 Unexpected reply code *.txt: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. '. For details, contact your FTP server vendor.
I got this error many times for the same interface. Not sure what is the reason for this.
Searched on internet go comments that this is because of FTP version!

It is the "Msecs to Wait Before Modification Check" in the Sender Adapter that ensures this. It works like this: PI starts processing, finds a file, then waits the number of miliseconds specified and checks the file again to see if it has changed over the waiting period. If so, then it waits again to make sure the file is written completely. Only if no changes took place over the waiting period, it starts processing the file.
And the fact that your file was successfully processed at retry only confirms that it might have been still written to by the sender system. You can try comparing file's creation timestamp (in OS level) with its processing start time in PI - this could prove me right.

File Adapter: Run OS command unix after processing message

Hi,
in file adapter configuaration, after processing message, I've configured the channel that it has to call an unix script.
The sintax in configuration is:
sh /XS0/usr/sap/XS0/DVEBMGS01/work/TEST_FILE_XI/OUT/rename_lib_contabili.sh <variable>.
I tried also without the entire path and without the sh command at start of it.
We have a XI 3.0 sp20.
I don't understand, What other I have to do.

Messages in Xi is less than the messages in R/3 server after processing.

I have a scenario file - Idoc.
XI picks up the file from FTP process it and sends to the R/3 server.
Now I have a problem is when I check the Data in XI using IDX5 or SXMB_MONI the no of messages in xi is less than the messages in R/3 server.
I am checking the data of the last day like 8th May from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 in both the cases.
In R/3 I check using BD87 t code.

Ya I am also doing exactly the same . But the problem is that I am checking for yesterday datas.
In idx5 I get total of 2625 messages for orders.
When I check the same on BD87 i get 2636 messages with status 53 & 1 message with status 51.
Difference is of 11.
Now the question in how is it possible that it is picking 2625 data from FTP and after processing its sending 2637 data on R/3 server.

Deleted messages remove after one day (one week, one month) not working

Has anyone noticed that since the upgrade to iOS 7 automatic email cleanup does not seem to be working?
I have an IMAP email account set up with the following setting: Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, [then tap the email account in question] > Account > Advanced > Deleted Messages Remove > After one week
I have had that configuration on my iPhone and iPad for a very long time, and it always deleted everything out of my deleted messages folder (which, on my system, is called Trash) that was older than one week. It would do this no matter when the message was actually deleted, and no matter whether I deleted it on my iPhone, my iPad, on a computer using Outlook, or through a web interface. (It actually would have been nice to retain a message I had just deleted for the one-week period in case I changed my mind; instead the way it worked was if I deleted a message that was received months ago, it would be removed from Trash almost right away. But it worked consistently.)
Now, since iOS 7, it does not appear to be cleaning out that folder at all. Has anyone else noticed this?
I'm not sure if it's not removing any messages, or if it's just not removing messages I delete on another platform (like Outlook). So today I've done a test with a specific message that I will watch over the next little while to see how it works. But in the meantime I thought I'd ask if anyone else has noticed this, and if there is a solution.

Is this working properly for people? It's not working for me on either my IMAP account or on an iCloud email accout, so I think iOS 7 broke something here. I've submitted a bug report on the feedback form, but it would be nice to know I'm not alone.
