PO message status should change to PROCESSED

we are taking PO print from ME22N(before releasing it ), here first we set message then Goto-->Print Priview--
>Print
but problem is that status of Message is not getting changed to processed as it happens in ME9F.
how i can get it , we want it for unreleased PO .

Prior to hanging up with current call you can place yourself in a not ready or work state. Once you disconnect from the call you can place yourself in ready to take another call.

I was in the same boat. I ordered @ 5:09AM EST on 9/14 and had the 10/5 delivery date. My status changed from processing to preparing to ship yesterday 9/21. I got an e-mail from Apple @ 4:22AM this morning 9/22 that it has shipped (along with the precious tracking #)! I would expect it would arrive by this Friday 9/28 at the latest.

Support Message Status should default to Incident in Solution Manager

Need your Help!!
I need to change the Priority settings set for the support message in Solution Manager , If a user logs a support message in the ECC system (production) with any priority (low, medium, high, very high etc.) it should default to Incident in Solution manager.
From there the client wants to classify the Priority as per his requirement in Solution Manager.
The current settings are like below
For a Low Priority it is defaulting to Incident
For a Medium Priority it is defaulting to 1: Bug P1-2
For a High priority it is defaulting to 2: Bug P3-4
For a Very High Priority it is defaulting to 3: Bug P5-10

It is the clients requirement to default the priority status to Incident if a support message is created from a managed system (ECC).
for e.g,
An user creates a support message in ECC production client giving the relevant input and he selects the priority as High, this created message should default to Incident in solution manager.

Sending an automatic mail on changing message status

Hey,
I faced this problem previously where i wanted to send a mail to the key user as soon as the message status of any Service Desk message changes from new to In Progress. I received a SAP Tutor file from SAP Support which showed the whole process of configuring it. I implemented it and it was working fine. Now i have this situation that i want to send an email to the user everytime the message status is changed. So what i basically did was that i editted the condition to include all the statuses.
Now the problem i am facing is that the email is only sent when the message status is changed for the first time. Any subsequent changes later on dont result in mail being delivered. Actually that action of
sending mail is not being generated after the first time. Please help mein this regard.

First of all, are you using SolMan 3.2 or 3.1? I am asking that because the SAP Tutor file shows old version of Service Desk. If you have 3.2, are you working with SLFN transaction type or SLF1? With SLFN, you have to change action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED. In order to send email on status change, create a new action as explained in the SAP Tutor, but using the correct action profile. Then create a condition for action for the correct status profile. It should work, it works for me..
I use the standard action "Email to message creator" to send email to message creator. I just configured "Max. 1 Unprocessed Action for Each Action Definition", Scheduled Automatically, Partner Dependent and put the message creator partner function in the Action Definition.
If it does not work for you, please explain in details what you have done and if you have any error message.
Did you check the Actions tabstrip in your Service Desk Message? You have all the log of the actions there, if the action was scheduled and did not work, you should find an error.

Influence message status in SXI_Monitor

Hi experts.
I have an integration process in with there are a few places in which the process throws an exception using a "Control" step,
and it stops all the queue of the massages, when I added a handler for the exception in the integration process the message
status is shown as "Processed Successfully".
Is there a way to change the status of the Message without stopping the queue?

Only Throwing an Exception is not sufficient and the Exception Thrown should be Handled properly....if not handled then you get a blocked queue with a BPM in error.....only Throwing an Exception is of no use and also not a proper design approach.
I totally agree with you.
But is there another way to change the status of the process in main window of sxi_monitor from "executed successfully "
to some other status without throwing an exception?

Agreement Status to change from C to B

I have a scenario where rebate agreement has a Validity period is 01.01.2009 to 31.12.2009 .
In contorl Data :Agreement status is c (Settlement has been created)
I want to know how it can be changed to status B(Agreement released for settlement).
I have tried using Tcode:VBOF.I did not find any document.

Creation of the Credit Memo Request will set the status to "C".
If this Credit Memo Request is deleted, the status should change back to "B".
In case the Credit Memo Request gets billed(i.,e., Credit Memo is created), then the status will change to "D".

Did you try to change through FM "HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION"?
If so try calling the FM "HR_INFOTYPE_GETDETAIL" before the modification to get the infotype record details.
Also check whether the infotype record in 759 has Status of Process as '3' - Approved.

Print Preview of PO with message status as "Processed"

Hello,
I need to make available the print preview of Purchase Order even when the Processing status of output is "Processed".
Normally the print preview works when the status is "Processing" or when there are still print relevent changes existing in PO. When the message is output by ME9F, there are no more print relevent canges and SAP does not allow preview option in PO. I want to make this functionality available.
Any solution?

You can check the table NAST (field VSTAT) for the statuses.
Application 'EF' for PO.
Objkey is the PO number.

Change message status after release purchase order

Hi,
I'm a newbie in MM...
When a purchase order is created, the message status is not processed (yellow light) until the purchase order is released. Then the message is printed and the status changes to green light.
As far as I see, I can't find in the spro where is this customizing set or if there is a user-exit or badi for changing the message status depending on the release indicator.

Complete the condition record, for example, like this:
- Transaction: MN04
- Output Type: NEU
- Choose third option: Purchasing Output Determination Document Type
- Document Type: NB
- Function: VN (Vendor)
- Medium: 1 (Print output)
- Date/Time: 4 (Send immediately (when saving the application))
Select the line and press button "Communication". Complete the output device and mark the option "Print immediately"
So, when the PO is created the system generates the message with yellow status. Then, when the PO is released, the message status will be green

aggregation is not changing status on LTVD. (Possibly LTVD has been already agregated). Newly maintained LTVD is not changing status of the product, its remaining negative whatsoever.

ABAP Mapping - Message shown in Standard Change List Process Log

I am working with ABAP Mapping program. I had created ABAP class using ABAP workbench. Before this, in exchangeProfile..data was provided for com.sap.aii.repository.mapping.additionaltypes ==>> as " R3_ABAP|Abap-class;R3_XSLT|XSL (ABAP Engine) " and 'Saved'.
In Interface Mapping, after providing the Class Name under 'Mapping Program' and activated. After activation (Standard Change List), it is showing the following messages under 'Processing Log'.

Activation of the change list canceled Check result for Interface Mapping IM_ABAP_MAPPING | http://ABAP_Mapping_SREE: Type R3_ABAP of
program ZSREETEST is invalid because it is not registered in the exchange profile . Check the values for the exchange profile parameter

The log says that there is ABAP mapping included in your exchange profile. Do the things what michal have told and also check your mapping program whether working fine or not in SXI_MAPPING transaction.

Dear all,
By default one status profile ZPI0001 has been assigned to an order type ZP10 in a plant, the requirement is at the time of process order creation we want to change the status profile to ZPI0002 and create . this is applicable for one plant only
Please let me know the settings to be done for that

I am not sure why do you need different status profile at the creation of process order...
First define the status profile ZPI0002 using Tcode BS01/BS02 and assign it to the order type ZP10 using CORN. The same order type is defined to plant using COR4..Here you can only have only one status profile for each order type, however, you can define different custom user status for the status profile..Say ZOCL - Order Completely closed after system status TECO to stop all goods movements...You can't have separate status profile while creating process order and at other stage of process order..Gurus please correct me if I am wrong..

Message stuck in SXMB_MONI status " Sceduled for Outbound Process." Urgent

Hello All,
All messages in our XI environment are getting stuck with status Scheduled for Outbound Processing ...I have already done the following..
1) Registered the Queues
2) Deleted entries in SMQ1 and SMQ2 and restarted messages
Last time we had this issue, we were finally able to reslove it by doing a J2EE restart. But this has resurfaced again within a week, and this time even the restart is not working.
Do you think some parameter has been set incorrectly during the install ..
Any help would be appreciated ..

Did you got JCO failure error for any of XI message before start of getting this error message?
If so it's failing because of RFC connection problem...
You need to go to Tcode : SM59 in your xi server
check the TCP/IP Connections which is created while post-installation phase..
1. AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER.
2. AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
Solution : Increase the default value for CPIC_MAX_CONV (se note 314530).
Hope this wull solve your problem.

You will need to purchase the upgrade CD for 10.6 from the Apple Online store, OR you can likely get one at an Apple Retail Store. It is the last version that was available on CD. After 10.6, the upgrades are available in the Mac App Store.
