PO not copying across to the Billing Document from the S Order.

When creating a SOrder a PO number is entered, this is a mandatory field and SO cannot be saved until PO is entered.
Delivery is created and is GI.
When creating a billing doc the PO number has not copied acroos to the Billing doc header ref number field.
Also if you check Table VBRK and choose the billing doc and PO field to be populated then the PO is missing from view.
Can someone tell me where the billing doc gets the PO from if not from the SO or is this down to copy control.

Go to VTFL, select your delivery type and billing type and click on magnifying less on top left. Now you can see at the right side two fields, viz. Assignment and Reference. Check whether you have maintained the required value over there.

1.u check whether u have maintained[entering actual number] payer and bill to party in sales order[ which is copied from customer master].
2.and check partner determination procedure for delivery document.
more important is u wouldnot have maintained partner determination procedure for delivery header.[spro->sales and distribution->basic function->partner determination->partner determination for delivery]

A few of these images had copies in another folder that remained and the ones I couldn't find may or may not have ever had copies. I had backed up my system with time machine recently as well, so I went into the backup to retreive the lost images. When I searched and found the backup copies I got the error "the file alias cannot be opened because the original cannot be located". The crazy thing is that the images that remained on my computer did not give me the same error and opened like they should.
In short images that I am creating, saving, and using are disapearing so epically that even time machine versions are affected when retrieval is attempted. Any suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong without realizing it? Or perhaps other people have had similar bugs that are software related and have a solution?

I understand what you tried to do but it doesn't work that way. Swapping drive names will just mess things up.
You should be able to reconnect the files though: in the Locate Referenced Files dialog make sure you click the Show Reconnect Options button — this will give you access to all the connected drives. Locate one of the files and hit Reconnect All. Should do the trick.

Hello, i am having the following problem...
"iTunes could not copy "Beethoven's Symphony No 9 (from "A Clockwork Orange")" to iPhone "Heywood Floyd's iPhone" because the file could not be read or written" [ ... and yes, Heywood Floyd is an avatar name..]
With this...
a. it occurs when I try to synch my iphone with iTunes.
b. I have tested the "Beethoven's Symphony No 9" files that I have found on my iTunes, and my iPhone, as there is a copy of "Beethoven_ Symphony No. 9, _Choral_" folder that is the concert from Bernard Haitink & London Symphony Orchestra;
c. This is where is get weird, a sort of Jack Torrance moment, they only file related to "A clock work orange" is 06 A Clockwork Orange - Ode to Joy.m4p...
So what is happening, and how can I resolve this, as I am not able to synch between my mac and my iPhone....

Check the media source drive for errors.

If iTunes is confused about what media is and is not on the device take these steps:
Backup the device.
Restore as a new device.

Recently, I have been experiencing some problems with iTunes and my iPad 2. Whenever I try to sync movies into my iPad, I get the error message ''iTunes could not copy ''file'' because the file could not be written''. This message always appears whenever I try to sync a few movies at once. When I check my iPad after it's synced, I find that a few of my movies successfully sync into my iPad, and can be played. However, some movies show up on my iPad but cannot be played. The video thumbnail just shows a picture of a blank TV screen. Is there any way where I can fix this problem? Thanks.

I was having the same issue with music and movies but it had been ok before. The sync would freeze on a random file and then i had to take out the USB cable to clear it. After trying all sorts of things i saw someone mentioning about Anti virus and firewalls. I am using McAfee so i disabled it as a test. After this i could sync music and movies without issue!!!!! So in my case the firewall/anti virus was causing a problem. McAfee updates itself a lot so I am guessing something has happened in a recent update that impacted iTunes.I am not sure if this kind of thing is also causing your problem but it sounds very familiar.

CO-PA document is not created while doing the sale order cycle

Dear Experts,
I have 4 company codes in my controlling area. I did all CO-PA configuration. But CO-PA Document is generated in Only one company code. Remaining company codes CO-PA document is not created while doing the sale order cycle
Ive carried a standard sales cycle that contains sales order (VA01),
and (VF04,VF02). System should generate 4
documents as follows
1) FI Document
2) CO Document
3) Profit Center Accounting Document
4) COPA Document
But in my case for 3 company codes only 3 documents are generated instead of CO-PA. But for one company code 4 documents are generated.
In my case i did all settings Operation concern level and assign to controlling area. I can,t Understood why system is generating CO-PA document for Only one company
Please suggest me where i miss the settings..

Cost element category is 01. Because hear is one another company they have FI only all transactions they maintain through FI only. so hear we maintain Cost elements category 01.
I think it is not a problem. because hear i got CO-PA document from one company. Remaining 3 company is not generated.
Hear we maintained all gl's chart of acc level and cost elements also.
Please suggest me...

ITunes could not copy "file" to the "iPhone" because the file could not....

I recently downloaded a few episodes from the iTunes store through my iPhone. All episodes worked fine until I synced my phone with my Mac. After reorganizing some music, I found that I had to place all the tv shows back into the phone. However two episodes would not sync. The error messages:
iTunes could not copy "file" to the "iPhone" because the file could not be read or written.
Attempting to copy to the disk "iPhone" failed. The disk could not be read from or written to.
Syncing everything else works perfectly fine. I am under the impression that these two video files are corrupt. What's strange is that they worked perfectly fine when I downloaded them directly on my iPhone. The "corrupted" videos DO play on iTunes, but they will freeze. I have to skip over that particular time in order to play the video.
So my question(s):
Are my files corrupt? How would I go about to fix this issue? Is there anyway I can place the SD versions of the videos instead the HD ones (Given that it's even possible)? I would hate to spend money again to re-download these episodes because I was provided with incomplete files.

This problem does seem pretty random, affecting just a small number of tracks. Apparently it is due to some file corruption or something... Anyway, this thread https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2654317?start=15&tstart=0 has a couple of solutions spelled out. Basically the same thing that a-monk-at-large suggested above. (Delete and redownload the offending tracks.)

VA00 condition type not getting determined for the returns order

Hi All,
I have a case where VA00 condition type not getting determined for the returns order that has been created with respect to the billing document.
When the pricing conditions are being copied from invoice it is getting copied but later it is getting deleted in the include LV61AA42.
Note:VA00 condition type is getting deleted from the internal table tkomv[].
If any one came across this scenario can you please help me.

Please check the copy control setting in VTAA.
Maintain the pricing type as "D" at item category level for the respective document type .

Can any one suggest solution for below scenerio.
We have created one billig document againest delivery, also do release to accounting.
Again system is allowing to create billing documet for same delivery with same quantities.
We have checked all the possible rasons i.e. copy control from del. to billing & sap notes but did't get solution.
Item category -TAN
Billing quantity     B
Pos./neg. quantity   +
Pricing type         C
Now Please suggest how to prevent system not to allow duplicate billing documents.

Hi,
As I understand this is happening only with that particular delivery and I I suspect that the delivery status is still open and hence it is allowing to raise billing document .If it is correct there is a work around solution.Goto T Code VL_COMPLETE and enter the delivery number and date and execute.
Then delivery status will be changed to complete and system will not allow to raise another billing document.Also cancel all the other duplicate billing documents.
If it is happening to all the deliveries then it could be a configuration problem.Follow the advices which are alraedy given and update the forum.

Go to VOV7, select your item category. In this maintain K for Billing Relevance
Now go to VF01, give the delivery number and do not press Enter. Instead click on Selection list on the next screen, select the items you want to bill and click copy and continue if necessary
