PO number display in FBL1N vendor open items
Hi MM Gurus,
Is there a way to display the PO number beside the vendor line item display. In the Change Layout option, there is a Purchasing Doc field that you can add but the field is always blank, does not display the corresponding PO.
I understand it is possible to have multiple purchase order numbers for every vendor line item but given a one-is-to-one relationship, how can I display the PO number? Is there an alternative that I can do to change the FBL1N display?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for this! It is another option. Do would you guys know if there's a user exit here in FLB1N that I can use? -
Calling Party Number empty when the call gets to Route List
Caller id is not showing up on 911 calls. Using Dialed Number Analyser I can see the calling Party Number fine through the route pattern. Then in the Route List it comes up empty. Nothing in the config of the Route List is restricting or manipulating the calling number. Use calling party's external phone number mask is set to on. We are using Standard Local Route Groups.
Thanks in advance for your help.Do you see the caller ID on the GW in debugs?
What type of circuit is used for this call? If PRI can you provide "debug isdn q931"?

How to see po number using fbl1n in re against documents
Is it possible to see po number while using fbl1n t.code for only re documents.
Hi,
This is not possible. You will get this information through T.code:SQVI, where you can develop/write a querry with the required fields. It is simple to devlop this querry.
You can choose the following while creating the report...
enter name as : xyz and click on create
1.Data source : Logical database
2.Logical database : BRM
then click on enter
then you will get the list of tables and fields combinations... then you can select the fields as required and then execute. You will get the output with PO numbers.
Let me know if you need any further information.
all the best

'ANALYZE_ACT_FIELDCAT' error coming while changing the layout in FBL1N
Hi Friends,
Through Enhancement we added some piece of code which just adds all lines from the BSEG Table of the given document number. Means FBL1N only displays vendor line items, after adding the above code now it could be able to display all the GL line items also.
The Change is perfectly working in development system. But in Production system when i am changing the layout 'ANALYZE_ACT_FIELDCAT' error is displaying.
Please suggest the Solution.
Thank You in Advance.

Power Mac G5 (late 2005) memory showing two different speeds
Alright, here's the situation. I have a late 2005, Dual 2,0Ghz, water cooled, model, G5 Power Mac tower. These have 8 memory slots, (1 upper bank of 4 slots and one lower bank of 4 slots located directly above and below each other on the motherboard). The two inside slots (the two slots that are closest together - one from each bank) are labeled slot 1. Then the next two slots (moving outward from the middle) are slots 2, then slots 3, then slots 4. Anyway, according to the Apple specs, the memory should be set up in matching pairs of like modules: i.e. slots one = 2 X 1GB sticks of matching PC4200, slots 2 = 2 matching sticks of PC4200, etc., etc, up to a total of 8 GBs of compatible memory.
I have 8 X 1GB sticks of "matching" Kingston PC4200 memory installed, and it even shows up on the "About This Mac" page as 8 GB. However, if you take this one step further and proceed to the "More Info" page, under the "Hardware" tab, the "memory" info it shows up as 4 sticks of DDR2-PC4200, and 4 sticks of DDR2-PC3200. Ironically, slots 0,1,2,3 indicate as PC-4200 (533Mhz), and slots 4,5,6, & 7 indicate as PC-3200 (400Mhz). Can anyone give me some insight as to why this would be happening? I've also re-arrainged the memory modules, but the memory speed discrepancy stays the same.
Any help would be appreciated! It's likely no problem if everything is running fine, some SPIDIF chip anomoly I think.
I've read several problems with Kingston RAM in Macs.
Here's my Quad G5's RAM...

I’ve been having a few problems with my Mac Pro 1,1 for a while now. The graphics card appeared to be the cause of the last issue (lines of garbled pixels appearing across the screen), the screen going to black once or twice and not letting me do anything other than a hard reset.
Side note: not long after I bought the machine in 2006 I remember it wouldn’t run The Sims 3 without it having major crashing issues (black screen but sound still playing underneath).
I changed my graphics card about a month ago to the ATI Radeon 5770. Installation was fine and everything seemed to work ok (although, the second DVI connection doesn’t work with either the Apple Cinema HD display, or my HD monitor, so I have one plugged in to DVI 1 and the other in to the mini display port). The other problem with this is that (and this is the only game I have to test it on) is that GTA San Andreas still freezes forcing me in to a hard reset situation. But other video intensive apps (Final Cut Pro for example) works fine.
I used the snow leopard disk to do a disk repair but that found no issues. I repaired the disk permissions as well. This appeared to fix nothing.
I few other issues I’ve had recently:
The Finder crashes.
The computer hangs on a restart / shut down.
USB ports don’t always work on system start. I have to unplug the mouse and/or the keyboard and plug them back in again to get them to work. Some of these are on the back of the tower and others are in the back of the monitor.
Disk drive can’t read burned discs.
When ejecting optical disks the icon will either go semi-transparent and then stay that way (this is usually the case, especially after the disc has been in use).
Other times when I try and eject the disc the disc unmounts, but the tray doesn’t open. Then the disc and the drive itself goes missing from disk utility and can’t be remounted without a hard reset.
The last issue that moved me in to doing a fresh install was Final Cut not working at all. I’ve since reinstalled but the same problems persist - the optical drive not ejecting (but disappearing from the system leaving me unable to do anything other than a hard reset to get it back). This causes obvious problems when I’m installing multi-disk systems.
After I restarted, before I did anything else with it, I asked it to run system update which it did and found updates. I downloaded and installed these and then it restarted. It shut down fine, and appeared to start up fine. But then the Finder crashed and while the mouse cursor moved around, the keyboard wouldn’t input any commands and I couldn’t actually click on anything - another hard reset.
I’m starting to get to the end of my tether with my “superior” mac experience. I know it’s easy to suggest it must be the graphics card causing this, but some of these issues have happened in the past, just not as frequent as now, so I’m hoping there are some ideas that go above the “change graphics card” idea. Of course, I am open to this being the cause.
I’ve ran Onyx & Rember and both have been successful.
Any ideas you wonderful lot?
While I imagine the obvious answer is "take it to a repair centre" this isn't an easy option where I live as all official Apple stores (i.e. not premium resellers) are quite a distance.

<Edited by Host>Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins and log in as Guest. For instructions, launch the System Preferences application, select Help from the menu bar, and enter “Set up a guest account” (without the quotes) in the search box.
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem(s)?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault in Mac OS X 10.7 or later, then you can’t enable the Guest account. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Be sure your Mac is shut down.
Press the power button.
Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress indicator (looks like a spinning gear).
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem(s)?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2. -
Mac Pro seems to be missing 0.5 GB of ram after Snow Leopard install
I just installed Snow Leopard on my Mac Pro (2 x 2.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon). The computer has only ever had the default 2 GB of RAM that comes with it from Apple. I know I need more, it's on order. The odd thing that I noticed after installing Snow Leopard is that the computer now only reports 1.5 GB or RAM in the "About This Mac" box. Specifically it says: "1.5 GB 800 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM". Odd.
Second if I click "More Info..." below is what I see in the memory slots.
Does anyone know what might have caused this, or if its possible to get that 0.5 GB back?
Second I just ordered 8 GB of RAM (MACMEM 4Gx2|KST KTA-MP800K2/8G R). If the above issue doesn't get resolved what do you suggest I do when the new RAM arrives? Should I just add in the new stuff for a total of 9.5 GB, or should I also take out the existing RAM that's reporting odd values? I'm wondering if the missing 0.5 GB is a symptom of other issues, and maybe that RAM is "sick" and could slow things down somehow.
Thanks for any ideas.
Jesse

Serial Number: EmptyI am running a '07 Mac Pro that has had 7GB RAM since I bought it almost 3 years ago - the original 2x512MB + 6x1GB purchased from Crucial.com. Suddenly, after installing Snow Leopard, only 6GB are being recognized; two of the 1GB DIMM's now read as 512MB in System Profiler, and the Part Number and Serial Number listed for those modules are incorrect.
After searching these forums for ideas, I have tried:
• Resetting the PRAM -- no change
• Running Apple Hardware Test -- no problems found
• Running TechTool Deluxe 3.1.3 (updated for Snow Leopard) -- no problems found
• Running TechTool Pro 5.1.6 (updated for Snow Leopard) -- no problems found
• Running system scanner (beta) from Crucial.com - cannot read installed RAM
The only thing I haven't tried is physically reinstalling the modules, but since the computer hasn't moved in months that seems pretty doubtful. If I make any progress I'll post again, otherwise, I'll be contacting Crucial for replacements. -

clone your system and repair it with Disk Warrior instead
Or try a clean test system install on another drive
A must: SmcFanControl 2.2 - a mere 400 rpm extra to keep air cooling up
Try to run w/o externals. MyBook included.
Is that a 7200.11 1TB? they had a lot of issues.
Run AHT off your OEM DVD.
2008 had to have EFI and SMC updates to deal with freezes on wake from sleep, and like all models, high inrush current. Hopefully you have a UPS and is 1500VA unit.
When you do hard restart from power button, you almost certainly add more directory errors and to files requiring immediate attention to repair and rebuild the directory; and to scan and repair and delete cache and temp files and folders. A must. Invest in bootable backups SuperDuper along with Disk Warrior (or TechTool Pro 6, maybe Drive Genius 3 but I'd rate that #3).
TimeMachine has its own bad habits, especially with Green drives and some externals.
Try to rule out everything and then add back one at a time.
And it may just be time to replace the 8800, very common, a couple threads this week, and it is 3 yrs old. Might want ATI 5870 or 5770. -
Please Help :( iMac 20" refuses to boot up with anymore than 1gb ram?
Please Help iMac 20" refuses to boot up with anymore than 1gb ram? It was fine 4 days ago and had been working with a 1gb stick in one slot and a 2gb stick, which had replaced the orignal 1gb stick that I got it with, in the other and it had shown 3gb of ram and was working just fine with that since November? It went to sleep briefly 4 days ago while I was waiting on a customer and I came back to try to wake it up and it never would forcing me to hard boot it. When I did that it would only go to a black screen with a solid white light on the power indicator. Over and over again and same thing. I read and tried every suggestion I could possibly find in this and a few other mac forums to no avail.
I finally after reading about RAM issues etc. I decided to power off and take out the ram sticks and try them one at a time in each slot. So I took out the 2gb stick and did the SMC reset and it would boot up and work just fine with the 1 gb of ram. So then I went through the same process with the 2gb stick and it would not boot up only go to a black screen with white solid light again (NOT flashing). So then I tried the other original 1gb I had replaced with the 2gb and it worked just find like the other 1gb. So then I tried just 1gb stick in the other ram slot (back facing one) and with just the 1gb strip it booted up and worked fine. Tried it with the other 1gb stick and once again that one too worked just fine. So I determined it wasn't the slot itself I thought? I then tried the 2gb in the back slot and it would not boot only go to the black screen white solid light deal like before. So I thought well ok it's obviously the 2gb ram must have somehow went bad (even though I have only had it since November) and I thought well I will just use the (2) 1gb sticks in each slot and then that will at least give me 2gb because only 1gb really ***** LOL. So I proceeded to go through the same shut down process installed both sticks (I always push them to I feel them click and my fingers have a nice indention on them) reset the SMC and turned the power one and.... It would only go to the black screen with white solid light on power indicator???? I went through the same above process at least 3 times and again today a few times and I can't figure it out and I tried to search and search and I couldn't find anything like what I am experiencing.....What happened? Please help this slow Imac is killing me. It will work with 1gb ram only nothing more? Here are the specifics of my Imac.
It is a 20" Late 2006 Intel Core 2 Duo 2.16 ATI Radeon X1600 256 MB graphics card and Ram with now only 1gb (did have 3gb) and I am running OSX Lion 10.7.5
When I go to system report and go under memory it shows this:

I have some more if needed???????????????

Issue with Crystal Report based on 2 different data sources
Hi there,
I am having a frustrating problem with a report I've designed and I'm hoping someone might be able to assist please.
The report has 3 different prompts, each of which is based on a dynamic list of values retrieved via views within a SQL server db.
We are wanting to introduce the use of Universes as much as possible, so the data returned is based off a BO Universe data source query.
I have uploaded the report into BO and have provided the necessary database logon information for the report (in the "Process" > "Database" settings in the CMC) for both the direct db datasource connection (for the views) and the BO Universe query connection.
When the report is run however, the report still prompts for the database user name & password credentials. I have triple checked my db connection settings, and also have "Use same database logon as when report is run" set to true. I also tested a cut-down version of the report without the Universe connection with the same db logon credentials I provided and there was no credentials prompt when it was run, proving those values are accepted.
Does anyone know why this is happening & if there is a way around it? Alternatively, is there some way that a report prompt may be based on a dynamic list of values retrieved via a Universe connection? This way I'd be able to remove the db connection for the views and have the report solely based on the Universe.
Another issue that occurs is out of the 3 prompts, a user can select a User Name OR Number, and also must select a Period. However if the User Name or Number is left blank the message "The value is not valid" is shown. So I tried a cut-down version of the report with only the BO Universe as a data source (static prompts) and this didn't occur, i.e. I was allowed to leave either the User Name or Number empty.
I hope this all of makes sense - let me know if not. If anyone is able to help out with any of this it would be very much appreciated.
Cheers,
MarcoPlease re-post if this is still an issue to the Business Objects Forum or purchase a case and have a dedicated support engineer work with you directly
