PO number with Exception status 20(cancel process).

In MD04, the PO line with Exception status 20. What actually caused status 20 pop-up ? The EDD is more than 'Planned Delivery Time' set in Material Masteri ?

This exception is generally triggered by the rescheduling check. This PO is probably outside the rescheduling horizon or it is not included on the rescheduling check on customizing.

As I understand you are using an external agent to handle calls from the queue.Is that true?
If so, check your settings in the SC as in the attached screenshot. Section external agent.

MD04 - Exception Message 20 = Cancel Process

After MRP Run through MD02. Then in MD04 screen after firming the planned order, it has an expection message 20 .
How to correct this. What are all the implecations if I convert it to production order.

The Exception message 20 indicates that the planned order is a unwanted one.
As you have firmed that order system could not delete that while the MRP run.
For any reason you need to have order leave as such, else remove the Firming indicator and run MRP again, the order will get deleted or rescheduled ( depends on the rescheduling check settings).

Final standard process is not used for US legislation, we use Final Process Date for US. You can use any kind of assignment status, which has SYSTEM_STATUS as TERM_ASSIGN.

How to cancel processed messages with acknowledgement waiting status

Hi All,
Messages processed successfully in Integration Server but messages still waiting for acknowledgement. I want to cancel these messages.Will u please let me know how to do delete these messages.I already canceled messages with status to be delivered in Integration Engine and Adapter Engine. But in SXMB_MONI, messages are processed successfully with waiting status.Please suggest how we need to cancel them.
Please Suggest some possible solution.

Thanks for your reply.Yes it is an IDOC based scenario. But Idoc is in outbound side. Idoc processed successfully in ERP as well as PI processed successfully to MDM.Messages processed successfully in SXMB_MONI but once imported in MDM IS, then acknowledgement will be send to PI.My issue is:- MDM server is down and i want to cancel these messages.

Xi 3.0: Mail adapter fails with "exception in method process"

I configured the dynamic address for mail adapter following the fantastic-as-always weblog from michalgh.
Althou everything seems to work fine (that is, i send correctly the email message) the A.F. returns an error with "exception in method process".
I tried both async and sync case with the same result. In the sync case, the response contains:

Yes. There is also a response message in the imported structure.. it seems it should work as a kind of application ack with some info on the server that processed the mail.
Anyway, in my server i get a 404 for the link you suggested.
In the async case i don't get any error on the SXMB_MONI but only on the A.F.

Iam getting an unusual error in the J2EE stack in XI.
And the message is:

My scenerio iam posting IDOC to a flat file with content conversion in the receiver side,the mapping got executed successfully and in the audit log i found that the error was after the 'Start converting XML document content to plain text'.
This means that error occured during content conversion of XML to the prescribed file format.
Can anyone suggest any better approach using which we may trace the junk data in IDoc. Manual adhoc approach could take time and is error prone.

Thanks for the early reply. I checked the mapping and everything is fine and the output is also in valid XML format.
The audit log shows that the mapping got executed successfully and the error is after the step 'Start converting XML document content to plain text '. Is there any constraint in the file adapter regarding the message size for parsing.

When we Publish all reports using the steps below:
a. Log into BPC Web
b. Click on Available Interfaces> Select BPC for Administration
c. Under Web Admin Task Click Publish Reports
d. Select all of the reports and click the green check mark to publish the
reports.

i am also facing the same problem but i have one solution for this .... that opp err
comes in 3 cases ....
data output will be very large
unable to insert data in template---->template design is wrong.....(in caseif xml is generated for that).
the third case is that the data defination file is perfectly fine but when it have to insert data in template its not getting the path where the template is put.
its all due to xml environment settings.
Tell your DBA to verify the issue...send him the log and opp log.
I expect that you will get what exactly the issues is.

The internal error: "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver"
is stating it can't find your driver jar file on the classpath. You'll need to check that you've included your Database driver in the list of libraries on your classpath.
