PO of deleted Purcahse organization

Hi Guys,
I have a Open PO who`s Purchase org has been deleted, Now I need to assign a another purcahse org. for those PO's but it is not allowing to do it in ME22N and in MASS transaction also. Please let me know what is the best practice to ressign this PO to an another purcahse org.

It should allow
Provided you have settings properly.
1. Plant - Pur org. - Company code properly mapped.
2. Look also feasiblity for creating central pur. organisation. and assign to resolve. I tried with central pur. organisation as substitute , system is accepting even after GR/IR is done.
3. YOu can delete the P.O and recreate.
But what is the business need .?

HI,
I need to delete an organization which is classified as business group. The additional business group details are filled but the classification enable check is not checked.
Unfortunately when I click the delete button I get the following error:
APP-PAY-07877: Database constraint violated.
The database check or unique constraint PER_JOB_GROUPS_FK1 has been violated. Please contact your system administrator quoting the package procedure hr_oru_shd.constraint_error and constraint PER_JOB_GROUPS_FK1.
We are using version 12.1 and as yet no job group has been defined.

Yes ..it is possible by renaming the old BG and end date it and create a fresh BG... Mark your current BG as OLD and start creating a new BG with your prefered naming standard and do the setup correctly this time .
e.g. Suppose your current BG is set as : BG_EUR_IRELAND, change it to : BG_EUR_IRELAND_OLD, Put from date and to date as today's date. save it.
Please Run the replicate seed data concurrent request from sys Admin once the setup is done. If you are using 11i make sure, new BG is connected to correct LE & OU. Hope this will help.

Delete an Organization in IDM

Can anyone please suggest a way to delete an Organization in IDM? I tried the below that I found on the forum but it doesn't seem to work for me. Any suggestions? Thanks!

to get the organization object for a path you can invoke getObjectIfExists("ObjectGroup", path) on a context
on the resultant ObjectGroup object you can invoke getId() to get the id out.

Delete an organizational unit

Hi everybody!
Can I delete an organizational unit if it is attached to an operation? I tried and I did it but I lost the organizational unit responsible of the documento, what about the tracing of the document?

BBP_OM_FIND_SC Brings deleted purchase Organizations

Hi,
When creating a SC in SRM 5.0 and we get an exception. After debuging LBBP_PDORGF11 we get to the point where the BBP_OM_FIND_SC is called.
with parameters : SEARCH_FOR = some_user and SEARCH_CATID = [logsys,catid] the result is [C22,50001122] (Purchase Organization)
The problem is that Purchase Organization no longer exist in PPOMA_BBP. It was deleted. But it seems that the relationship between PurgOrg, CatID and User is still present in system tables. So we need a way to update data again (perhaps runnig a report or transaction but not directly in tables) based in the actual Purchase Organizations.

Hi,
As noted above, there are several methods to delete an object, but please be careful - do your really want to delete this Org Unit? If anyone has ever been assigned to it - you do not want to delete it. You want to delimit it if it is not longer needed. This way you will maintain the history of the persons who had been assigned to that Org Unit. Please use delete only if no one has ever been assigned to that Organization.
To delimit - PO10 - Enter your Org Unit ID, select the Object infotype (IT1000) and the delimit icon. This will delimit all relationships with other objects.

I addes to my calendar an event that was deleted by the organizer..now i can't delete it from my calendar only sede the details..how can i finally delete it???

You would need to restore your phone as a new device in iTunes, not from back up, that's the only way to remove the data.

Mac mail won't delete or organize messages once downloaded from icloud.

I am having issues with icloud and mac mail where once my mail downloads I can't delete messages or organinze them on my mac. I have to go to icloud to delete messages. If I delete them on my mac they just reappear again later. If I put them in my organizing folders in my mail then they get moved back to my inbox later. How do I get this fixed?

Quit Mail. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data before proceeding.

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select

Typically, the process takes a few minutes, but it may take hours if you have gigantic mailboxes. In that case, you may be able to speed things up by temporarily adding your home folder to the Privacy list in the Spotlight preference pane. Remove it when Mail has finished importing.
Test. If Mail now works as expected, you can delete the files you moved to the Desktop. Otherwise, post your results.

Try re-naming the existing files, and then do the save. I had a similar problem, and I think it was a corrupt file that the system could not overwrite, but could rename. Then you can delete the old one.

Delete CRM Organizational Model entries

Hi
We are loading as part of a migration Market Plans under the Org Model.
After initial loading (still in test) we have found that most of the entries are incorrect and need to fix.
Because these are hierarchy based type entries, so i have to delete at the lower level and move up the hierarchy until all are deleted or is thete a way to select the highest level and this will delete all below.
There have been no assignments against these entries.

Cannot delete organization OIM 9.1.0.2 BP09

I created organization in OIM through admin console. I tried to delete it but without success. The status is changed to "deleted" but it is still there.
Is there a way to delete it permanently?

The base definition should be in the AGS table.
You could always keep the data in the row and just reinsert it later but I would really recommend simply recreating the organization through the OIM GUI.
Please note that there are lots and lots of places where the organization key is referenced so deleting an organization that has been referenced by anything would cause major consistency issues in the OIM database so I would think twice (and thrice) about if I really want to do this.

Clearing the Organizer of deleted images

I'm not a huge fan of the Organizer for one simple reason: it has all those danged gray boxes that indicate where files WERE (before they were either moved or deleted).
Is there a simple way to get rid of every one of those blank gray boxes at once? I have something approaching 6000 images, around 26GB, on my hard drive, and I have been re-organizing, re-sizing, whatever a lot, and MANY of them get deleted, but those stupid gray boxes don't go away. It will take me AGES and time I simply don't want to waste going through and eliminating them one-by-one.
Why is Adobe Organizer the ONLY program of which I know that does that? "My Computer" doesn't, ZoomBrowserEX doesn't, XaraExtreme doesn't......
Every grey box, all at once -- just GONE. Please tell me there's an easy way!

Ward's suggestion back in message 4 to try Deleting from the Reconnect scenario seems worth investigating. It avoids the "redo" of the appraoch of deleting the Catalog.
For the Catalog -
Presuming that you are willing to redo any Tagging, additional considerations for deciding whether to delete your Organizer Catalog completely is that there are "things" other than tags that will be lost.
- if you have Version Sets (edited and original tied together), you will loose that Version Set relationship when you delete the Catalog. You could later use Stacks as an alternative - but they are not really the same. Recreating a Version set is much more cumbersome than deleting the grey thumbnailed photo files.
- if you have any Collections (specifically the Organizer function of "Collection", where you selected and sequenced a number of photos, this work is lost and would need to be redone.
- if you have any Creations, the definition of these Creations is in the Catalog and would be lost. This may or may not be signficant depending on whether you have a reason to want to work with this Creation again.

I suppose you dont have an api to delete the organization classification. The only one close to doing something similar i found was hr_organization_api.disable_org_classification
