PO Output change

Hi Experts,
I have a query for change output type in PO.
When a particular change is made in PO the change output type is triggered & when i see the print preview i can see the changes in the PO.
But when i delete all the line items in a PO, even though the change output message is triggered, when i see the print preview i get a message - No print-relevant changes to document 'PO Number' exist

Hi Charlie,
I have routine 3 assigned against LOEKZ in OMFS. As i said the output type gets triggered. But i am not able to see print preview or send any output to the vendor after deleting all the line items.

Usb 6009 output changes

Hi, I'm using a NI USB 6009 device. I am using the analog output to drive very small currents (less than 1 micro Amp) through a 1 MOhm resistor. I find that the output often changes significantly when I begin to acquire data, or if the computer is doing something, such as fitting data, or even if I am simply opening other files or programs. Any advice?

Hi, thanks for the responses.
I'm outputing a DC voltage with values typically ranging from 0.1 V to 1 V. The signal goes through a 1 MOhm resistor in series with a coil for producing very small magnetic fields applied to an atomic magnetometer. It appears that the output changes by tens of millivolts, as recorded by a yokogawa oscilloscope with input impedance of 1 MOhm. The coil and scope are both grounded. I am using only a single input channel on the USB6009, coming from an SRS voltage preamp with output impedance of 50 Ohms
I can also infer that there are changes in the current when the computer "does something" by looking at the signal in the atomic magnetometer.
Perhaps it would help if I shunted the output with some smaller resistor, say 10kOhm?

IMac sound output changes

As I'm trying to watch tv shows I've bought from iTunes the sounds keep turning on and off.
I opened the sound preferences and found the output was switched to digital out- I cant even remember the last time I put headphones in!
Then, as I put my show on, right before my eyes the sound output changed from digital out to internal speakers (at which point I could hear my show once again) before it just as quickly changed to digital out without me doing anything at all!
How can I stop this?

I don't think there is a real fix to the problem, there was a thread about this a while back and no one came up with anything, but to just get it to go back to built-in output, try plugging an 1/8th inch cable into the audio out jack, then either a) jiggle the plug in the jack (seems to have worked for other people) or b) adjust the computer volume (worked for me - I used the keyboard buttons rather than the sound preferences to do it, not sure if it makes a difference), then unplug it, and your sound output SHOULD change back to your internal speakers. Hopefully. Try both methods a couple of times if it doesn't.

Output changes effect in othere clients?

And how can i idenftify which is smart fort form and script form...???

Your output changes will not effect any other client, unless the changes are transported to other client and message records are maintained for that client in MN04 for purchase order and other MN* records for other documents.
To check whether which form is attached to your output, you need to go in message determination setting in SPRO and there you will see which form is attached to your output.
Check this path out for form details: Spro>MM>Purchasing>Messages>Forms for messages>Assign form and output for PO, click execute,

Report Output Changed when Executed in Background

Hi Guys,
I have generated a report,which when executed online displays
four records.
But when i am executing the same report in background by generating a spool,my output is changed,such as third record is missing and i am getting only three records.
In the place of the third record an empty line is displayed.
whats the reason for it?
Can anyone help me in this regard.

I have a report which has more than 400 characters in width. When I execute the report in background, I dont have a printing format of more than 255 characters. Therefore the generated spool has only 255 characters.
How can I get the complete spool? Is there a way to define printing format or any other T-Code to print the generated spool?

Device for sound output changing randomly

After the latest OS update, I've been having issues with my sound output settings. My sound will play most the time through the "line out" setting, but then randomly the "sound effects" will play thru the internal speakers. I keep changing the setting in the "sound" panel of system prefs but it keeps changing randomly on me. I've saved the setting and rebooted and thought it would be fine, but it keeps doing it. Once my Sound Output setting were changed too, and my music just started playing thru the internal speaker.
Anyone know what's up with this, and what could correct the problem?

It may sound silly, but from my own experience (having had exactly the same problem while working on a soundtrack) after snooping around I found that the plug/cable I was using (a cheapo cable) was somehow the guilty party.
It fit snugly, no wobble, no crackling, changed the cable and all problems went away.
Same cable works 100% now used to hook up the iPhone to the mixer.
Seems to make no sense, and yet... voodoo (or a badly soldered plug).

ALSA - Applications restart after output change

Hello!
I am trying to understand an issue I'm having with audio which I find quite annoying and would like, if possible, to implement a fix for this. However, I need help understanding.
The problem I see is that whenever I plug in my USB head set or unplug it, although my udev rules to change the output source work fine, I am forced to restart the application. Take for example Chrome, if I had my headset connected when I opened it and disconnect after to reproduce a video on YouTube, it won't play on the speakers unless I close Chromium and re open it.
Any clues on what could the problem be?

Disable PO output changes

We are in a Ext Classic scenario using XML as our PO output medium.
Is it possible to disable outputting any PO changes ? Is it done thru config or we have to use a BADI ?

Hi Bakulesh,
Just check whether this BADI can help you in fulfilling your requirements as it regulates the outbound mapping (XML)
SPRO > IMG > SRM > SRM Server > BADIs > SAP XML interfaces > Change SAP XML outbound mapping.
With this you can regulate which fields to be shown after changing a partcilar document through XML.
Let me know if it works in your case or not.

F110-list output change

Hi Experts,
I have an issue in the F110 t.code.
I executed the transcation F110.
I am getting the "Payement Summary" list out put.
Our requirement is to change that list out to excel form.
like all the data comming in that out put to come in table format.
How can I get this functionality,
Are there any User exits or i have to copy the entire program to Z and have to do the modifications.
i am using the driver progaram as RFFOM100.

Making the Standard program to Change to get the data into EXCEL is not that easy. do two things
Can't you download the output to EXCEL from the menu of the report output and use.
If not copy the program to Zpriogram and to modify it such that the data is downloaded to EXCEL and attach this Z program to Tcode F110, such that when you execute the transaction it should trigger the modified program.

XML output changed after tools release

Enterprise One 812. XML output to print invoices is now missing two fields. Layout of xml is now different in DV/PY compared to PD.
* E1 Tools Release 8.98.32 installed in DV/PY - problem started after this.
* The problem does not exist in PD but it does exist in DV and PY.
* The source for the xml template and report definition is a custom UBE for invoice printing and has not been changed in any environment.
* The xml template and report definitions have not been changed.
* No processing options have changed.
* Downloaded the PD RTF and ran it locally against xml data from PD and PY. The PD xml displays the fields and DV/PY do not. This proves the RTF is not different between environments.
To try and solve, ran ER compare of custom base object between PD and DV/PY and found no diffs. Also tried a new RTF template and report definition, still doesn't work. Ran a package build to push the PD custom base object into DV/PY, still didn't solve.
Is it possible the Tools Release in DV/PY caused this XML problem? Any help is greatly appreciated, running out of ideas.

Sorry, I dont know enough about the JDE patching and environment. If you suspect a regression issue, I would log a service request with JDE support and get them to ping development for some help on confirming the issue

Nslookup output changes between Solaris 8 and 10

I have a customer that has asked why and if the output can be changed to match?
We have noticed a difference on the nslookup reverse lookup with
Solaris 10.
On Solaris 8 we get:
# nslookup x.x.x.x
Server: dnsserver.csd.disa.mil

Name: hostname.my.af.mil
Address: x.x.x.x
On Solaris 10 we get:
# nslookup x.x.x.x
Server: x.x.x.x

Why is the output on Solaris 10 different when doing an nslookup on

address? The guys who work on the application noticed it and

SPARC doesn't need a split boot loader like BIOS/x86. The OBP can directly load from any slice. So 'boot disk:a' would boot from slice 0 and 'boot disk:g' would boot from slice 6.

Audio output changed to 'Digital Out' and speakers don't work! Please help!

I'm not exactly sure what's happened, but after starting up my macbook pro, my speakers/audio haven't worked.
The volume control in the menu bar is inactive (looks light grey) and in the Sound menu, I have no option for output devices except for 'Digital Out' - there is no other option for 'external speakers' (as per usual) or anything!
I can plug earphones in, and sound comes out fine... I don't know what may have happened, but I'm really worried - I use my MBP for home & work; I need my speakers to work!!
If anyone can offer any advice, I'd be really grateful. Thank you in advance.

Talked to Tech Support about this when my machine locked up in this same fashion. There's a little "door" inside the headphone jack that can get stuck in the open position and keep the audio from switching back to the internal speakers / stuck in the digital (optical) output position...
The solution: the iPick... It's a toothpick, but if you use it to poke around inside the headphone jack until the little door gets unstuck, it becomes an iPick, and a box of them are very expensive, but they come in lovely colors and are very intuitive to use...
I'm not kidding... Stick a toothpick (or other non-conductive small stick) in the headphone jack and joog it around until it releases the little door...

Oracle bi publisher PDF output changes chart scale

I have created report which has charts - bar charts
I able to run report in various formats including interactive, html, excel, powerpoint, pdf etc.
Now the chart scale on all other format reports showing perfect e.g. 3.0 height on y axis. So its basically adjusting as the max height (value) for y axis. But for PDF output no matter weather it has less than 3.0 for all values in that page, but it shows height 4.0 (instead of 3.0 max as other output formats are showing). So its not adjusting dynamically as other output formats.
How can I get PDF document display same as other output formats? Because if all values less than 0.5 height, still PDF output showing height as 4.0 , so graph is not visible or almost touching to the ground with straight line.

Has there been any update on this? I am running into the same problem, only it is only affecting one of my charts. The maximum keeps on dynamically setting to 4.0, though I have also seen it set its maximum to 5 and minimum to -5 given certain parameters.
I have three other charts on the same report: one with a dynamic maximum that sets correctly, and two that have a static maximum. The problem is only when I view it as a PDF.

Output Changes with respect to change in decimal places in currency

Dear All,
We had a requirement to implement 3 and 4 decimal prices in USD and GBP respectively. As per SAP recommendation we created new currencies USD3 and GBP4 and configured other stuffs. Now we are able to enter prices in 3/4 decimals. However the sales order and invoice outputs are showing incorrect prices in 2 decimals itself. For example if I enter unit price as 2.145 the output shows it as 21.45.
Please let me know what need to be fixed?

Hi,
This can be due to various reasons.
1. Please check your personal settings in SU01. Due to the features here, you may get different notation in the output type.
2. There can also be a problem due to the code in the output type .We had the same problem, and found the root cause to be in the output program and rectified it. Now it is fine.
3. Also, check your standard configurations on these currencies once, though I am sure they are done fine.
