How to configure the output determination and printer determination for both PO and GR?
    By: Dhaka
    The steps are as follows:
    Output of Purchase Order
    1. Condition Table
SPRO > Material Management> Purchasing -> Message -> Output Control->Condition Tables->Define Condition Table for Purchase Order
    Select:
    Purchasing Doc. Type,
    Purch. Organization,
    Vendor
    2. Access Sequences
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing -> Message -> Output Control->Access Sequences->Define Condition Table for Purchase Order
    3. Message Type
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing -> Message -> Output Control->Message Types->Define Message Type for Purchase Order
    *4. Message Determination Schemas*
    4.1. Message Determination Schemas
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing -> Message -> Output Control->Message Schema->Define Message Schema for Purchase Order-> Maintain Message Determination Schema

Now you create PO (ME21N) and save it. Go to ME22N and print the PO by giving output type.
    Output of GR
After setting table, access sequence and output type for GR,run MB02 transaction, enter material document number. Double click one line item and select messages. Separate screen will be opened to configure outputs. Give the required fields and save the document.

  • Output configuration

    hi gurus
i am having small rek ,
in a billing outtup for Standard Ivoice F2 ,
one of the field or value i am  calcuting  with this formula
    value=  z  *  y *  C  *  94%
now this 94 % might change everytime like 97% or 99% , so where user can defin it so everytime when the output issue  it  pick this field  in calculation
if you can guide me it would be greatfull
    thanks
    Rajeev

    Hi,
You can create a new Ztable and maintain the Values like  99% and 97% and 96%  provided you have to maitain these value based on Date.
Then ask you developer to fetch the data from the Table based on the date of either Billing date or Pricing date.
Please check this and revert back.

  • Output Configuration for Monitors/Mic and Interface Trouble Within Logic Pro X

1.) I'm currently using a Shure SM58 connected to mic input 1 on an Alesis iO2. I'm getting no levels from the microphone itself when I attempt to record, and the levels on the interface itself are weak (never reaching above -20db). I'm new to this, so how in the world can I get this thing to record? My drivers are up to date regarding the interface.
2.) I'd like to use my pair of speakers as my primary listening source, but I'd also like to monitor through the headphone port on my interface at the same time. Is this possible?
There are obviously tons of questions related to these two, but I've exhausted a lot of potential solutions already with no luck.

    Hello Heart-A-Tact,
The articles below explains how to setup your audio interface with Mountain Lion and Logic Pro X.
The first step is to make sure you have the most recent drivers installed from Alesis.

  • Configure e-mail output

    Hi Gurus
Can somebody send me informaton on how to configure e-mail output for a sales order/delivery document/invoice. I know how to do it for a printer but I want for e-mail.
    My e-mail is: [email protected]
    thanks all
    Srini

    Hi
If your SD output configuration is set up correctly, an e-mail from SAP using medium 5 should go through just fine via SAPconnect (transaction SCOT). When it works, the external recipient should receive an e-mail with a PDF attachment containing the form image, regardless of whether it has been created via SAPscript or Smart Forms. Depending on your output determination settings, this even can happen in the background, without any interaction with the SAP front end (e.g. for invoices created automatically by a batch job).
Typically, a failed send will be flagged in the message control table (NAST), and this table should be monitored closely. However, there are many reasons why a document hasn't gone through, and this can be the case with both outgoing faxes and e-mails from SAP. The solution to both is the same: After identifying the failed document, re-send it manually by going inside it in change mode and repeating the appropriate output. If an obsolete customer e-mail address was the culprit, a customer master change would also be required, along with an audit of any docs recently created for this customer.
If any underlying data has changed since initial issuance, a re-sent document may not appear identical to the (failed) original. Sometimes, as when address info has been corrected, this can be a good thing. After all, the new document is more accurate than the old one.
In other cases, such as when pricing info has changed, it might be a cause for serious concern. There are several ways to deal with this concern:
    1) Limit the types of changes allowed on certain docs after creation
    2) Set up a doc image archive via ArchiveLink and re-issue output from there instead of from the current doc; or
    3) For highly sensitive docs, consider a more secure delivery method.
    <b>sending  smart form</b>
You didn't specify the nature of the form or print program, but I suspect we are discussing application-driven output.
In any case, I suggest you take a close look at the print program. If it is a standard one provided by SAP, it is quite possible that hooks already exist to send your Smart Form output via e-mail as a PDF attachment.
See for example the call to function 'LF_FM_NAME' in standard print program RLB_INVOICE. Notice the preceding call to function WFMC_PREPARE_SMART_FORM? This function does the heavy lifting for you; here, no additional work is needed in either the form or the print program. To generate e-mail output, the remaining work essentially is:
    1) SD output configuration (e.g. mapping the relevant billing output type to transmission medium 5 - 'External send' - via the IMG)
    2) SAPconnect configuration (txn SCOT -- there are several notes in the SAP Service Marketplace discussing this component, such as 152474 and 312690).
    3) Setting up the sender and recipient e-mail addresses (e.g. sender = txn SU3 data; recipient = bill-to party's txn XD02 data).
Hopefully, the print program at issue has the hooks you need. If not, you may need to explore the possibility of (a) changing it, (b) cloning it and changing the cloned version, or (c) manipulating the values directly within the form itself via field-symbols (which may or may not work). Whichever approach you take, I wish you luck.

  • Output - Billing - Configuration

Can someone help me in output configurations for Billing.
Kindly let me know the  configuration settings.
    Thanks.

    Hi ,
    OUTPUT DETERMINATION FOR BILLING DOCUMENTS:
For determining output at Billing document level, goto tranaction code NACE , and select the Application V3 , in the Menu bar there is a tab with OUTPUT TYPES,
Click on the OUTPUT TYPES and goto new entries and maintain the OUTPUT type with Z as prefix.
In the Output type assign ACCESS SEQUENCE ( which is nothing bt the combination to maintain the CONDITION RECORDS)
In the Output types, click on the PROCESSING ROUTINES where you have to assign the SMARTFORM & PRINT PROGRAM
SMARTFORM represent the Layout and the PRINT PROGRAM is used to code the logic and fetching the data from the table to SMARTFORM
SMARTFORM is created in the transaction code SMARTFORMS and the PRINT PROGRAM is written in the transaction code SE38.
Now Assign this output type to the OUTPUT DETERMINATION PROCEDURE
In the CONDITION RECORDS  maintain the condition records with the combination given in the Access sequence.
Now while creating the Billing document check the Output assigned or not, it will assign automatically and will be in the Yellow status
Now using the Program RSNAST00 this will be processed and sent to printer.
If you want to process the output automatically you have to schedule the Job for the Program RSNAST00

  • Help with timing, input from Daq, output sound

    Hi
    I am a student member of OSA, working on a laser listener project to be used in examples for high schools students. It is a pretty old and simple experiment but something I think students would be into. {any suggestions for other experiments anyone might have I would love to hear}
I read a voltage from a Daq off a reciever circuit, that signal is noisey so I filter it for the human voice range, 60Hz - 2000Hz. Then that filtered signal goes to the play waveform express VI. It works but the snag is I keep getting a "beeping" in the output sound, I believe this is from the loop cycling.  I have thought of something like a master/slave loops, storing the data in an array then waiting a sec or two and playing the sound from this data so I dont have to wait on the Daq to acquire new data. Any help or suggestions are greatly apprciated.
This is a rough version sorry about the mess. I think it should also be noted that if the "Time Duration" is larger that 0.02 then that makes the number of samples larger than what the Daq can handle.
Thank you very much in advance for all of the help and your time.

    Hi Jason,
I took a look at what is happening in the play waveform express VI and the issue may be related to starting/stopping the sound card every time the loop iterates, similar to what I suggested with the DAQmx VIs in my previous post. To look into the code behind an express VI, you should copy the express VI to another section of your code or to another VI completely, because once you show the block diagram for it, you will not be able to use the express VI configuration dialog anymore for that instance of the VI. Once you copy the play waveform express VI, right click on the copy and select "Open Front Panel." Then, navigate to the block diagram and keep opening the subVIs until you find the "Simple Write" VI (see below for a screenshot of this VI). Here, you will see that there is a "Sound Output configure" VI as well as a "Sound Output Clear" VI. Since these are within the while loop of your top level VI, the "beeping" in your output may be caused by the constant configuring and stopping of the sound card with these VIs. What I suggest is that you use the code in the express VI as an example to code your own sound output vi that is configured once outside the while loop and stopped once after the while loop. Hope this helps!

  • Output 'incorrectly processed', 'output could not be issued'

    Hi,
We trying to trigger a Bill of Lading custom Z print output type. This output was working correctly for some time and now it has started failing. When we try to issue the output through screen option it gives message 'output could not be issued'. But we are not able to figure it out as why this message is appearing even though all output configuration is good. The same output is triggering if we make some changes in the shipment change transaction(although changes are not relevent for the output parameters) but this behaviour is not constant as output triggers some time after the changes and some time may not.
When we try to retrigger the output type using messages option on the shipment, error appears as 'incorrectly processed'.
Please suggest as why this output type is behaving like this. Any help will be highly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Sharan

if it worked well in the past, then I would check if there was a change in the print program or in the form or in customizing, further I would investigate if this could be triggered from "outside" e.g. implementing OSS notes, activate business functions etc.
If you know the date when it started failing, then checking the transports of changes prior to this event in SE10 could be a good starting point.

  • Output could not be issued Message no. V1104

  • Update LIKP table while saving the output type in VT02N transaction

    Hi All,
I have a requirement where i have to update Delivery Priority(LPRIO) field in LIKP table while saving the output type in VT02N transaction. I am not able to use the BAPI "BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE" or FM "WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE" because, when we save the output type the programs that are configured in NACE are triggered in update mode and hence i will get a roll back error.
Let me know other ways of updating the table at the time of saving output type for shipment transaction VT02N.

This could be a result of one of the following reasons:
1: Incorrect smart form/routine assigned in the output configuration (NACE)
2: Serial number range of the delivery expired
3: The default settings of the user (SU01) processing the delivery is missing the default printer name.
    Hope this is helpful

  • Output not getting proposed from a Purchase Order just for One vendor

    Hi All,
We have an issue where in we have maintained a condition record with the access as "Purchase Doc type (NB) and Purchase Organization(XXXX):" pointing towards a "LS" partner function (ALE) and "4"
We have also maintained Partner configuration correctly. The issue which happens only in Production and not in TEst systems which is " only for ONE VENDOR the output is not getting proposed and for the other vendors it is getting proposed correctly. We also have a requirement attached to the Output and we do not have any vendor specific logic.
We also checked /Compared both the test and production system on Output Configuration as well as master data for VEndor and Info records and they seem to be ok.
Does any one faced a similar situation why an Output would not propose just for one specific vendor?
Would appreciate if any one can reply asap.
    Thanks,

Then check with the requirement you are using bd64 is distribution model.
Check with ur output type, requirement and output determination. ale service comes only in picture partner profile with outbound parameters.
have u done the correct entries under message control in outbound parameters.
