PO Output message triggering for change in PO

Hi,
We have configured a output message type for PO create . The output message is defiend for condition record doc type, partner as LS and medium A(ALE) and partner name.
Once PO is created the output is getting triggered and idoc created.If I make any changes in PO agai the same output message type si getting triggered and new idoc created. This shud not happen.
I checked , the idoc message type ORDERS n its assigned to only ME10 code .
Cheked all the settings of message type and fine tuned is also not maintaiend.
Please suggest .

Apologies: I've just joined the community and didn't quite figure how to write a msg! Hope it works...
Anyway,
I read many posts on this annoying error message (Waiting for changes to be applied) in the last 2/3 days, but they all refer to the sync staying stuck on it.
Mine doesn't.
I read the message, then it quickly shuts down the sync and the iTunes progress bar only shows the apple...
As suggested by many, I removed voice msgs, turned off/on, tried to sync in individual stages (calendar only...) but nothing works.
I am up to date on iTunes (11.1.1.11) and have IOS 6.1.3 on my phone, to sync on a Win8 pc (all worked fine until recently).
I have had this phone for several years and it has never done this.
It worked absolutely fine, until I loaded the latest version of iTunes it seems...
Any suggestions?

ALSO, on the iPod under Settings>General>iTunes Sync, you may need to back out of the "iTunes Wi-fi Sync," and reopen it to get it to update.
(I use iTunes 11.1.5.5)

HT1386 I am getting the message waiting for changes to be applied on my IPhone 4

I try to sync my I Tunes with my I phone 4 and I keep getting the message waiting for changes to be applied.
What do I need to do to correct this?

If you right click on the iPhone's icon on the left of the iTunes display, you should be able to find an option to eject your iPhone. Then connect it and start the sync again.

User Specific Output Message Determination for Purchase Orders

Hi Sap Experts,
Is there any functionality in SAP where you can setup specific Output message determination for a user?
For example whenever User A creates a purchase order through ME21N it will always be emailed to vendor, whereas for User B whenever they create purchase orders it will always be printed.
Is this possible?

There is no standard functionality with in SAP.
To achieve this Create 2 output types accordingly and create customized tables with user id fields

Output determination process for Scheduling aggrement.
SPRO-IMG-Material Management-Purchasing-Messages-Output Control-
1)First create condition table based which becomes condition record for accessing the data.
2)Create access sequence to access the data or search the based on the conditoin record in sequence of the condition table.
3)Define your message type like print,fax etc.
Maintain the conditon record for the MN07 for the output type which new one you created.

Trying to transfer purchases from my 3gs onto a new PC (Vista). Keep getting the message "Waiting for changes to be applied". HELP!

Using the latest version of iTunes and iOS5 on my iPhone. Backup of the iphone seems to work fine. My old PC died and I want to transfer my apps to my new PC. But when I start Transfer purchases from my iPhone, it just keeps giving the message "Waiting for changes to be applied" and doesn't do anything. I'm getting worried as I have an iPhone 4s coming and I want to move my 3gs stuff over to my new phone. Anyone know how to fix this?

Had the same thing happen to me a few weeks back when I switched computers and migrated. Here's what worked on my iMac, so maybe it'll work on your iPad, too. Go to User(your home folder)/Music. Select/highlight your "Music" folder. Then do Command-I ("Get Info" from the File menu), click on the padlock icon in the lower right of the new window. Enter your user password. Click on your username just above the now-open padlock. Select "Read & Write" if it's on "Read Only," "Write Only," or "No Access." Now having your user account with "Read & Write" privileges (it may have been this way already; still do this next step), click on the gear on the bottom-center of that window. Click on "Apply to all enclosed items." When the pop-up says "Are you sure?" (or the equivalent), say "yes." This will grant access privileges to your user account for all the music files inside your music folder--all your iTunes stuff included). Then you should be good to go.

Change flag deactivaion for PO output message type during change mode

Hello All,
WE are using automatic message output determination functionality for PO output type. This output type has been configured for creation and change mode under Fine tuning.
Two output type are configured, for example ZAAA is output type for ALE and output type ZBBB for archiving.
Here archiving functionality is used to transfer attachment from ERP system to SUS supplier portal as a pdf file. This is done via enhancement and the attachment transfer is working fine.
During creation mode both the output types are determined and successfully processed and as a result attachment is transferred to supplier portal which is absolutely correct. In the attachment all PO line item can be seen which works well.
Now I change the PO and add a new PO line item, system automatically default both the output type for change mode and upon saving both the output type are successfully processed.
Now here is the problem in change mode only the added PO line item is sent as an attachment to the supplier portal. Here the requirement is see all the PO line items including the once which were newly added.
Solution is if we uncheck the change flag for output type ZBBB during change mode then all the PO line item can be seen under the new attachment with new version.
Please let us know how this functionality can be acheived ... is there an user exit available.
We have a work around where we are running a background job every 3 mins and based on the last successfully processed message for output type ZAAA we are attaching first output type ZBBBfor archiving the changes and then ZAAA for sending the changes along with attachment to Supplier portal.However this solution is a temporary one , we need a concrete solution for this.
Please advise.

But we cannot modify the existing print program as this print program is being used in different countries also.
We already know a solution that during change mode if we remove the change flag from output type ZBBB then all the PO line items along with the recent changes can be seen under the attachment under supplier portal.
The question comes now, how do we automate this processu2026 Is there any standard progam or user exit available.
Manually, if you add a message type ZBBB in ME22N tranasction for creation mode then all PO line item with recent changes get transferred but we need to automate this process for create and change PO transaction.

Out message triggering after changing delivary date.

we created new out put for purchase order mail,mail is going to vendor,its working fine.
now our requirement is purchaser change the delivery date in purchase order ,once again new output type triggering ,is their way to stop output after changing the delivery date.

Hi,
you can configure the system to trigger an output only when certain fields are changed.
Config Path:
Materials Management->Purchasing->Messages->Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes.

Heelo SAP Gurus,
I have come across a issue where the PO output message is triggering even when the user puts the PO on HOLD status.
It is happening randomly i.e,not for all POs.

No warning message triggered for VP

Hi, I need help from the experts.
I have set tolerance limit for VP at SPRO > Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Goods Receipt > Set Tolerance Limits
I have also changed the system messages at SPRO > Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Define Attributes of System Messages
When I set
00 : M7 : 306 : Price change of & % in month &/& for material & = E
00 : M7 : 307 : Price will change by & & in month &/& = E
When I MIGO-GR (I already calculated the price where it will affect the MAP) the PO, at point of "Check" no logs were created but when I try to "Post" the document the error message is prompted.
Now the problem is, when I change the system message to "W", I don't get any message triggered either at "Check" or "Post" of GR. Anything I'm missing? I'm curious because it works when I set to error but when I set to Warning nothing happens.
P.S. The MAP price increased after the posting of the document which was higher than the tolerance set. E.g. from 23.49 changed to 28

Due to the complete change of the transaction, MIGO is unable to provide the requested warning message M7306/M7307. It is not possible to change this behavior.
Even if you set it up as an error, the "CHECK"-Button in MIGO will tell you that the document is "OK", as MIGO has no way to get that information. Only if you post, shortly before the database update, this message is generated and therefore can only be handled as an error.

Automatic output message generation for PO

I am getting below message while creating a PO, I want to set Automatic output message - (my output is by e mail). Please help...!!!

Diagnosis
The system was not able to find a message record via the message determination schema. Therefore it was not possible for such a record to be generated for this purchasing document. In consequence, the purchasing document cannot be outputted (printed or transmitted).
Procedure
The message determination process should be checked and, if necessary, corrected.
The message record can be created manually for this document. For this purpose, choose the function "Messages" in the menu "Header" and maintain the necessary data.

Hi Rohit,
You need to check that your print program is SAPFM06P and form as MEDRUCK.
Any testing should be done with this testing and once thus setting works, you may go back to your own program and form if you like. This helps a lot in identifying the area of error.
Please tell me you support pack level for SAP_APPL. It starts with SAPKH***** (like SAPKH46C08).
After that your help can be done.

4. Message Determination Schemas
4.1. Message Determination Schemas
SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing -> Message -> Output Control->Message Schema->Define Message Schema for Purchase Order-> Maintain Message Determination Schema

Now you create PO (ME21N) and save it. Go to ME22N and print the PO by giving output type.

Now Check in SPAD (Printer settings) settings & try to check the printer configuration. Check Device attributes, Access methods etc. are maintained in Spool Administration (SPAD) for the selected printer (your local Printer, may be ur using HP01or any but in SAP std is LP01) but consult with your basis consultant regarding above.
Check the following also:
Spool generated using SP01 or SP02.
Output device.
Local printer settings.
Paper Tray, Print Mode, Printer

PO Output message types for different document types

Hi,
I wanted the system automatically generate the messages whenever a PO is created for different document types like NB,UB,Blanketorder, Pilot run.
These are the steps i did...plz advice any more steps to make this work
1. the output type I am using is NEU-purchase order
2. I have created condition records for document types NB,UB,PR etc
I was sucessfull in getting the messages automatically for the standard(NB) PO..but not for the other document types
Plz advice me how I can achieve this with further configurations

If you have created conditin record for all the document type in MN04 then it should work becuase doc type has nothing to do for printing config.
this is basically a condition record.
check your condition record

1. Maintain the Printer Name in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Printer Setting
2. Ensured in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Item Print Indicator, 1 stands for Matl Doc print out
3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator
5. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, ensure the foll:
a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
b. Print Parameter is 7
6. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Printer Det->Pr Det by Pl/StoLoc, maintain the Output device for all your Plants
7. In MN21, for Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.(Condition records)
8. While doing MIGO, ensured that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" beside the Print Indicator and you tick mark the field.
Now go to MB90 entered the output type as WE01, Tr m as 1, Sort or. 01, Pro.mode as 01, and executed. Sytem outputted all the material documents that has to be taken print out.

just turned ipod touch- 32g on- stared to download latest ver ios 6.1.3
downloaded latest vers of itunes for pc
put new music into itunes ready for sync
when I try to sync ( mp3 )f- the message advises waiting for changes to be applied - no sync - any help please
