PO Release Approval Error

First i did Release strategy in one client and i have transported it to other client
that time i didnt know that it cant be transported
After doing 3 PO when i tried to release it then i come to know that i have to configure again the Release Strategy in this client
When i tried to reconfigure it after doing some changes i want to check the class
when i clicked on Edit class it is showing the error
Class type 032: Class PO_RELEASE_CLASS being processed by MMUSER

Check out the same Screen is opened by MMUSER . We can able to open it in display mode only.
If you dont know check via SM12.

I have Workflow Issue and i am sending my Requirement Go Through it .
Issue:
I am using F-67 forcustomer credit memo parking my requirement is if I post below 500/- SAR thedocument should not lock and the accountant can release the document throughFBV0 t-code and if the accountant post above 500/-SAR than the document should lock and accountant cant able to release above 500/-SAR document Through FBV0 T-code only it must be released by the Finance Director.This I want to configure in Workflow, Release Approval Level in T-code SWDD.
Get me out of this as i am very new to workflow as i am FICO Consultant.Your earliest reply on above is requested.

Work Order Release Approval workflow

Hi All,
I am trying to setup Work Order Release Approval workflow. I have set its AME using supervisory level as the action type. When I tried set work order status, I had to set the department as I set department attribute as its AME condition, and work order status changed into Release - Pending and form become disable.
Where can the supervisor make his/her approval to relese the pending status?
I tried the Maintenance Super User page, but it can only review.
Any help is greatly apprecaited.

Hello i need some info regarding PO's.
1) Where can i get the information as to who has released/approved the PO. The person who creates the PO can be found in ekko table, likewise where can i find info regarding the person who approved/released the PO.
2)Is there any Tcode which displayes all the invoices for a given PO.

1. Check if BAPI_PO_GETRELINFO gets the info you are looking for.
2. If that doesn't work, then you can look at the change documents of the release indicator in EKKO table. From the change documents you can find who has approved the PO.
Second Question
1. ME23n, if you look at the history tab in bottom part of the screen, it will display all the invoices as well the GR documents issued against that PO.

Release Strategy Error

PO Release WorkFlow Error

Hi Experts,
I have a scenario with purchase Order 5 level Release. I have activated Standard workflow, Now for first level it works fine and first level user is able to release and also a notification is also sen't to the initator after. this is for release code A1.
But work item is not going to second level release at all.if i go and check the Workflow after first level release.WorkFlow is in deactivated status.
Plz help me to resolve this issue.

Hi, Hari, I assumed that you have set the workflow administrator to yourself and any errors would be sent to you...
In my humble opinion...
Is the workflow not getting the release code at all (for second level onwards) or it is having problem with finding the agents for the second level approval?
Did you check the workflow log, to see the flow of the workflow? You are using a standard workflow or? I was using a standard workflow, but the multi-level approval is set in MM configuration. Using the standard workflow for PR Release, the workflow is run 5 times for 5-level-release, which means there would be a start event and and end event for each level of release. And in my problem, there is no ending event for the first level because the PR is created wrongly and the system didn't know where to flow the PR to.
My advise is, first check MM config and workflow agents are assigned properly for multi-level approval.
Second, check if the PR is created and released properly. I have faced errors similar to yours and it was due to the incorrect entries during PR creation.
Third, trace the events and workflow log in SWEL to understand the problem better. (Or maybe you should do this first, in case you haven't).
Basically, if the workflow gets deactivated everytime, it might be due to the Behavior Upon Error Feedback in SWE2, which means there is error occured.
Lastly, if there is an error in the workflow log, you could paste it here.

UWL CATS time approval error "No data exists that needs to be approved"

We approve CATS working time through SAP portal UWL. The user can see the workitem in her UWL inbox, but got an error u201CNo data exists that needs to be approvedu201D when he tried to execute the workitem. But the user is able to execute the workitem using Business workplace in ECC. We are using the standard UWL application.
This happens only to CATS time entries for certain type of employees (for example, the employees who do not report directly to the approver).
SAP Portal 7.0
SAP MSS 600 SP19
SAP UWLJWF 7.00 sp23
SAP ECC 6.0
Here is what I have found from my trouble-shooting. When I test (preview) the UWL iView, it seems to be working fine. But when I call up the iView from the portal MSS role, I got the error message u201CNo data exists that needs to be approved.u201D

I have found that the workitem ID is not passed to the CATS approval web dynpro program. Here is what is in the Item Type configuration XML. Is there anything missing?

Report for POs pending Release (approval) and POs overdue (past deliv date)

Hi All,
In ME2N - std report for POs. How do I set the selection critieria in order to get the following information
1. POs pending Approval (subject to Release Strategy)
2. POs pending delivery from Vendor where the delivery date requested in the POs is past. (How does Selection parameter WE101 help in this report.? How to show how many days past requested delivery date in the PO?)

1. POs pending Approval (subject to Release Strategy) : -
Enter ME2N, select Dynamic Selection.
Here click on Purchasing Document Header,
Double click on Release Indicator field and assign "X" ,
Then souble click on Subject to release and also give "Yes" indicator then click on execute you get list of purchase order which is unrelease.
2) POs pending delivery from Vendor: -
Enter ME2N, Select selection parameter WE101,
Here you can find list of pending purchase order, You can see document date or delivery date from change layout to find out how it is past.

Cannot Release Lock error while Importing mdl file?

I am trying to import an mdl file in the test enviroment from the development environment.
No users are working on test environment.
I start importing the mdl file.
Then I got the error as "Cannot Release lock:.
I checked that, no sessions are active and no one is using parallely the owb for testenviroment.
Could anyone explain, why this error came?

Segment release cancellation error

When I attempted to perform "Cancel Release" on segment type ZE1MARAM in ECC6.0, I encountered the following error message: "Error while resetting release of segment ZE1MARAM" I didn't have the problem when I performed the same action in 4.6c. Our Basis team investigated the issue and concluded that this is not a security-related error? Does anybody here have seen this error before? What was the cause and fix?

PO approved error in notification

Hi Guys,
I'm working with SRM 7.0.
We are getting an error when the agent approves the PO. A notification should go to the initiators inbox, but an error is appearing in SWI1:
Work item 000000005312: Object /SAPSRM/CL_WF_EVENT_ADAPTER method TRIGGER_EVENT cannot be execute
Message no. WL821
Diagnosis
The calling of the object method for the work item ended with a return value for which no handling is modeled in the workflow.
System Response
The work item was forced into the error status.
Procedure
Refer to your workflow system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Also check the binding between the task container and the method container.
