PO Revisions after Output

Hi all,
Is it possible to identify the changes made to PO after release has been carried out?. Basically after the document has been released, and the message output, any changes from there on, must identify each new print with a Revision No.
For eg. if I make a PO, release and print, the PO prints as normal.
If I make changes at this stage, due to further negotiations with vendor, the new message output must be the changed PO, with a revision No.
Further changes would mean, the Revision No. on new messages must keep incrementing.

First od all , You must use version management.
2nd, Take the Help of ABAPER to get all details in your PO Output.

Now you create PO (ME21N) and save it. Go to ME22N and print the PO by giving output type.

Cannot cancel release stratigy after output is printed

Dear Expert,
I has been configuration output for PO ( print auto after release stratigy)
After I release stratigy there is a scenario that user need to cancel release stratigy
But the system is error not allow to cancel release stratigy after output is printed
What's I miss? thank you very much.
I release stratigy using ME29N and cancel using ME29N and ME28 also.

Indeed, it can. However, if you modify it after it's been published or shared, you'll need to republish/reshare it.

Delete after output- su01 settings

Dear experts,
We are facing an issue with user settings.
we enabled the option 'Delete after output' in Default Tab, in thought of decrease spool requests in SAP and to regulate my database increase.
User is creating large amount spools and spools are not deleting after print.

Whart type of output are the spool requests that are not being deleted?
If they are forms (e.g. Purchase orders, sales orders, invoices etc.) then the print definitions are defined by the outout conditions in the application rather than the user-specific settings. In this case you need to update your output conditions to delete after output. Speak to the business about updating these if this is acceptable.
Or is the output generated via periodic background jobs? Updating the user settings will not affect jobs already setup. If you see similar output being generated at regular intervals is probably being generated from a background job. In which case find and update the background job responsible. I have often see jobs that run every 5 minutes generating large numbers of unneccesary spool requests.
I am assuming that the output is completed? As spool requests will only be deleted if they have been printed (and that the output has had no errors, as the output will not be deleted if it has an error).

Not able to view the XML Output, after Output format changed to XML

Before I could ask the DBA to chage the DIPLAY parameter, I could see error in FNDOPP*.txt file, as some issue with tag "split-by-page-break".
Accordingly I removed the tag from the template file ( RFT File). Now the request is getting Completed with Normal status. And generating the PDF output.
I found a hit in the metalink for this issue, which suggests a PATCH 4206181 (XDO.5.5) to get this functionality.
Accordingly the PATCH is applied.
Now when trying to query the template name from the XML Publisher Administrator Responsiblity, page is getting errored with the below message.

Help, doulbe lines in still images after output

Hi All,
Please help me. I have an hour doc, anamorphic with lots of photos using FCP motion for movements, zooms in/outs etc. After I output (using QT.mov, not self contained movie) and then let compressor 4 compress, into MPEG2 for DVD authoring. A lot of images turn jittery, shakey or have double lines. A friend said it might be interlacing problems. We tried different settings on bitrate, it did not fix. In order to fix the shake/jittery/double line images on my stills, I have had to go into each photo, find the original, copy & then paste attributes on the same photo in the timeline. The trouble is I have more than 200 photos in this timeline, do you have a clue why this is happening? And is there a short cut? I have a macbook pro, OS 10.5.6, 2.4 GHz processor, 2gh of memory. Please please help me.

DV NTSC 48 kHZ
capture preset: DV NTSC 48 kHZ
device control preset: FireWires NTSC
Playback Output Video: Apple FireWire NTSC (720 x 480)
Playback Output Audio: FireWire DV
Edit to tape/PTV Output Video Same as Playback

When I output from FCP, Export Quicktime Movie

once I get a file, I then use compression 4 to turn the file into

7.7 Mbps, motion estimation is good
(I customed this b/c the preset that came w/ compressor did not fix the problem of double lines and blurred photos)

ALSA - Applications restart after output change

Hello!
I am trying to understand an issue I'm having with audio which I find quite annoying and would like, if possible, to implement a fix for this. However, I need help understanding.
The problem I see is that whenever I plug in my USB head set or unplug it, although my udev rules to change the output source work fine, I am forced to restart the application. Take for example Chrome, if I had my headset connected when I opened it and disconnect after to reproduce a video on YouTube, it won't play on the speakers unless I close Chromium and re open it.
Any clues on what could the problem be?

Adjusting settings in Refine Edge after outputting new layer mask?

After using Refine Edge in CS5.5 and removing the background from an image, I set it to output as a new layer mask. Next I place the image on top of a background and see that it needs some additional adjustments. How do I now get back to the Refine Edge window where I can see the changes I made previously and modify some of the settings? When I reopen the Refine Edge window the settings from before are no longer there.

What does analog output do after output

Hi all,
I have a question about the behavior of the analog output on a single AO channel. If I write a single voltage (1.2volt) to an AO channel and keep the operation lasting for 3ms (using delay). I wonder after 3ms, what state will that AO channel be? Will it maintain the same voltage or will be reset (to zero) or whatever?

An Analog Output will hold the last value until the device is reset or a new value is written. It is advisable to set the AO channels to 0 when you are done with them.

Midpan is not mid pan after output and other minor problems...

Ok, so I have this procjet I am working on.
I have one sync with a man and one background audiotrack with a choir.
In my headphones I hear a perfect midpan.
The audiobar/VUmeters in FXPX shows exactly the same levels as eachother, since I have been using dual mono.
When I export to a movie directly from FCPX I get about 75% left and 25% panning of audio in the exported file.
After a couple of exports it magically starts working....
However even If it is me that has done something wrong. I do not like the "what you hear is not what you get" feature...
Anyone had this problem?
Ohh and another thing that is realy annoying is that when I try to resize a window in the UI by dragging the middle bar I only grabs the window 1/3 of the times. I have to clich 2 to 3 times and reapeat, and then it works. Same goes with renaming clips that just refuses from time to time.
Is this normal?

OK. I found it. The project was set to surround by default. Setting it to stereo took care of pan problem.

Picture stretched after outputting edit of Red One footage

I exported edit of Red footage to self contained Quicktime and movie looks beautiful. However, when I used Quicktime file as source in DVD Pro or Compressor, the picture is slightly stretched vertically and there is bad artifacting. I noticed that the Quicktime file frame size is 2048x1024 (2:1 aspect ratio). I used log & tranfer ProRes 422 (16:9 aspect ratio) to capture footage and same sequence settings to edit. It looked great in FCP. What the heck am I doing wrong?! Why the difference in the aspect ratios?

Actually, I have been informed that the RED whitepaper I used to guide me through the process of ingesting and editing in FCP was incorrect. They assume that everyone shoots at a 2:1 aspect ratio. My DP shot at 16:9. So, per RED instructions, I customized a ProRes 422 (HQ) codec by changing the aspect ratio to 2048x1024 (2:1 ratio)....WRONG!! If I had been more experienced, I would have questioned that spec immediately. FCP compensated by cropping the top and bottom. I didn't notice the blue guides missing at the top and bottom until someone asked me if I could see them. In short, I've solved the stretch problem. But I still have really bad artifacting in the MPEG2 files created for DVD. I'm trying to figure out why that's happening. Also, I uploaded a web version of the short film and heard ringing in the soundtrack where there was music playing. My audio in the FCP edit is at 48Mhz and the output file is 44Mhz. Could that be a problem?

Missing or skipped invoice number after output error

Hi,
if there is an arror in output message (for example in smartform) the invoice is not saved in the database but the ranges (internal number and accounting document number) are increased.
As for some fiscal numbers are skipped and this is no possible for italian law.

Cannot use Bridge after output module added. VERY frustrated. Thoughts?

I've followed the instructions for adding the output module. I've done it 3 times. Once the process is finished, Bridge will not open.
Not sure why the option wasn't included in the CC version of Bridge, but I'm getting really frustrated, and wondering why I'm paying for this.

Spool info printing after output on printer

are you using a customized program or copied some standard program. If you are using SAPScript close the form after all the windows gets displayed. After the write_form. Else comment out the new page statement on text-editor. Else if you are using a standard program to call standard form, look at the selection-screen to find the parameters which determines whether to print the last page or not. Just pass that parameter as 'X' or not 'X'. Else create a variant in the program ticking that field.
