PO showing wrong status

Hi : I have setup approval for PO. I have one PO in the worklist, it shows PO awaiting approval and whenni go and check detials in PO for the Approval view on the Header Data tab, it says No Approval Required. which is correct as per our setting. could you please tell me why I am getting different statuses and help me in resloving it.

VM manager page shows wrong status "Shutting down" for VM guest, I can very much connect to console and see it is up and running.
It happened when trying to shutdown VM guest manually but in parallel VM server got rebooted automatically.

To solve this problem, change the status manually as follows:
1.Make sure that the virtual machine in the target server has been shut down. Use xm list or virsh list to check the virtual machine name and ID.
2.If the virtual machine is running, use xm shutdown vm_id or virsh shutdown vm_id to shut it down, where vm_id refers to the virtual machine name or ID.
3.Use xm list or virsh list to check if the virtual machine has been shut down. If it is still running, use xm destroy vm_id, or virsh destroy vm_id to shut it down.
4.Log in as oracle (or root first, then su - oracle) to the computer where Oracle VM Manager is installed, and run the following commands to change the virtual machine status to Powered off in the Oracle XE database:
export ORACLE_HOME='/usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/server'
export ORACLE_SID=XE
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL> update ovs.ovs_vm_img t set t.status='Powered Off' where t.img_name like 'vm_name';
SQL> commit;
SQL> quit
vm_name refers to the virtual machine name.
5.Retry your operation, or delete the virtual machine directly.

PCR "Status overview" showing wrong status

Hi,
We are implemeting Personnel Change Requests using Adobe forms. Our approval processes are working fine. But the status overview link in the "Personnel Change Request" tab shows wrong data. It shows the status as "Open/For Approval" for all PCR's submitted irrespective of the actual status. When i check in Started workflows from Txn:SBWP in R/3 i find that a few of these workflows have actually completed.
Is there any configuration that is to be done to display the correct status? Any inputs on this would be of great help.

Thanks a lot for your inputs. Finally i found the issue. I have not set the system status using the task TS50000049 and hence the system the notification remained in "Approval required" status. I was under the impression that this status is set automatically once the approval is completed. Initially when i started the development i had assumed that this task was also used to help in updating the data along with TS50000058. Since we are updating the data in background using certain function modules and BDC's i had removed this step in my custom WF.
I have solved the issue now but still there are some of the questions as given below. Please clarify these if you have any idea on this.
1. There are some hardcoded values like QN44, QN55, PMM4 that are passed to the business transaction. What are these values?
2. How is the system deciding the statuses on these values? Is there a place or table where these business transactions are linked to the Approval texts? 
3. I searched through table TJ01T and found list of business transactions for Notification but i just get an error (in WF log) if i try to use them!!!

Em showing wrong status

RDBMS : 10.2
OS : Centos 5
I can successfully start and stop emctl service. emctl start/stop dbconsole is showing no error. But when I hit the em URL , it is showing db and listener status as down. But they are working :(
can you please tell how to correct this behavior ?

database is working perfectly. No error generated.
If on EM page, I may process to startup, it takes all the credentials and on next screen detect oracle database as up and running. When I click return, it takes me to the same screen showing everything status down.

Jsp shows wrong status in the browser

 I am facing a problem in JSP. I am working on Weblogic 5.1 JSP's. The problem I am facing is that even after loading the whole jsp in the browser, the status bar on the browser still indicates that it is lookgin for something, It is not showing DONE status. User's of this page r getting misguided.

Can you provide more information? Are you using the latest Service Pack? Do
 you use a proxy in front of WebLogic?
 Please be more detailed.

Showing wrong status in sales order

Hi Friends,
I have an issue with thrid party sales order processing
Step#1
My client runs the sales order for
      Material                     Qty

step-2
Purchase requisition created and from vendor delivery happened
Step-3
My user created billing with reference of sales order for below material

user found mistake and he cancelled the invoice and created new billing document
for

again he found mistake and cancelled this billing document and create one more billing document with reference of sales order

now the issue is for p-100 and p-101 it showing being process and p-101 it showing status as completed

Check the code written in the user exit if anythingis going wrong there.
First pull the data till PSA and try to check if correct data is coming till PSA.If that is the case try to debug the update from PSA to target and check the values of the field where xactly it is getting changed.
Do u have any transformation in the BI side?

Why OWB Execution status report showing wrong status ?

Hi,
I created a process flow. It executed successfuly.
In that process flow I used 4 mappings. and the data is updated in 4 tables. In all the tables data updated successfully.
But the execution status is showing that , in one table the records inserted are 0.
I verified in the Runtime Assistant. There it shows correctly.
Why it is showing like that?
Any suggestions are welcome.

I've seen this often here. Check the log files on the OWB server and you may see that control center service was force restarted. I have an SR opened with Oracle on this.
The symptoms I've seen are:
1. The mapping reports success
2. Some or all of the levels of the mapping show "*" for the statistics
3. The mapping completion time shows the mapping start time.

Oracle 12c Grid dashboards shows wrong status of target database

Hello Community,
A database in the 12c Cloud control, even if the database target is up, it says it is down. Agent, listeners are also added as target on that particular host. They show correct state where as database target show as down. Database is in 12c. [12.1.0.2.0] I have referred doc.id 1535613.1. That did not help here.
Every time it is showing down with an additional message "got a minus one from read call "
Agent Core version is 12.1.0.3.0
Could you please guide me in this problem?

MDM Console show wrong status of the Syndicate Server

Hello,
my MDM Console show me the wrong state of the Symdiction Server. The MDSS is running and works but the MDM Console show me that the MDS is offline. When I restart the MDSS the Console show green (online). After a while is the state in the console red. And we didn't know why. Have anybody the same Problem? We are using the MDM Console 7.1.05.66.

Can you or ask Basis team to restart the MDS from Operating System Level. As I too faced the same issue, once restarted from Operting system level, It reflected in Console GUI.

Acpi is showing wrong status of battery and ADP.

First of all i've to say that i'm very sorry for my english
i'm in trouble with my ADP of my laptop. When i start the computer with the ADP plugged in, acpi showes me my battery is charging. Now i unplug ADP and its still saying that my battery is charging. Same story with not changing status discharging, when the ADP is unplugged during boot.
i found some threats which shared my problem, but i haven't found any solution.

this is not a fault your battery needs to be replaced, to keep the life of your battery for longer take it out when you have the laptop plug in or it will kill your battery. if you have your battery in and the laptop plug in as well wot happens is wen the battery is full your laptop will switch it self from manes power to battery ther for using the battery till it need to charged agen. then it will switch back to manes and charge it agen. this is a constant circle so the more it dus it the power is lost from the battery. so the best way to keep your battery life for aslong as poss is to charge it, take it out then leave it out till you dont have access to a plug socket. the only problem with this is if you have a power outage wile your plug in to the manes and no battery your laptop will just go off as there will be no battery in your laptop.

Purchase order showing wrong status

User is creating a purchase order and got approved.Eventhough approved the PO still shows awaiting approval. Please let me know how to change the same. Points will be rewarded for the useful answers.

There are some OSS notes available for this issue based on the Service Pack.
Please let us know which service pack you are on to help you further and suggest the correct OSS note.
Neverthless look out for your custom code whcih you had written if you are using N-Step approval BADI BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI for triggering / approving the work flow.
In case the issue is urgent you can use Manual (forced)approval using SWO1 txn.
Enter BUS2201 as object type and click on Test button and then click on Instance button and provide the GUID of the P.O (Use BBP_PD to get GUID of P.O) and then under Methods execute Set Released.
The P.O gets approved after the execution of set released.

SWI1 showing wrong status

SWI1 T-Code is showing the task as Dialog Step though it is not a dialog step and the
Workflow as (Sub)Workflow.
Why is it so?

Make sure the task is backgroound task , goto PFTC enter the task ID and open in chage mode and enable the check box Background Processing
And coming to the (Sub) workflow there is no issue it will show the parent workitem of the workflow as Sub workflow only it is correct only.

Linstener showing wrong status in grid console

Listener is showing as unavailable in grid console while it is really up and accepting connections. Any ideas?

Also check the HOST you have used in the Listener configuration to ensure it matches the host GC is looking at in targets.xml. For instance, if it is looking for servername.domain.com, esnure that the Listener has the same as host instead of the IP Address or another mapping/representation

can’t we View this by main LB URL(VIP URL) , instead of hostname and port ..?
because when i access main url like http://google.com/contextPath/servletPath/pathInfo_WebLogicBridgeConfig
it returns only one weblogic server in list, but if i access individual apache server URL and port number it retruns exact list..
I check all apaches in farm,, every thing returns good and correct result, but if i access LLB url not giving proper response.
Is this any where related to weblogic proxy-plugin enable parameter in weblogic ?.

Status of data in Bex query shows wrong date

Dear Experts,
The Bex qurey after sucessful execution, show the Status of data as old date i.e. feb 2012. but we observed that the data uplaod happens regularly and sucessful.
we tried executing the same query using RSRT/Bex Analyzer/Portal. the results are same i.e. showing incorrect status of data.
Note: The Bex query is built on BI Infoset which sources from DSOs and Master Data infoobjects, and BI version is 7.0.

The data upload has happend today also and it is sucessful, the reporing status is available for requests from respective infoproviders.
'Status of data' is not a filed. if it an information to tell the status of data in query result.
Please find the following steps to find the 'status of data'
go to RSRT->give the query name and execute-> now after query results-> go to last page-> you can find the 'status of data'.
