PO Summary Error

Hello Everyone,
I need some desperate help with the below error that I am getting everytime I run a PO Summary Query. If I do run this across query for a date range of maybe even 10 days, I do not get any data unless I repeatedly click the OK button. This happens when I select the "Lines" radio button of "Results" in the Purchase Order Summary Window. We use R12.
Error:
QUOTE
APP-FND-01242: Cannot read value from field PO_HEADERS.SHIP_TO_LOCATION_ID
Cause: The field PO_HEADERS.SHIP_TO_LOCATION_ID could not be be located or read.
Action: This error is normally the result of an incorrectly-entered field name string in a trigger, or a field name string that does not uniquely specify a field in your form. Correct your trigger logic to precisely specify a valid field.

The available buttons are OK & Details.
Would really apprecaite some help.

Marc

Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for your response. Unfortunately since I do not get involved with the tables I would not know if someone messed around with them but I can check.
I did receive an offline recommendation which is as below and would like to authenticate if this can be used.
Thanks.

ERROR
FRM-40105:Unable to resolve reference to Item PO_HEADERS.SHIP_TO_LOCATION_ID
STEPS
1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Purchase Order > Release
3. Enter release information
4. Click on save button.
Changes
This issue occurs only after applying Patch 5447380
Cause
Bug fix for Bug.5404363 references the field 'po_headers.ship_to_location_id'. The library which uses this reference
is called from both the Purchase Order Form as well as the Release Form. The reference to this field was not required on the Release form and hence displays the error message before saving the form.
Solution
Apply Patch 5759435 or later. Update file POXPODIS.pld to version 115.152.11510.20 or higher.

Thanks for the tip.  I did google the issue and all that I found was this japanese website (http://www.1992s.com/?p=516&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter) which contains a link to a file that apparently would correct the issue (http://forums.adobe.com/message/4285767#4285767), but the file is no longer available.

    Hi
Below is some of the resolution
    1. First go to OTM ->Tools->Systems ->Edit and verify by adding the password of the agent on the remote server and test.. (This is the password which was used on installing OATS on the remote server) Click ok
Verify if the above step fixes the issue
    2. Go to the agent system Start->all programes->OATS->Tools->Oracle application load testing agent authentication->Click edit and enter the password and confirm it for the agent.
Let me know if you still face issues
    Regards
    Rads

  • HPlip: "Unable to communicate with the device" error

Hello Arch Community, I've been a user of Arch for a while and most of it just worked out of the box. However, I had my HP 6300 working through a direct connection. But a couple of days ago it just broke.
I've tried everything I could think of to make it back but all has been unsuccesful, I removed the printer and tried to add it again (sorry, old Windows habit, there most of the time works), however, I couldn't add the printer, it fails with the error: "Unable to communicate with the device. Please check the device and try again.", I added myself to the ld group (shouldn't matter, but I did it anyway)
    I have cups 1.4.2.

Note: hp-check can be run in three modes:
    1. Compile-time check mode (-c or --compile): Use this mode before compiling the HPLIP supplied
tarball (.tar.gz or .run) to determine if the proper dependencies are installed to successfully
    compile HPLIP.
    2. Run-time check mode (-r or --run): Use this mode to determine if a distro supplied package (.deb,
.rpm, etc) or an already built HPLIP supplied tarball has the proper dependencies installed to
    successfully run.
    3. Both compile- and run-time check mode (-b or --both) (Default): This mode will check both of the
above cases (both compile- and run-time dependencies).

Albeit it has errors, I can't see how they are releated (cups does have a conf file, but it seems that *my* user can't access it, expected 'couse it's owned by root). Any ideas?

    Hi
I had the same problem. The solution is to change the network discovery mode to SLP or add manually the IP address of your printer at the first step of the hp setup wizard. After you install the printer successfully, check the maximum resolution of the driver. Mysteriously, for me the maximum resolution was restricted to 600 dpi so I downgraded to the previous version of HPLIP and got back the 1200 dpi option. Please let me know if you have this issue too. I have posted this question in the hplip forums, but I haven't received any replies yet.

  • Error in import in phase TOOLIMPD3

Hi all, I am posting with a problem I have just encountered upgrading my Dev 46C system to ECC.
I didn't encounter this upgrading my sandbox. During the prepare phases, I encounter an error in the phase TOOLIMPD3:
ERROR: tp terminated with error status -1
See logfiles with extension .ECO for details. ERROR: 1 errors detected during TOOLIMPD3.
ERROR: 1 activities have been aborted in TOOLIMPD3.
ERROR: Operation(s) not completely processed. Remaining change requests found in buffer DEV.
Ignoring aborted import steps will cause severe inconsistencies and will likely require a full repeat of the whole upgrade. !!!
Do not manipulate the import buffer !!!
Analyze summary error logfile TOOLIMPD.ELG and remove all error conditions in the way it is described in the upgrade manual.
Repeat this phase until it is error free.
Additional hints may be given in logfiles SLOG700 and G:\usr\sap\put\log\R3up.ECO
Looking through the files SLOG700, R3up.eco, TOOLIMPD.ELG, and SAPH700VTA.DEV, I see a couple of things:
    In SAPH700VTA.DEV, I see this:

That there is a clear indication you're attempting to install to the wrong location.
    Don't do that!
All Adobe applications need to be installed in the ROOT LEVEL Applications folder, not buried somewhere in your desktop or your User folder.
It's a disgrace that Adobe support was not able to tell you that right off the bat.
The Root Level is what comes immediately after the name of your hard disk.  The Applications folder there is the default install location for ALL applications.
In my personal opinion, it borders on criminal negligence that the blokes in the installer team even give the user an option to install in locations other than the applications folder.  If it's not a criminal act, it's—at best—a monumental stupidity.

    Hello,
When you get this problem first thing down load the latest R3trans
then "uncar". Copy the uncar file into "/usr/sap/put/exe" after that
repet this phase again. After few seconds you get the error again then you do one thing Go to "/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run" copy the all files resides in run directory and paste in "/usr/sap/put/exe"
then again repet the phase you get good output.
    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi srikanth,
The upgrade seems stoped at the DDIC ACTIVATION  phase.
    Check log files
    SAPA700VTA.PRD
    TOOLIMPD.ELG
    SAPup.ECO
It will give you the error information.
Check also the  for the import for DDIC Activation failure.
