PO & Utility vendor

Question

Dear experts
when creating PO if  utility vendor is assigned in  conditions -> conditions  details   then  utility vendor is assigned.
while  doing  MIRO  there is a warning message  ''  different invoicing party  utility vendor number planned for del .cost in
PO number.''
where  this  utility  vendor  should  be  configured in vendor master  for  this  material  vendor.

Hi Erfaan,
Your question is a bit confusing, if you define a vendor code in the Delivery Conditions then you mean to suggest the system that the delivery cost has to be paid to that vendor, but if you want to pay the whole amount to your Material Vendor only, then what is the need of assigning the utility vendor in delivery Condition, just leave it blank in the PO.
However if you want to pay the delivery cost to the utility vendor then enter this vendor code in PO condition, At the time of goods receipt, the vendor can be changed. In contrast, at the time of invoice receipt, only the "freight vendor" can invoice you in respect of the delivery costs.
While doing MIRO, in the Layout select Delivery Cost and process invoice of your utility vendor.
