PO- Why PO still allow to change after Delivery Completed has ticked.

Dear All,
I'm doing functional testing for MM, but i realised that the PO still allow to change after delivery completed has ticked.
Can i know if there is a way to restrict any change after any good receiving or delivery completed?

Hi,
Here we have same problem that after tick GR completed system allow to take further receipt though PO is not open.
we communicate with SAP and there is no function available to close the po for receipt until you reduce PO qty for GRN Qty or loca / delete line item.
We had write user exit to check tick in PO for GRN allow or not and that give error message.
You can do same for GRN.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

PR quantity after delivery completed of PO

Hi,
I have made 10 bags cement PO with reference to a PR (Of 10 bags), after making GRN of 4 bags i have put "delivery completed" indicator ticked. But when i am making a new PO with refernece to same PR, system is not alllowing to make it saying that PR already fully ordered. Actually when i have put "delivery compelted" to old PO then remaining quantity of PR should be open for preparing PO..
What shoud i do other than making a new PR?

hi,
if you selected "delivery completed" check in PO, automatically PR will be closed. so it is not allowing to create new PO with reference that PR.
go to Me52 or ME52n and uncheck the "closed" check box(if possible), it this is not possible then you have to go to new PR.
"close " check box in PR
me52nitem details section> quantities/dates tab
me52--> select the item and click on "Item details(f2)"

There is no authorization at field level.
Either the user has authorization to change an order or not.

PR should allow to change after the PO

Creating the Purchase order with ref to PR, Once the PO is created with ref to PR with full qty then system should not allow to change the PR.
How to made this?

Sale Order Status Change after delivery of materials from projects

have ETO sccenario which consists of all modules such as SD,PS.PP etc. Materials will be procured from external vendors & manufactured inhouse through project systems. After delivery of materials from project systems, billing & invoicing will be done at sales level.
On delivery of materials from projects, sale order status remain open. Request you to look into the matter & suggest about status change of sale order after delivery / billing.

In sale order, WBSE is assigned. Delivery of materials are through cns0. then subsequently picking / packing / billing will happen at sales level. Billing is of delivery related. Please suggest to fix the issue.

Order Quantity Change After Delivery

The Scenerio is like this
I m using order related billing now the user had made the delivery of the order and billing document is also created now if i go back into the order and change the already delivered qty system is allowing this change but also displaying the Message the Delivery of this much qty has been done
I want to make this message an error message so that the users cant change the already delivered qty
Delivery of 15.00 CRT has already been made for item 000010
Message no. V4096
this is system Message

Go to T.Code OVAH .
And check your message V4 096,,and enter "E" in the last column.

Dear ALL,
In our Client there is a setting that if Delivery indicator Tick is on then the system is allowing the Goods Receipt . I want that if Delv. indicator is on then System should not allow GR.
Please provide the Config setting.

This is a standard functionality incase PO qty is 100 and you set delivery completed indicator when goods receipt done for 90.then system will still allow receipt of another 10 qty. but not more than that.i.e. total receipt can be 100 only.
But can use user exit to stop further goods receipt after delivery comple indicator is on.

GR after "Delivery Completed" Indicator was Set and Automatic PO Closing

Hi All!
In our system, we can still post goods receipts even if the "Delivery Completed" indicator was already set in the PO. Is there something we need to configure so as not to allow goods receiving for such POs?
Also, can we set the PO to close automatically after reaching its "Validity End"?
Please we would appreciate any suggestion for this issues.

The Solution is to
Reduce the PO quantity or the block the item on the PO to prevent any further GR's.
Block the purchase order item.
(ME22N: Block pushbutton; ME22 Menu -> Edit -> Block)
Fill the date field for the 'Latest Possible Goods
Receipt' (LEWED) in the purchase order item. If you do
this and you enter a GR document after this date, the
system issues message M7163, which you must set as an
error message in Customizing.

Adjustment brush includes few "programm preset effects". When I start to use "Eris inhance", its parameters are set to 66. After drawing part of my picture, it automatucally decrease to 40. I do need every time to increase it again to 66 manually. I do not know why those parameters change and how to repair it (previously it was always set at the 66 level, even after drawing).
I use Lr 4.1 on Mac.
Actually parameters change just after I realease my mouse.

Why the missing parts list changed after Pro.order released

I open a pro.order before released ,then I do the availability check get a missing parts list, this list including less parts than the missing parts after pro.order released ,why does it caused?which configuration caused?

Hi Lai,
You can do Material Availability check at the two stage of Production / Process Orders.
- First is to control (Check Missing Part) at the time of Order Creation.
T.code is OPJK - Select order type and Business Transaction -1 at the time of Order Creation
- Second is to control(Check Missing Part) at the of Order Relase.
T.code is OPJK - Select order type and Business Transaction - 2 at the time of Order release.
So it may possible that you have assign different checking group or checks to the above both stages , that's why you got different result regarding missing parts during above both stages.

Why EIGRP metric didn't change after add delay?

I have added delay for R2's E2 interface, but when I check the EIGRP topology from R1 for E3, the metric didn't change and they are still the same for R2 and R3.
Do I miss anything?

You've discovered that ascii diargams don't work on the forum. :-)
Remember that EIGRP always takes its metric from the inbound interface. In this case, R2 and R3 take their "connected metric" to E3, and advertise it to R1. R1 takes its delay from E2, and adds it to the delay R2 and R3 advertised. R2's metrics on E2 have no bearing or impact on R1's metric for E3.
R2's metric on E2 will have an impact on R2's cost to reach E1, however.... Always consider the direction the update is going, and then add cost on the inbound side of one of the hops if you want to traffic engineer, rather than the outbound side.

Why does LR4 show brightness changes after external processing in CS4?

I am an experienced user of Lightroom and get excellent results. But an anomaly is puzzling me. I capture images in DNG format and download to a PC Windows 7 using a calibrated Eizo graphics monitor. Before exporting and delivering a processed image I ensure that there is no unacceptable clipping showing on the histogram. I export 16 bit files which are only converted to 8 bits immediately prior to delivery. Recently I have adopted the procedure of importing a copy of the final delivery image back into LR4.3 for better library management. (There are often keyword changes or other refinements in the delivered image) Occasionally I notice that some pictures are noticeably brighter than the existing LR processed masters which formed the basis of the above operation. So I did some tests.
I selected an image with wide tonal range, adjusted it in Develop module to meet my 'no unacceptable clipping' rule and exported it as described above into CS4. My working colour space is Adobe RGB 1998 and Color Management is set to 'RGB Preserve Embedded Profiles'. In CS4 I only changed the mode from 16 to 8 bits and then saved the file using a modified name. That was the only processing done in CS4. Both files (8 bit and 16 bit) were then re-imported back into LR4 and the histograms compared with the original modified master file. In both cases they showed highlight clipping indicating that the image is brighter than when starting the final processing in CS4. In most cases the extra brightness is not a big problem; but in some instances it is quite unaccepable and I could not use that version without further processing in LR4. Mode change does not seem to be the culprit.
Can anyone help me to understand what I might be doing wrong to bring about these unwanted involuntary changes to normally processed files? Thank you.

What colorspace do you have configured in LR for your TIF Edit-In export to PS? Since PS is out-of-date with respect to LR, presumably you are using the Edit with LR Adjustments option not the Open Anyway option.
What happens if you don’t change to 8-bits in PS?
What happens if you merely export the TIF from LR and re-import it? With variations being: if the Export bit depth is 8 bits vs 16 bits and if the Export colorspace is ProPhotoRGB vs AdobeRGB?
Do you somehow have lens-profile corrections set as the default for TIF Imports or any non-zero Toning being applied on Import? The LR defaults for TIFs can be set independently from the defaults for raws.
What happens if you use ProPhotoRGB in your Edit-In export settings and as your working space in PS?
What happens to the histogram if you soft-proof to Adobe RGB in LR?
Is your monitor calibrated with a hardware calibrator? If so is the profile ICC V2 or ICC V4?
