Pocket Tunes and Treo755p - keep getting an error when I try to sync

I just got a Treo755p and I have been trying to add music. I have Windows Vista on my notebook and I hot sync with BlueTooth and with the cable. (I have been using the USB cable when I have been trying to add music.) I downloaded updated Pocket Tunes - version 4.0.7 Bundle. I have music on my Windows Media Player - but when I try to sync with the Treo - I keep seeing the list with Error beside every song. There is no error code. What am I doing wrong?

I banged my head on the wall with the same problem for two days. Tried everything mentioned, and this worked, finally. The problem is that the backup files are not where you think they are.
You need to delete the MobilSync backup folder. I have a Mac. Went to /Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup and deleted the Backup folder.
Fixed the problem. Give it a try and good luck!

What is going on with iCloud? My photos haven't uploaded to Photostream on my computer and I keep getting an error when I try to log in to my icloud account!

My photos from my iphone 4s have not uploaded to my photostream folder on my laptop in over 2 weeks. Also, when I try to log in to my icloud account, I keep getting an error.
Can anyone explain what is going on and when I can expect my pictures to stream automatically again?

Thanks for your suggestion. I started to sign off, but was uncomfortable deleting iCal data from my iMac in case there were old entries not sync'd to iCloud. So I decided to only delete Notes data from my iMac.
I first checked Notes on different devices and saw that they contained more data than my iMac, so I was pretty certain this is what I had in iCloud (another way would be to log on to icloud.com). I then unchecked Notes under System Preferences>iCloud, which prompted me to delete Notes from this Mac. I clicked on Delete from Mac, allowed it to finish, then clicked on the Notes checkbox again, and it sync'd the data from iCloud back to Notes on my iMac.

I am having the same problem - the install crashes around 40%.
I am using MAC OS 10.10.2 and purchased Acrobat Pro monthly subscription. The error message is:
'Acrobat installer has encountered an unexpected failure. Please try again. If it continues to fail, contact Adobe support.'
I have tried several times but keep getting the same error message. Any ideas?

Try to go to Settings and then Store. Tap to your Apple ID and select View Apple ID. Now choose to check your payment information and when you're done tap Done. I had to rewrite my three digit code of the credit card and now it works.
Oh, I also activated Genius for Apps but I don't think it makes any difference.

Please excuse, but I have to ask an obvious question: Did you already update using the Snow Leopard Retail install DVD? (You must do this first; 10.6.7 is just an update if you already have 10.6.) Are you, then, trying to update from whatever version was on the install DVD to 10.6.7?
Otherwise, I'd keep trying. The 10.6.7 Combo is a huge update.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

I have followed ALL instructions for Firefox Sync and keep getting "Unexpected Error" when I try to log in on desktop.

1) have refreshed Firefox - doesn't help
2) have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox - doesn't help
3) have updated ALL other machines to current version Firefox - they are syncing fine, doesn't help this machine

No. I cannot log into an account. I cannot create a new account. I cannot Sync anything. I get the same sequence of events on two different machines: 1) I enter my info and hit return, 2) the little circle spins like something is happening, 3) within 10-15 seconds a red bar appears that says "Working", and 4) within another 10-15 seconds the red bar reads "Unexpected Error."
This same sequence also happens on a BRAND NEW laptop I just brought home from work yesterday and installed Firefox for the first time.
Could this be something with my home network settings?
p.s. I am the question originator... somehow in the process of implementing previous suggestions my old profile was deleted

This HAS to be something with my network settings at home. I am now at the office where Sync is working just fine on my work desktop and the BRAND NEW work laptop where I was getting the error messages when I tried this at home.
Any suggestions on where to look?

I'm having this issue as well. I have tried directly exporting and packaging the file and keep getting error messages. When I initially open InDesign the document has a distiller message error. I'm not sure what that means but I'm sure it's contributing to the problem. After trying Peter's work around it acted like it was exporting but at the last minute failed to. Other ideas/solutions welcome.

an "itunes has encountered a problem ..." message on launch citing that offset is almost invariably caused by a broken QuickTime. (itunes needs a fully functional QT in order to work properly.)
try to open your QuickTime. does it launch properly? or do you get an error message, or some other peculiar behavior, or find that it isn’t on your PC at all?
if you get an error message (or peculiar behavior, or find that it’s missing), the first thing we'll try is a careful standalone QT 7.1 reinstall.
download and save a copy of the QT 7.1 standalone installer to your hard drive. (we'll run the install from there rather than online.) switch off antivirus and antispyware applications prior to the install.

if that install goes through okay, does your itunes launch properly again?

I am trying to add photo's to my contacts on Icloud but keeping getting 'server error' when I try to upload them - anyone got any ideas?

I have resized my photo's yet when I try to upload them on the the person's contact details it says 'server error cannot upload photo at this time'.

I regret that you're having trouble setting up your email, corbad! You're on the right track with your incoming email address. You might also try incoming.verizon.net or incoming.yahoo.verizon.net as possible alternatives, and 995 as the port number. Please let me know how that goes!
