Podcast app not allowing me to view My Podcasts
I tried to connect to "My Podcasts" using the Podcast app on the apple TV. A message came up on the screen "Connecting to App Store". After a few attempts it comes up with a message about my password bing wrong. Tried updating the software but the issue is still there.

Safari 5.1.2 still does not allow me to view PDF documents in web pages. I am running OSX Lion 10.7.2. Any suggestions?

And go to ~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Move the PDF Browser plugin to the Trash.
Quit Safari, empty the Trash.
Relaunch Safari. You should be able to view PDF files now.

I have a desktop computer- MAC. When I am looking for information or pulling up games for my grandkids, it will say I need to download the latest version of dobe Flash Player to view. I have downloaded this numerous times yet it still does not allow me to view. What am I doing wrong?
Could be the OS X version is too old for the later recommended Flash player version.
So this is where knowing what your computer really is, and the exact OS X version running in it. There is a hardware limit to upgrading the OS X in a PowerPC Mac with a ceiling of OS X 10.5.8 at the latest. This also limits the upgrade to a later version Adobe Flash player.
If the computer is not an older PPC-based Mac, and instead has an Intel core-duo or core2duo, an upgrade to OS X 10.6.8 is possible through purchase of the retail Snow Leopard 10.6 DVD and after installation, run Software Update to get the 10.6.8 Combo update v1.1 for Snow Leopard. This will not work on a PowerPC based Mac.
Should the computer be able to run a later OS X, a newer Player could be installed.
If the ceiling as suggested above be the case, and the workaround possible.
The question posed by Klaus is a minimal request for basic info.

My brand new iPhone 5c does not allow me to view messages...
My brand new iphone 5c does not allow me to view messages that I have sent. They simply disappear immediately after hitting the "send" button. Also I am unable to send iMessages. I have tried resetting the network settings and have also tried the hard reset. Nothing works. Help.

iphone does not allow download of apps. Says to delete videos and photos. Have no videos and very few phtos. Any suggestions?
It sounds like you are using a different computer than the one you last synced the phone to. The iPhone can only sync to one computer; if you try to sync to a different one all of your content will be deleted and replaced with content from the new computer.

Weblogic myrealm user not allowed with name "viewer"
Hi,
I am trying to create a user(from weblogic console) in myrealm with name "viewer" and I see that I am not allowed but I don't get any error.
When I am creating it programatically from a java program and assign it to a role called "Viewer", when connecting to my application using this "viewer" username the only rolse detected by my application are authenticated-role and anonymous-role. The "Viewer" role is not seen.
Are there any restricted words that can be used for a user in weblogic myrealm?

Firefox will not allow me to view my own domains. Other people can see them.How do I get access?
Every since I got my new computer, running windows 7, firefox will not allow me to see my own domains. If I unplug Netgar and plug directly into the Wild Blue modem, I can see them with IE or Chrome - but still not with Firefox.

Thanks for the reply. I tried those things with no result. Then I followed the link you sent and found something that MIGHT be the answer if I can find someone to show me how to "send a ping" and "define the subnetmask."
I have no idea what a subnetmask is, let alone how to define it!
But I do feel that the problem has some connection to the router. My old computer has one IP address, while the 3 that won't work all share a different one.
It would really help if I spoke "compuetreze," but I don't.

Only in app, not in the Content Viewer?
My client is in mainland china and our company is located in other country. We have to publish multi-issue magazine in china.
We had sent all the documents including GAPP license to a Chinese Agent in mainland china and he confirmed everything was done to publish.(Our chinese client bought professional DPS License in china)
But until now my client could not see anything in the Content Viewer. We tried so many different ways - we uploaded folio via chinese VPN, My client in china uploaded other folio directly in the mainland.. - and nothing works. (We-in the other country-
can see all the folios)
As far as I know if publishing in china become possible, I could see 'china distribution menu and checkbox' in the account administration menu in the DPS Administration site. But there is no such a menu in the administration menu.
So I think the chinese agent does not make things fully prepared.
But in the last meeting, the agent insisted that our client will not see any folio on the Content Viewer because they only connect to a server outside china, but if we make developer-distribution app and send the app to the client then our client can see all the folios because the developer app connect to the server in china.
We already know that the server for chinese distribution in separated and located in china. Because I had read the explanation in china-contributor document, I suppose that the developer-app thing would not work.
Because my client are in some vacation, we can not contact them for a while.
So I want to know which action we have to do. 1 or 2 ?
1. Just wait until the vacation is over, request UDID of the client and make a developer app. And send it to the client.
2. Call the agent now and tell them something was not fully prepared, so they need to check the process again.

AD RMS (On-Premise) and RMS Sharing App not allowing outside organisation protection
Hi All,
I have been looking using the RMS Sharing app with our AD RMS (2012) test environment.
But I seem to be having issues where the RMS Sharing app complains about protecting documents with addresses outside of the organisation.
I have set RMS to trust windows live ID's so i would have assumed that this wouldn't be the issue, or is there any additional settings that need to be implemented to get this to work? (Inter-Organisational protection however works fine)
Any advise would be appreciated.

DaveHi. Not all email domains are allowed when including the recipients of the protected file. Currently, free email services like gmail, live or yahoo will be blocked. The whole list can be checked from here https://portal.aadrm.com/content/blocked_domains.json

Mac Mail not allowing me to view any mail
I opened my Mail app yesterday and am no longer able to open/read/organize any mail. I can send and receive the mail, but when I single-click on an email the mail viewer window remains the same (envelope graphic with "No Message Selected" below it). If I double-click the email, a small viewer window pops up, which is blank grey, and then within a minute, the app either becomes totally unresponsive (although doesnt show 'not responding' in Activity Monitor) or quits.
I currently have 5 email adresses set up within the app (icloud, gmail, 2 roadrunner and one through godaddy), and this behavior is the same with all of them.
I tried going into preferences and disabling them all, and it behaves the same no matter what single email or combination of email addresses is enabled.
My wife and I are still both able to access these same addresses through our iPhones, but the desktop version is the mail place that we compose and organize everything - so it is crucial to be able to use it.
Can anyone please help?!?

My iTunes is not allowing me to view my HD movies/TV shows because they aren't HDCP authorized.
I have the most recent version of iTunes and its not letting me view my videos because they aren't HDCP authorized. This just started about two months ago.
That massage usually means that iTunes can't find the actual movie file. Does the move play in iTunes? If not then delete the move and redownload by Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

IOS 8.1 Music app not allowing search by artist
On my iPhone 4S, I usually search music by artist. Since the update to 8.1, my phone no longer responds to searching through the alphabet down the RHS for Artist. It does for the Category Songs , but not for Artists.

In this situation I would first recommend closing the Music application and then opening it fresh and testing again.

If the issue continues, I would then recommend restarting the iPhone and possibly resetting the device if the situation continues.

Dropbox will not allow me to view my rtf files on my ipad
since IOS8 update i can not read my rtf files unless i open them in another app. I have too many important files I have to spend too much time opening them now Dropbox has quickly become a useless app . I had rtf file problems as well--on GoodReader and Dropbox--as soon as I got my iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 8 on it, but updating to iOS 8.1 today appears to have resolved those. It was listed as a known problem that they had fixed in the betas of iOS 8.1 and happily it seems to have come through, at least for those apps. (I didn't even have update to the most recent versions of GoodReader or Dropbox to get the functionality of rtf files back in those apps.) Try updating to iOS 8.1 and see if things resolve.
