Podcast Picture... how to change it

I'm confused.
I updated my podcast this evening, and went to submit it to iTunes (which I've never done before) but the picture the "submit" box is giving me is for an old podcast which isn't there anymore, and it's ignoring the graphic I have dragged into the picture box for the new podcast. I have no idea where it's getting the picture from that it is, since that's no longer on any page. Any idea how to fix this? I'm using the most recent version of iWeb and I'm not a .mac member.

It's not possible to answer without more information. Please (if you want to) post the URL of your iTunes Store page (found by control-clicking on the podcast image and choosing 'Copy to Clipboard') and also the URL of your feed: please include the http:// in both cases.

I added a still image as the Picture-in-Picture and it appears with a border. There isn't a border option in the Inspector window brought up via Clip Adjustments, whereas there would be if this was a movie clip so added.

OK. I see the solution now. I had a theme selected to add opening titles. The border set on the pic-in-pic image looked the same colour as that theme. So I set the theme to No Theme and the image's border went away.

Make sure you are in Grid View, primary monitor (if you have two), select 10 pictures and type (or delete) the keywords in the Keywording panel in the left upper corner.
Make sure the Metadata->Show Metadata for Target Photo Only is unchecked in the menus. Otherwise your edits will only apply to the primary selected (most selected) image.

my itunes store page is http://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-fallacy-a-day-podcast/id469610386 and my podcast is hosted on a free account at Podomatic.
It seems that the information on that page is drawn from the data on my Podomatic feed, including the "iTunes" page in my Podomatic account. All I ever did on iTunes is to go into the store section of iTunes and submit the rss URL.
I've read the FAQ but can't see how to change these features of my iTunes store page:
1. On my itunes store page the title is: "The Fallacy-a-Day Podcast By The Fallacy-a-Day Podcast" but I would rather it be "The Fallacy-a-Day Podcast by fallacaday.com"
2. Also on that page, under "Links" on the right, if you click Podcast website it takes you to fallacyaday.podomatic.com but I would prefer that iTunes store visitors are directed to my podcast's home page at fallacyaday.com.
As it stands, my homepage is being completely bypassed by some downloaders (although I do mention it in the podcast episodes themselves) and I have no metric on how many people are downloading the podcast. My Google Analytics indicate a constant number of visitors each day while the Podomatic bandwidth usage is increasing. I have no idea of what proportion of downloaders are doing so on Podomatic vs iTunes. Podomatic's own statistics (for the free account) are almost totally useless because they oscillate wildly from one day to the next.

Everything in the iTunes Store about your podcast is carried in the feed: the title is in the 'title' tag and the link in the 'link' tag. Although I'm not familiar with Podomatic my understanding is that you don't have access to the feed yourself, but have to set the details within Podomatic.
It should be easy enough to change the title by changing it wherever you originally set it. As to the link, I've seen others complaining that it directs to the podomatic site and can't be changed. Obviously they want to attract attention to their own service. I imagine this can't be changed but it's something you would need to take up with Podomatic.
Even if you had the correct link most visitors probably won't bother with it. If they are interested they will subscribe to your podcast in iTunes and listen to the episodes there - there's no reason to go to the site. iTunes does not provide usage statistics, and visits to your website aren't really relevant.
I'm afraid that the problem with all these online services is that they are what they are - they make it easy to get a podcast up and running but the facilities they provide may not always be exactly want you want and can't be changed.

How you change the download frequency for a single Podcast?

I have iTunes 11.1.5 for Mac, and I can't find how to change the down load frequence , aka "check for new episodes" setting for individual podcasts. I've tried using the settings menu in the "My Podcasts" and the "List" podcast view. When I do this, I see these setting:
Keep
Download
Sort Order
Play Order
If I click on the "Defaults..." button, the top setting is "check for new episodes"
I have no problem with being able to change the default download frequency setting, but I am at wit's end with locating where I can change that setting for individual podcasts.

How to change the picture frame size in Lightroom 5 Book

I would like to control the actual picture frame size when making a Book in Lightroom 5. Or else know the sizes of the different picture frames provided by choosing the different page layouts. That way I can either change the picture frame dimensions to accomodate each photo or change the image size to fit in the offered picture frame. I find that using the software as is winds up cropping the images in unwanted ways. Modifying the picture frame would be my preferred alternative. Appreciate any ideas

I have been using Adobe Photoshop 7, Photoshop Elements, Perfect Photo Suite, Photo Studio, etc., changing Image size, placing a picture on a page and then, do a simple last minute size adjustment by using the arrows to stretch or shrink it in place. Things would be a lot simpler if I could do the same thing with the cells in Lightroom 5. Cell pad adjustments do not fill the bill.

Whereas I need to be

Right click on any of these files and do a Get Info. Notice that there is, in fact, a Disc number field. So you can make disc numbers 1/10, 2/10 and so on.
iTunes and the iPod are both smart enough to recognize that there are disc numbers there and act correctly. So it'll start with Disc 1, play all that disc, then go to Disc 2, and so forth. It's just a matter of having correct disc number tags.
You can tag disc numbers for a whole disc at once. Simply select all the songs in a single disc (hold SHIFT or CTRL while selecting the songs), right click, Get Info, and you get the mass tag editor screen. Add the disc number info for this disc, and it'll tag that info to all those songs. Repeat for each disc.

If you're using Quick Blogcast, you can edit the ID3 Tags be doing the following (http://tr.im/sXLF) -
1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, click Quick Blogcast.
3. Click Manage Account next to the blog account you want to modify.
4. From the Manage Entries menu, click Entries.
5. Click the name of the podcast episode you want to edit.
6. Click Edit Podcast.
+Note: If you want to set the ID3 Tag information as the default information for all of your podcast episodes, select Use as Default for ID3 tags.+
7. Edit ID3 Tag information in the following fields:
SubTitle
Enter a subtitle.
Composer
Enter the composer's name.
Album Info
Enter information you want to include about the file album.
Podcaster
Specify the name of the person who created the podcast.
Podcast Summary/Description
Enter a summary of the podcast or comments you want to include about it.
Copyright Message
Enter the copyright information for the podcast.
Keywords
Enter keywords that describe your podcast. Keywords help your podcast to be indexed by search engines and iTunes®.
Explicit
In the select box, select whether you want to identify your podcast as containing explicit content.
8. Click OK.

The guest user icon is a PNG file stored deep within OS X. I don't recommend you change operating system components that exist at that level though. Besides, the change is not likely to survive an OS X update.
If you really want to change it I'll post its location, but you'll be on your own if something breaks.
Edit: You'd be facing the same problem as in your other question: How to change folder symbol on desktop back to original? Modifying the Mac's basic user interface fundamentals can result in instability. If you want to perform that sort of customization anyway, always have a backup strategy in case something goes wrong. As far as I understand you need to update the image's link in your RSS XML file. Be sure to change the link file name even if it links to a different image.
The XML files associated with podcasts are checked for changes every 24 hours so don't expect this to happen instantly.

How to change the format of a picture?

I've saved a picture that I got from Twitter. The end of the picture file says ".jpg-large".
This file will not open in Preview, nor in iPhoto which are the two apps where I knew how to change the format.
Could anybody help me out in another method of changing this picture format?

If mean by way of Safari, that is correct. Only content of the Camera or Photos apps are available. you will need to find an alternate app such as iCab Mobile for uploading documents to a website.
