Podcast was accepted, then denied. Having issues trying to resubmit it.

Long story.
Back in February I submitted my podcast to the store. It was accepted, I subscribed to it and everything was peachy. About a week later, I got an e-mail saying it had then been rejected. Only thing was, I didn't see this e-mail until recently, about a month ago, as it had gotten into the wrong folder, yadda yadda whatever. I never noticed anything wrong because every time I uploaded a new podcast to my site, it showed up in my feed no issues. Still does. However, others have told me they couldn't find my podcast, so I tried to search for it again. It apparently does not exist now on iTunes, even though I still get updates in my iTunes with every upload. I tried to ask customer service about this and got nowhere.
The only thing I was able to get from customer service was that it is possible a change we made to the website caused this to happen and all I should really need to do is resubmit. Trouble is, whenever I resubmit I get the error that the feed already exists, even though it apparently doesn't show up in the iTunes store for podcasts. So I'm told that I need to change the title and link fields in the RSS feed, which I do not know how to do. I use wordpress and the powerpress plugin for my podcasts. I've been dealing with this for a few months now and I just want to get it fixed. PLEASE HELP!!!

About nine weeks ago, I submitted my podcast to iTunes. It quickly was accepted, and it was even featured in the New & Noteworthy section of the Tech category all along.

Then on Tuesday, out of the blue, I received an email from Apple saying my podcast hasn't been included in the podcast directory. After doing a quick troubleshooting, it appeared the feed had a very small problem, which apparently wouldn't even be a problem for iTunes. We fixed the small error anyway.
Since the rejection had started after Episode #9, which was titled "Like Justin Bieber says...", we thought that having "Justin Bieber" in the title could be a problem too so we changed the title to something different, and resubmitted the podcast.
I also replied to the email I received from Apple saying the podcast was rejected, telling them we had made some changes to fix the feed and changed the title.
I haven't heard back from them and I am wondering if the whole topic of our podcast could be the problem.
Our podcast is called "Let's Talk Jailbreak" and focuses on everything jailbreak. We do not endorse or even talk about app piracy. We just talk about jailbreak applications released for iOS devices. My blog, iDownloadBlog.com, is undeniably the best blog on this topic, and our podcast was just an extension of the blog. The podcast was downloaded over 30,000 times per episode, and was professionally produced. It also had 85 ratings in iTunes, most of them 5 stars.
From your experience, do you think Apple could have removed our podcast because we talk about jailbreaking?
I look forward to hearing your thoughts. We were having so much fun doing this podcast. Apple's unexplained decision really is a downer, especially because they don't give us any hint as to why the podcast was rejected all the sudden.

Having the name "Jailbreak" in your podcast is what got it removed.
Change the title / description / tags to remove any mention of the word "Jailbreak" and then you should be able to get it back in.

Downloaded fine but no matter what version I try downloading I seem to get message setup.xml could not be loaded. File corrupt? Help please am no techie and been on it all morning using vista home basic service pack 2 if it helps? Thanks.

It sounds like you may be having issues with the connectivity of your iPhone with the Bluetooth in your vehicle. The following Knowledge Base article offers up some great steps for troubleshooting that Bluetooth connectivity with your iOS device:
If you can’t use a Bluetooth accessory or car kit
To resolve the issue, you'll need to first sign in to iCloud and review your devices:
Sign in to iCloud on your iOS devices and Macs with OS X Yosemite (available this fall).
On one of your devices, tap Settings > Bluetooth and look under My Devices. You'll see all devices that are connected to Bluetooth, but make sure that you see your Apple devices that are signed in to iCloud and are using iOS 8 or OS X Yosemite.
Sign out of your iCloud account from any devices that you don't want to use. To sign out of iCloud on an iOS device, tap Settings > iCloud > Sign Out.
Then, remove any inactive devices from iCloud:
Sign in to iCloud.com.
Select Find My iPhone.
Select any devices that aren't active anymore.
Wait for Find My iPhone to stop trying to find the inactive device.
You should see the option to remove this device from your account. Select it to remove the device.
After following the steps above, restart the device with the issue. Then try to use it with your Bluetooth accessory.

Describe the issues.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

There's no fixed time. If it's been accepted - presumably you've been given a URL? - it should appear reasonably soon. However it can dake some days before it turns up in the search results. The podcast image, if you have one, may also take some days to appear.

I am using iphone4 and recently updated to 7.0.4 from then onwards having issues with phone book. It will open but not able to scrool up and down and all options are not working. Is any one facing same issues?

How can you possibly say no one has complained or had similar issues with this phone when I come to this site to discover that hundreds of people have posted complaints? I have had major issues with my LG revolution since I have got it and have constantly been told it is a software issue and the next software update will fix it, guess what no software upgrade has ever fixed any issue. Freezing up, random restarts, never receiving/sending some text messages, claiming it must just be my phone when everyone I know with this phone has issues, short battery life, just to name a few issues and then when I call to say I want a different phone because this phone is not acceptable I receive RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
As my family has been loyal Verizon customers for many years this is blatantly not acceptable. These are issues I have never had with any other phone from your provider and now all of a sudden this particular phone will not send texts and not receive others intermittently? This is a service issue and a device issue! I don't care how you fix it, but I want it fixed! Before a service rep reply's to this saying "download the newest software as LG has addressed the issues in it", I have and (surprise) it did not fix anything! As a loyal customer for many years I want a phone that works. When my alarm doesn't go off because my phone is frozen causing me to miss class or work that's an issue. Before you tell me well it may just be your individual phone why don't you look through this forum at the number of people that are having the SAME issues on their 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th phones! I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER LG REVOLUTION I NEED A PHONE THAT IS RELIABLE. I spent a large amount of money on this phone expecting it to be a reliable cell phone, this is not what I expected. I did exaclty as VW told me to do regarding this phone. It locked up, again, I drove to the store and the Manager tells me it is my fault becuase of apps or something I am doing. VW needs to understand that as a Customer I purchase a product to use. They advertise them to be used. I also understand that I am a sucker for staying with VW. OR it could be the early termination fee that bugs me for a Phone that I can't use. If there is one App that is a common app that does not work, then all the similiar issues would be an easy fix. The Manager forgot to ask me about the prior tech support-- this is a phone I have reset 3 times with 2nd tier service. I have removed every app.. I have installed one app at a time over a period of a month. The random freezes and lock-ups are never the same. Today's freeze of the day was the slide lock--no longer worked. The LG Revolution is the problem. Now, I try not to make calls on it--so that is does not drop them. I have removed every app for several weeks and had more lock-ups than if I have apps iinstalled. The problem with this phone is not the Apps, it has a memory leak, or a design flaw. I have my calls fowarded to a different phone just so I dont have to have the phone freeze during a conversation.
Today was the last straw--It will be replaced, but not replaced by anything other than a LG Revolution. This is my 3rd replacement.

For me, this phone has been a reason to leave Verizon. I just can't believe after following their instructions, I am told it is my fault, and no we will not give you any credit towards a new phone. I was asking for a$50-100 bucks off a new phone...

Been having issues sending out iMessages to other iPhone users. Seems to be very slow to send or does not send at all since the new update. I've been having to restart my phone or click the message and send as a text. Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

I had trouble texting today as the touch screen was not responsive until I rebooted. Had nothing to do with my carrier.
I also have trouble with the SwiftKey app when the keyboard does not display. I sometimes can get it back up by going in Setting-General-Keyboard-SwiftKey and turning it off then back on. But just as many times it will only display again after a reboot. I don't know if this is iOS 8.1.1 or SwiftKey.

Why when I try to put in my Apple ID it comes up as incorrect when I know it isn't. Finally changed my password which was accepted. However, when I tried to log in again it came up with the same comment. Getting fed up with having to change passwords.

After several attempts I was asked to select a new password after correctly answering required security questions my new password was excepted. Guess what, when I tried to log in again using new password I received the same message telling me my ID/Password again was incorrect. It sounds like you have a a password-protected PDF. The password was set by the person who encoded it.

Ipod having issues, trying to restrat my ipod manually, stuck on restart screen, help?

My ipod has been acting up lately,i try to open apps, and it closes them off.
The issues I'm having at the moment is, i figured restarting my ipod manually (clickling the lock button and home button at the same time) would fix it.
But not it is stuck on the restart screen (dim lit screen with apple symbol) and i cant get it to go away, whether i restart it again or hook it up to my computer.
Please help?

Magically, my ipod touch opened this afternoon.
Through two weeks I tried several things like push power button for couple of minutes then push power and home button together for a couple of minutes. I replied this for a few times in a day. Also I put charge for 2 days after I firstly recognized my ipod is black out. But for a long time I didn't try charge for a long time (just half an hour etc.)
I put charge at morning today then when I came home at afternoon ( approximately 12-14 hours) my ipod touch was full charged and opened.
I promised that I will write my solution. I'm not sure this is a solution or not but my ipod touch is alive now.

VBS - Having issues trying to delete duplicate UEFI firmware objects in BCM/NVRAM

We've been using SCCM 2012 R2 to test deployments of Window 8.1 to UEFI-enabled Lenovo laptops. We found that when you image these laptops over and over again a new "Windows Boot Manager" entry is created as a boot option each time. After much
hair pulling, we finally found a couple references to the issue:

In that second link, particularly the comment referenced, someone posted a VBS that will use WMI to automatically clean up firmware boot loader entries. This would be great since we could just add a task sequence step during SCCM OSD, and not have to do

After pasting that into VBSedit the first thing I did was fix all the quotation marks that invariably get jacked up when copy/pasting from webpages. I also noticed a random single quote mark at the end of line 35 that I figured was a typo, so I removed it:

However, after that got fixed, I'm still getting an error "script.vbs (34, 15) Microsoft VBScript compilation error: Expected 'Then'". I'm guessing that line 34 needs some kind of logical operator for the "If Err.number 0 then" statement.
But, I can't figure out what it would be, i.e. <> 0, = 0, etc.
Just to play around with it I tried both, and still get errors regarding line 35. So, I'm guessing something is really messed up around there. I would really appreciate anyone that could give me some guidance as my forehead is sore from banging it into the

Right. Like I was saying in my post, I replaced all the quotes and double quotes, and also tried = 0 for that line. I just copy/pasted what you wrote and I still get the same error as when I tried it before:

New to java and having issues trying to modify sample code.

i was trying to edit the following code to add about 10+ more labels and textfields and save the information to the contacts.dat in the code. it currently displays all the fields i entered, but it only saves the first 7 fields information?? not sure why. also i was trying to just line the fields up using a flowlayout but it just errors. anyone have any suggestions?

Having issue trying to import large (23min) clip into iMovie 08 and FCEx 4.0.1

Through my iMac 2.0GHz 2GB ram, Intel Core Duo using OS 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). Try to no success to import a 23 min AVCHD clip into either
iMovie 08 or FCEx 4.0.1. I know my mac, OS and software are antiquated by today's current editions, but that said never had this issue before.
Footage was shot with Sony NX5u camera using SDHC (class 10) media. The event I shot has 54 video clips on the card. All but this large clip
will import. So I don't think it's some kinda of file structure issue. Otherwise I think none of the clips would have imported into to either editing program.
Each (iMovie 08 and FCEx) will begin the import process for this large clip. iMovie begins to import, but in the end only 11:28 of the full 23 min. get imported.
FCEx after beginning to import eventually aborts the import. I know in the past I've been able to import long clips (15-20min) with no issues. Maybe
someone here has a solution. Dare I say I need to bump my ram up to 6GB, upgrade to Yosemite, upgrade to latest iMovie or FCPX. Considered trying
Adobe Premier. Right now I'm wide open for any suggestions on how to tackle this problem.

First thing that comes to mind is - Have You just installed FinalCut on
Your Mac. There are a known problem with this so that You have to
go to Library folder and move out FCE or pro files to make share back
to camera to work in iMovie.

This can happen with iMovie 3 or iMovie 4. This does not occur with iMovie HD 5.0.
The solution is to temporarily move the following files from /Library/QuickTime / to the Desktop:
Final Cut Pro HD

? DVCPROHDVideoOutput.component
Final Cut Express HD
? DesktopVideoOut.component
Restart the computer and try exporting from iMovie to your camera.
When you need to use Final Cut Pro HD or Final Cut Express HD again, drag these files back to /Library/QuickTime / and restart the computer.

My podcast was removed from iTunes.

I rewrote my podcast description and without thinking I put in a swear word. I'm assuming that's why my podcast was removed. Now when I try to resubmit my feed it says that it's already been submitted. I just changed my podcast's name around 16:00. How long should I wait? Is there anything else I can do? Waiting won't make any difference: you still haven't succeded in fooling it. You will need to make another slight change to the title, and if you can change the 'link' tag that might help. It would also help if you are able to change the feed URL but you may not have this option.
If all this fails, you could try emailing Support at podcasts 'at' apple.com though I can't promise you will get a helpful answer.
