Point-By-Point filtering for Blackfin

Hi,
I am evaluating the embedded module for blackfin for a project, where i need to do some real-time-filtering during ADC.
In normal LabVIEW (not for an embedded target) I would do this using PointByPoint-filters. But as these VIs all seem to use floating point data types, they are not really suitable for my application.
I couldn't find any way to do point-by-point-filtering using the blackfin-optimized VIs by now. So my question is, if there are any blackfin-specific point-by-point VIs that I just did not see (perhaps not available in the evaluation version?) or if there is any other way to accomplish real-time-filtering with the existing VIs.

Hi John,
The “Inverse Chebyshev Filter PtByPt.vi” is reentrant. When you
open the SubVI, the title should say “clone” in parentheses. Each clone runs in
its own memory space. You cannot modify a reentrant VI unless you close all
referencing VIs.
The “Inverse Chebyshev Filter PtByPt.vi” is also part of a LabVIEW
library. (C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.5\vi.lib\ptbypt\NI_PtbyPt.lvlib).
This Library is password protected. Also you do not want to modify something
shipped as standard along with LabVIEW.
There is a way around this though. Open the “NI_PtbyPt.lvlib”.
From the menu select File >> Save As. This will duplicate the entire
Library to a new location. Now open the copy “Inverse Chebyshev Filter
PtByPt.vi” and modify it to use Inv Chebyshev co-effecients. You can now use
this modified SubVI. I did try this (in LabVIEW 8.5) and the outputs of the
Point by Point and Array functions were the same in your Demo program.
Again, I cannot comment if this is a bug in LabVIEW or we
are missing something. It would be best to contact NI or wait for someone from
NI to comment on this forum.

I'm guessing zdefault had same description default and it was picking up the default one in error.

If it is otherwise working, you can change the battery. If you want to do it yourself, you can buy the part on eBay and other online sources. Just make sure you know the type of iPod you have so that you get the right part.

(Note: Most replacement batteries come with plastic/nylon tools seen in the guides.)
You can also have a repair business do the work.
If it is just the battery, if you do a Reset (using the Menu and Select buttons) while it is connect to your computer, I think it should still be recognized by iTunes.

How to apply filters for union all report in OBIEE 11g

Hi All
Can we apply saved filters to union reports in obiee 11g?
I am able to apply saved filters for normal reports but not for union reports.
The catalog pane is blank, when i click on result columns or each criteria.
The only option i see is to manually create the filters for each criteria, dont i have any choice to use a saved filter for union report?
Is this a bug or something i am unaware. Please guide me

Filter is created based on subject area.we can't use save filter in any other subject areas.
now we can use new filter for union reports.

Internet Filtering for iPod Touch

Maybe try turning off safari on restrictions and then installing k9 interent browser app, they're a internet filter, the app allows access to the internet with thier standard setting of filtering for the internet browser. Its quite good, its free, however you cant customize what it blocks from being seen when you browse the interent.

Colour filters for RGB separation?

I want to colour-separate an image to create false-colour - start with a UV-only photo matched with an RGB photo, then separate the B & G of the RGB so I can map UV to B, B to G and G to R as insects see things. The images are film, not digital raw.
First, I have to find colour filters for Elements 9, and there don't seem to be any installed. Any sources that others have used without problems?
I assume that converting each separated image to B&W then to the desired colour, then superposing as 3 layers will work, but is there a better way?

Thanks for the info -- it inspired me to experiment with this. I was amazed that I could separate the original colour image into 3 separate B&W layers and then recombine them into a full colour image. One thing I found is that the colourized B&W layers need to be combined using the "Screen" mode, not "Multiply".
Just for the helluvit, I faked an insect's vision of a flower using the OP's layer replacements. I don't have a UV image of the flower, so I used PSE's "Infrared effect" in the B&W conversion dialog. That effect is certainly not the same as a UV image, but will have to do for this experiment. When comparing my result with images on the Web that created a false colour image of insect vision, I saw that I needed to add a Brightness/Contrast layer at the top of the stack, with the Brightness set to -100 and the Contrast set to -50. Here's what I ended up with:

if we tick against the RP backflush. what will be the effect in the process while confirmation.
i read the sap library . it say like

Two alternative solutions are possible:
Assign a repetitive manufacturing profile with no reporting point procedure to the material in the material master record.
Recreate the reporting points by recosting the product cost collector. To do this, the following prerequisites must be met:
In the material master record, in the production version, you must enter a routing under either detailed planning (first priority) or under rate-based planning (second priority).
Milestone operations must exist in this routing. The system ususally automatically creates the reporting points from these milestones when creating a product cost collector or when creating a production version.

The filter on the open hub can be different from open hub to open hub. We must be able, to filter one or more fields from the open hub.

Selective IP filtering for multiple servers in a domain?

Is it possible to have IP filtering on for certain servers in a
domain, and not for others?
This is the situation:
I am deploying two servers in mydomain, so let's call it serverA
and serverB. I want serverA to accept all connections while
serverB accepts connections only from certain IPs. I know you
can do IP filtering using SimpleConnectionFilter in the
"Connection Filter" option in Security->General tab of the Admin
console, but this turns on IP filtering for BOTH serverA and
serverB! How do I turn it on for one, and not the other? Any
help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
Yes you can have muliple servers in a domain. You can create as many managed
servers as your hardware can handle. When you added the server, did you use the
startManagedWebLogic.sh (or .cmd) script to start the server. Once you do that,
you should see the server as running.

In case you are using a file repository, and few of your documents are getting indexed and few not, while all belong to the same data source, and if the error is "Preparation Failed" for a few documents, then it might be becos the documents that are not indexed are of size > 10KB. And the documents that got indexed are becos they are of size < 10KB.
If it does not help, hope Patricio will continue analysing your problem.

Filtering Setup-Table and same filtering for Delta-Queue needed

I'm looking for the best solution to do the filtering for the delta-queue.
In program RMCVNEUA I'm filtering (excluding specific SalesOrg) data for the setup-table creation. I'm loading these data to the BW system.
BUT now my issue is, that with the delta-queue I'm getting also data for the SalesOrg I have excluded in the setup-table, as I have no filter for the delta-queue.
My Question: Where/How to filter by the same criteria the entries for the delta-queue?

if there is no way in R/3 the solution must be in BW, but how exactly should that look like in the best/smartest way?
Let us look in detail at an Example:
DSO 0SD_O03 is getting data from 2LIS_11_VAHDR and 2LIS_11_VASTH.
1) For VAHDR I have the chance to delete not needed VKORG already in the InfoPackage, or load first to PSA and than filter in DTP or delete in Startroutine in Transformation.
2) BUT for VASTH, which has no VKORG information at all, I'm only able to delete the Dataset after it's loaded/activated in the DSO, as the rubbish-Dataset won't have any 0SALESORG. How to do that?

MultiProvider: Different Filters for Different Underlying InfoProviders

I would like to ask if it is possible to set different query filters for different underlying InfoProviders?
For example:
I have Cube A and Cube B. Both are defined and identified in a MultiProvider. I have a query on this MP.
When user enters a key date 12.05.2010, data records from 01.01.2010 - 30.04.2010 should come from Cube A whereas 01.05.2010 - 11.05.2010 from Cube B.
Is this scenario possible?

I am aware of the prerequisite of common granularity for result into the same ROW. Since in this case I am using structure, so I think I do not have problem with it.
Regarding restricted key figure:
In case you haven't yet learnt it, a restricted key figure is a query in itself. Having two or more restricted key figures is the same as having two queries in your report.
You mentioned that a restricted key figure is itself a query. I have carried out the following test: I restrict 0CALMONTH 04.2011 in the global filter of a query while putting a restricted key figure (Amount 05.2011) with 0CALMONTH 05.2011 in the column section. However, no records are displayed for the column. If a restricted key figure is ANOTHER query on InfoProvider, then I should be able to see records for 05.2011.
Please kindly clear my doubts.
