Point of View Problem

HI,
Users are not able to set Point of View for FR. Even after deleting the Point of View they are not able to set it. We spoke to Oracle but didn't get any satisfactory Answer.
I have also see this problem when users moves from One Machine to another machine and try to open Reports. Then POV getting corupt.
If someone can help in this.

Could u plz clarify your problem bit more.
Are you facing a problem while running the reports through work space..? While running the reports, is affected generic user getting a POV window..? If you are concerning about hierarchy that you select through POV window then It might be possible that POV might have got corrupted for that generic user and in that case we can delete the POV and set up the new POV again for that user.

  • Problem with 848p NEO V and GeForce FX 5600 point of View

    Hello there,
    I have bought a mobo yesterday (848p NEO V) then when I tried to plug the graphic card (Ge Force FX 5600 point of view) the computer reboots just before entering Win XP PRO.
    So I tried another graphic card (ATI 9200), all worked fine.
    In the same way, I tried my GeForce in another mobo (ECS P4VXAS) and of course all worked fine.
    Each time I tried the MSI mobo with the GeForce card (using diffrents drivers), it doesn't work.
    Does someone know where could this problem come from?

    E 63 Youtube viewing problem.
    When i click on the youtube movie clips first Real Player opens for a second and then it shows
    First tries to connect.
    "Unable to connect"  after that it shows
    "Rtsp Temp" not saved. Save now? and gives a Yes and No option.
    If you press Yes , it shows saves to Galary
    If you open the Galary u will find the file is saved in Galary Stream links.
    When u try to open it, it says Define defaulat access point and stops.
    Please let me know how to solve this.

    i had this on my phone
    try this
    go to menu > media > real player > options > settings > streaming > network > default access point
    change it to the access point u would use to connect to the internet
    u will have to keep changing this option if u plan to use different wlan connections

    Another design view question - I've looked through other
    posts but not seen anything that's similar.
    (Firstly, can't give a URL as I'm sensibly(?) doing a site
    redesign offline...)
    I've got a page that consists of three columns - each floated
    left, each with nested divs (the nested divs are fixed width).
    In design view, everything was fine with this structure - as
    was preview in browser, and the page validates with DWCS3's
    checker. But adding content to the first of the columns (within a
    nested div) made the next two columns drop below the first in
    design view - although DWCS3 validation and previewing is still
    fine.
    Through judicious deleting etc., I've found that it was a
    floated element in a nested div within the first column, that
    caused the subsequent elements to drop below the first column.
    So my main question is - should I be worried by the design
    view problems, or is It just an inconvenience?
    (And if there's any other obvious problems I'm inviting by
    structuring the page this way, please feel free to (gently) point
    it out...!).

  • Improving audio quality from a subscriber point of view

    Hi,
    I am building an application that requires audio chat. When the chat is happening between an Android user and a PC user, the PC user can hear clearly when the Android user speaks. However, when it is the other way around, the Android user hear distorted sound,with noises. Is there any way to improve audio received from a subscriber point of view?

    I think the problem is related to the script I am writing,I created a button  called Quality to reduce the encodeQuality of my PC microphone, will it helps to improve the audio recieved from my Android device?Please advice, thanks!

  • Preview User Point of View

    I have noted an odd behavior in Financial Reporting for some but not all users. When users are prompted for the point of view selection, for the Entity dimension all of the members are listed and not shown hierarchically. This is true of only Entity and only for some users. All other dimensions behave normally and only a few users have experienced this. Users seeing this behavior include interactive users and planners. Has anyone run into this, know what causes it, how to fix it?
    (We are running EPM 11.1.1.2)

    It seems that there is problem in POV setting. Affected users need to set the POV of reports again.
    In this issue it might be possible that in users POV specific entity members are present,instead of that users have to select total entity hierarchy in users POV setting.

  • FSCM Credit release wipes of Sales order Pricing- PI Point of view

    Hi Team- Pricing Condition in Sales orders were deleted after FSCM credit release. System is not showing any pricing conditions in the sales order and net value changed to zero. I don't have any idea on PI part, I am a Fun consultant. I know something is causing the problem using PI. I went into SXMB_MONI Tcode and search for Payload which has these sales orders.   • View Problems with Starfire 3ds Loader

    Hi all !!
    I am new on developing 3D Applications with Java (only tryed several DirectX Programing with C).
    I've studied the SUN Tutorial of 3D Programming (first 3 Chapters) and now started to load a complex 3ds Object. I've tested several loaders and now the Starfire loader looks like working, because there is no exception during the loading process.
    But the model isn't shown. I've tryed several 3ds models with differend sizes, but nothing happend i only got the black Applet view. I've tryed both loading Objects types, but i still got the same problem.
    I thougt there is a problem with the view distance. Is there a easy way to change the translation like in C? Or is there an other failure I've make? Can someone help?

    we have made very good experience with the starfire 3ds loader. I think there is no better one at this point of time.
    The problem might be one of the one described below, distance, size and lights.
    I can offer you to use AniFun3 (http://www.anifun3.de) at your first steps. It is a visual interface to the 3D api and contains the Starfire3DS loader. You can easy change the size, the point of view, lights etc.. on the fly. The graphical user interface is similar to the api. Therefore after successfully importing a file, you can continue either with AniFun3, or manually transfer the values to your source code.

  • Which design is best from a performance point of view?

    I'm writing a small system that needs to track changes to certain columns on 4 different tables. I'm using triggers on those columns to write the changes to a single "change register" table, which has 12 columns. Beacuse the majority of tracked data is not shared between the tables, most of the columns will have null values. From a design point of view it is apparent that having 4 separate change register tables (one for each main table that is being tracked), would be better in terms of avoiding lots of null columns for each row, but I was trying to trade this off against having a single table to see all changes that have been made across the tracked tables.
    From a performance point of view though, will there be any real difference whether there are 4 separate tables or 1 single register table? I'm only ever going to be inserting into the register table, and then reading back from it at a later date and there won't be any indexes on it. Someone I work with suggested that there would be more overhead on the redo logs if a single table was used rather than 4 separate tables.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    The volumes of data are going to be pretty small,
    maybe a couple of thousand records each day, it's an
    OLTP environment with 150 concurrent users max.Consider also the growing of data and if you'll put data constantly to an historical db or if the same tables will contain the increasing number of record.
    The point that my colleague raised was that multiple
    inserts into a single table across multiple
    transactions could cause a lot of redo contention,
    but I can't see how inserting into one table from
    multiple triggers would result in more redo
    contention that inserting into multiple tables. The
    updates that will fire the triggers are only ever
    going to be single row updates, and won't normally
    cause more than one trigger to fire within a single
    transaction. Is this a fair assumption to make?

    I agree with you, the only thing I will consider, instead of redo problem, is the locking on the table that could be generated when logs of different tables will have to be put in a single table, i mean if after insert of a log record you could need to update it....
    In this case if 2 or more users have to update the same log you could have problems.

  • Remote Control and Remote View Problem

    Hi,
    I work at a High School running Netware 6.0 SP5 and Zen works 4.01 ir7.
    Remote Control and Remote View works great but I noticed one problem.
    We have a logo of the school that is forced down on to the desktop when a
    user logs in through group policies. This logo works perfect for the
    desktop wall paper and loads every time a user logs in.
    When I Remote Control or Remote View a computer the users desktop wall
    paper turns from the logo being forced down through group policies to the
    desktop to a blue desktop wall paper.
    I would prefer the desktop wall paper staying the schools logo when I
    Remote Control or Remote View because if the desktop wall paper changes to
    the blue color I mentioned above when I Remote Control or Remote View the
    users computer, they will know that someone is taking over their computer
    which sometimes we dont want them knowing.
    We have Windows 98SE computer running Novell Client 3.4 and we have some
    computers running Windows XP Professional SP1 and Windows XP Professional
    SP2 both running Novell Client 4.91 SP2.
    The Remote Control and Remote View problem of the desktop wall paper
    changing on the users computer occurs on all operating systems mentioned
    above.
    Is there a solution to my above problem? When Remote Controlling and
    Remote Viewing someone's computer I don't want the desktop wall paper to
    change.

    Select vendor accout,co.code,cleared items on a particular date and execute.
    From change layout (Ctrl+F8), you can select payment terms,Net due date,account type,account document

    SE93.  Enter a transaction name.  Create.  In the pop up enter a title and select 'Transaction with parameters'.
    Next screen fill the following;
    Transaction 'SM30'
    Check 'Skip first screen'
    In the table control at the bottom of the screen
    Name of screen field 'VIEWNAME'
    Value <your table name>
    Name of screen field 'SHOW'
    Value 'X'
    Save.
    Job done.

    What are the steps that we should take care of while the client merge is on from R/3 side.

    1.Internal table with header line will not support in ECC 6.0 for that u need to create internal table and work area using TYPES.
    2.Mostly u need to do some PATCH WORK for the STANDARD programmes.
    Patch work in the sense for SPAU objects in Mysap is there any code written by client(INSERT {....END INSERT....}) this type of code u need to add in ECC 6.0 code....
    3.Mostly u have to resolve EPC(Extended program check) errors.
    In that u will find so many type of errors...Field attribute errors,Perform interface errors,Obsolete stetement errors,....etc.
    4.First thing u need to what r the SCOPE and OUT OF SCOPE in your upgradation.
    5.If u find any Fmodules obsolete...U just press F1 on that Fmodule it will show which function module can useful instead of that obsolete one...
    6.If they want UNI CODE compatiable .....
    EX Report...
    Go to the attributes of the report...
    There u can c a check box to check UNI CODE Errors...
    U have to resolve these errors also...
    After doing all these things u have to show 0 errors on CODE INSPECTOR fro each n every object...
    Thats t as per my knowledge...
