Points Missing and when trying to report it says already redeemed on another account.

         My wife and I applied for a Busty CC and we both got approved.  I had been an elite plus member for a while now and when we signed up for the BBCC we were told we could have both accounts linked to my reward zone (now my best buy) account.
         My credit card was indeed linked to my account and I assumed her was as well however come to find that recently I made two purchases and I hadn't seen them so I assumed they were processing until I checked yesterday and still didn't see them. So I put the info from the receipt and I saw that it said they were redeemed to different account.
        So I did some research and found her credit card actually got her own reward zone number. So when I did those two other transactions I didn't give my reward zone card as the guy at the counter said I don't need it's relay linked to the account and I believe him but I didn't know her card had her own number.
       So I tried looking for a solution online and can't find anything. So how do I go about transferring those points from my wife's account, which I haven't even registered or anything, to my account and make sure they are both linked to it.  I still got both receipts with the customer ID's, I got her card number and the number for reward zone it states and my card number and my reward zone number. Any help would be appreciate it. Thanks.

Being that a My Best Buy™ program membership account is intended to be used by one customer, you would be unable to attach multiple Best Buy credit cards to your My Best Buy™ account.  If your wife applied and was approved for her own Best Buy credit card, then she would have her own separate My Best Buy™ program account.  If points have already been awarded to your wife's account, then we may not be able to attach the purchase to your account.

    Were the iTunes cards issued in the same country as your account is based (they are only valid in their country of issue) ?   • Missing Points, getting Error when trying to Report missing points.

    I recently made an in store purchase, paid with my best buy credit card, but was asked for and even confirmed my best buy info for my account at the register. The reciept does not show my member id, nor does my account show the points pending or otherwise.
    The date of purchase was 08/01/2014, more than enough time has passed for them to atleast show up as pending on the account.
    I did recieve the terrms and conditions via email for my warranty purchased on this reciept, so I know my member ID was indeed used during the transaction, but did not appear on the reciept for whatever reason.
    I'd be more than happy to provide the customer service pin via a PM, just need to know who to send it to. The email address for my best buy account, is the same one used for the account here.

    I pulled up your account information and can see the purchase that you made back on 8/1/2014.  That purchase is currently pending in your account; however, it appears that you actually have two active My Best Buy™ accounts.  With that being said, I would suggest that we merge the two accounts together.  The merge process would involve closing one account, and then moving any unused points/certificates from the closed account to the active primary account.

  • HP Deskjet 3520 Prints too small and when trying to Scan it says can't find Computer..

      HP Deskjet 3520 ALL IN ONE & E-PRINTER I have had this printer about 1 year and have never got it to print out things(Some) where it can hardly be read. (I have to have a magnifyng glass to read some of it others fine. The kind I AM NOT ABLE to read are pre-printed materials.  The kind I AM ABLE to read adequately are things I type out on my Computer and then copy or print out it does fine..  Also when attempting to Scan a piece needed to Scan and printer set to Scan it said no Computer could be found. Can someone tell me how to fix these problems. This printer says 'ALL IN ONE e-Printer but it does not fax.

    I see you are trying to make the font larger on your printed output, but the small text is only happening when you print from programs aside from documents you create. If you are using Internet Explorer you can use this document; Text is Small When Printing from Internet Explorer. If however, you are using AOL you can following these instructions from this post, 'how do i make the text larger'.
    As you can see modifying the text size is going to depend on the program you are using. If you are not using Internet Explore or AOL, can you please post back with more detail. What Browser are you using and what Operating system do you have?  Mac or Windows?
    I understand you are also getting a communication error when you try scanning.  Running the Print and Scan Doctor might help. The HP Print and Scan Doctor is a free utility (tool) that helps to quickly resolve common printing, scanning and connectivity issues including but not limited to:
    Connectivity:
    USB: Verifies that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product is working correctly.
    Network: Verifies that the network connection between your computer and your network is working correctly.
    Device Status Test: Checks for device errors such as out of paper, paper jams, carriage stalls, and paper feed issues, and then provides instructions for fixing the error.
    Driver Check: Checks for missing or corrupt driver files.
    Device Manager: Checks for problems in Device Manager that would prevent printing.
    Device Online: Checks if the product has been paused or set to offline, and then sets the status back to online if necessary.
    Print Queue: Checks for and clears pending print jobs in the print queue (a log of print jobs waiting to print).
    Port Match: Checks the port settings for the HP product.
    Device Conflicts: Checks for conflicts with other drivers, such as other printer brands.
    Ink Issues: Checks the cartridges and ink levels for issues that affect print quality.
    Print Settings: Checks and adjusts the print quality settings.
    Test Print: Prints a test page for print quality evaluation, and provides options for cleaning and aligning the printhead if necessary.
    Scan Tests: Checks the scan mechanism, drivers, and registry entries.

    If that does not resolve the issue, post back and let me know if there are any symbols other than green check marks and what they are next to of course. The wrench is not always easy to spot as the wrench and the check mart are in the green circle.
    If you see only green check marks (), the tool did not find any problems.

    If you see yellow exclamation points (), the test failed and required user action, but the step was skipped.

  • HT1657 I rented a movie and now I cannot figure out how to watch it on Apple TV.  We did the update yesterday.  I used to go under the "Movies" tab and click Play.  It has the original options now and when I click "Rent" it says already rented, not downlo

    I rented a movie from ITunes yesterday and now I cannot figure out how to watch it on Apple TV.  I have done this before, and to watch it later on, I would go back under the "Movies" option, find the movie, and there would be a Play option available.  We did the update to Apple TV yesterday.  Now when I go back to the movie, I see the original options. Preview, Rent, Buy, etc.  When I click on Rent again, it says the movie has already been rented but not downloaded. It instructs me to go under Settings/Downloads/Check Downloads, but there is nothing under Settings about Downloads.  I found an option to Check for Rentals, but when I click on that option, it just keeps searching, with no results.  Any ideas?  This worked before the update, even though it took forever to download a movie....

    I had the same issue with my apple tv 3rd generation. I rented Sinister and selected the "rent and watch now" option. Half way through the movie I accidentally pressed the menu button. When I looked for the rented movie on my apple tv I could not find it. Not even above the movie pannel where "purchased" and "top movies" comes up on the main menu. the apple tv suggests to go to settings>downloads but I don't have that option. I did go to settings> itunes store> check rentals but that didnt work either. It took too long to even check. Thank you because this SOLUTION worked great.
    SOLUTION: How to reset apple tv 3 3rd generation to view rented movies:on the apple tv remote: press and hold "menu" to go to the main menu. Select SETTINGS> GENERAL >RESET >RESET ALL SETTINGS. After the apple tv resets, input all your information again and your rented movies should be visible when you cruise above the "movies" section. THANK YOU!!
    Apple needs to solve this issue because honestly it took me 3 hours and a half to watch a movie that only lasted 2 BECAUSE I wast trying to solve the issue, reseting and all. blahh.

    The libraries appear to all be in tact, now.
    The error I am getting,

    ERROR -  detected an exception: Unexpected database connector error
    is a connection issue.

    Yes I'am in 5.2, I did mention it right after.
    This is wonderful Peter, great advice. I got to have my latest version before I created my table of contents.
    In Pages > Menu > File > Revert
    and see what you get.

    For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
    The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
    Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
    If you are running 64-bit Windows and the above steps haven't helped try installing the version of iTunes that can be downloaded from this support document. iTunes 12.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards)
    If you still have no luck try reinstalling iTunes 12.0, links in the user tip.

    Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
    Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

    You need to be very careful which project you open in which version.
    For 2014 make sure its on 2014.1 build 81.

    As mentioned, i bought this phone from Etisalat (Dubai-UAE based operator) and i never face a issue perviously on updating an IOS, this time after downloading IOS 4.3.3 I always get a error (it says Network issue)  with Number Err= -3259 and never lets me update the IOS on my Iphone 4. My Iphone is completly original (Meaning, not jail breaked) and its using Itunes 10.2.2. The reason i want to update is becuase after updating the current installed IOS (4.3.2) the battery life is really bad and when i want to restore my Iphone4, it wants to download the updated IOS software (4.3.3) and when trying to update its gives me error all the time and does not let me update or install it.
    Any help and update on how to fix this issue.

    As expected, cdm-git also works fine since DMs only work in the root mode as of now.
    Just for the record, both type commands output "/usr/bin/startx" and pacman -Q gives "systemd 215-4".
