Polish Language & Currency Support

Hi,
I'm an AM in the UK and one of my customers has asked me to check if the following applications families are
available in Polish: Do we support the polish language and currency?
Financials
HR & Payroll
Order Fulfillment
Warehouse Management
In addition, they would also like confirmation that we can provide local support in Polish for these application families.
I need to get a fast response if possible.
Thanks and regards,
Steve

  • Receiving apple email messages in polish language

I am currently receiving random solicitations from Apple's polish language site, which I would like to unsubscribe from, sent to my icloud address.  I don't use this address and have NEVER given it out, so I believe the emails are coming from Apple.  Regardless, I want to stop them but cannot find an "unsubscribe" link, even after running most of the terms through a translation program.  Does anyone know if there is some other language setting I need to tweak for icloud?  Thanks.

    Hi fat pauly,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you may be receiving spam or "phishing" emails. Marketing email received from Apple will present a way to unsubscribe, as mentioned on this page:
Apple Customer Global Internet Privacy Policy
    http://support.apple.com/kb/TA26289
All e-mail offers that you receive from Apple will tell you how to decline further e-mail offers.

  • Problem in Smart form while printing it in POLISH language

    Hi All,
I am facing a problem in SMARTFORM and SAP SCRIPT.
I have developed a form in EN language and converted that in POLISH language using SE63 . When the form is printed in the POLISH language "#" is coming for some special characters of POLISH Language . ( e.g. 'Length' should get printed as 'DŁUGOŚĆ' ' but it is coming as 'D#UGO##'')
Please tell me how to handle these special characters in POLISH Language.
    Thanks

    Hi,
To solve this Basis need to create a new output device type which supports Latin-2 character set (Device type to I2HP4) or change the existing one to support Latin-2 character set.
    Thanks

  • Multi currency support with java.util.Locale

My project has a requirement to support multiple currencies as our first internationalization feature. However, I've come across something with the Locale class that doesn't really make sense to me, and I'm wondering if anyone else has any best practices or insight.
Why can't you create a Locale knowing only the ISO 3166 code? For multi-currency support, it doesn't make sense that I should need to provide a language in order to obtain a Locale, which is needed to generate the proper NumberFormat (and in 1.4 the java.util.Currency) class.
Is there an instance where the language one speaks is directly correlated to the currency that they use?
Actually, it doesn't make much sense that you can create a Locale only from a language either, since if my user a Hispanic-American, the language would be Spanish but the country (and therefore currency) would be US.
It seems to me that if the Locale class can default a country code based on the language, it should also be able to default a language based on the country.
Given these limitations, is there a recommended best practice about obtaining a Locale without a pre-determined language?

    Hi,
this was a bit of a bugbear for a long time. Currency kind of wound up inexorably linked to Locale for a long time because the way a currency was formatted depended on the textual layout of the language as well as the country, and as date formatting was an issue too, it was easier for them to implement it the way they did.
It's been an RFE for a long time, and I believe the beta releases of Merlin carry a currency API that is separate from a Locale. The link to the RFE is below. Hopefully Merlin Beta will allow you to achieve what you want - it seems to be pretty stable from what I've seen of it, and Sun do have a good record when it comes to releasing stable betas, so I wouldn't panic too much about the fact you're developing on a "pre-release candidate" JDK.

    Hope that helps!

Is polish language supported on 4g's ipod?
If yes, where can I get it, and how does it install?
If no, it is possible to make update software, which will include polish language.

    If it can
help in setting about I got version 3.1.1 and model
    m9282zv ,
Here are the specs for this model:
    http://www.capital.lv/index.php?id=13503
It should display song titles in Polish. Does it do that?
UTF-16 works fine for me, but my iPod is a later model.
Try saving your text in other encodings, such as UTF-8, any other varieties of UTF-16 available, Central European Mac. Also you could have a look at this reference.

  • Multilingual www interface for WRT54GL (with polish language pack)

As project for my diploma, I've created a multilingual www interface on the base of official Linksys source code, I've also created and added polish language pack.
    http://pkles.fm.interia.pl/wrt54gl_4.30.9.tar.bz2
    Link to firmware image
    http://pkles.fm.interia.pl/release.tar.bz2
Source code for all modified files.
You have to download the official source code for version WRT54GL 4.30.9 form Linksys GPL center site and overwrite it with my files. I recommend moving / removing the official /release/src/router/www/cisco_wrt54g_m/ folder before overwriting it with my files.
It's my first that big translation, and my first GPL project hope someone finds it useful.
[I don't take any responsibility for the results of using this code/firmware. This said I honestly believe that it won't cause any harm , the firmware works just fine on my WRT54GL.]

I solved the below error by editing in registry:
    Error:
A Setup failure previously occurred while installing the UnifiedMessaging role. Either run Setup again for just this role, or remove the role using Control Panel.
    Solution:
Open regedit (Start -> run), navigate to the following key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ExchangeServer\v14
Under each role, UnifiedMessagingRole, have a look for an action and watermark entry, Delete these 2 keys, and retry. it solve this error, and You can now run the installation again of your "UMLanguagePack.en-US". and its done and installed now.
After "UMLanguagePack.en-US" Installation, i tried to continue installation of Exchange Server 2010 SP3, but I faced the same first error in UM role setup as the below,
What can i Do? please help urgently.

  • How to install Polish language in the phone?

Good evening everyone, here's the thing. I'm a Pole living in Lebanon and have a N76. Obviously there's no Polish language since the phone is made for the Middle East. What should i do to install this language and use it afterwards as the main one?
Also, does installing a language in N-Series differ from other phones like the 6500 or 3500?
Waiting for your answers. Thanks for your help mates!

That's weird, 2 days ago i checked this topic and a Polish mate replied to it giving me the steps. Why is it deleted?
Please, can someone (or the same person) tell me what to do? This is really important, i have to do it before next Tuesday (11-12-2007). Thx!Message Edited by gunner84 on 06-Dec-200712:43 PM

    Hello,
You should not try to mix JSP and JSF EL prior to JSF 1.2 and JSP 2.1, the result is inconsistent most of the time.
To fix your current issue though, I suggest you use the rendered attribute instead of a <c:if>, so would be:
    <h:outputText styleClass="texto_red"
    value="#{bean.genericErrorMessages}"
    id="applicationErrorMessages" escape="false" rendered="#{!empty bean.genericErrorMessages}"/>Regards,

  • Acrobat 6.0.6: Foreign language not supported?

I am running on Window Vista (but the same problem applies to Win 2K+SP4 and XP+SP2).
I try to insert text in a Text Box Tool. I select the desired language (a Middle Eastern language) through the OS. But when I type, I see primarily small vertical rectangles and other garbage.
The Acrobat's help document explicitly says that those languages are supported.
Also, I have no problem applying those languages when using other editing applications such as Word, etc.
So are they or aren't those languages supported by Acrobat? And if it is supported, how exactly can it be accomplished?
    Thanks in advance,
