Polling event generators -- will they become clusterable in the future?

My understanding is that the polling event generators are still not clusterable.
Anyone know if they will be?
Let me know if this is the best workaround. A polling event generator (e.g. file event generator) could be deployed to the admin server (which isn't clustered of course), which would place a message in an MB channel on the admin server, and then a workflow could consume the message and forward it on to a cluster of WLI servers via JMS, Web services, or whatever...
Is there something better than this?

Mike, a channel is a virtual address and not tied to any server. It does noit matter, where the EG is deployed. If the EG is publishing the file event to a channel, the message broker looks for all the subscribing workflows and puts it into the AsyncDispatcher queue(s), which are "feeding" the workflow. You have to make sure that the Queues are distributed destinations, with physical queues on all server in the cluster, where the workflows are deployed.

I think you will need to contact the Toshiba to move the warranty to the other person who bought this notebook.

Because In-Memory Database (Such as TimeTen) can keep the relational objects in memory, it don't need JPA or java persistence techonology (such as TopLink) any more.

No, but I'm not sure I follow what you are trying to get at. As long as developers need to put data from a language into a datastore, there will be persistent tools like TopLink to do it. The database keeping things in memory vs in a file doesn't change that, unless you are trying to imply that the database is encompasing functionallity that was done at the application layer, and will eventually encompase the tools developers use now as well. Or are you implying that object caching in the ORM tool is unncessary if the information is also kept in memory at the database level? If so, I would strongly disagree. Databases have had caching for a long time, and applications still can get great performance gains by caching at the object level. TopLink caching in addition to avoids unncessary database look ups, it can also avoid adding network traffic, and avoid having to turning database rows into objects.

I figure that Classic will hang around in 10.5. After that, things more and more unlikely. I'm not a 10.5 beta tester so I can't say that Classic is in there for sure, though I'd be surprised if it's not. I can say that I'd be surprised if Classic is in 10.6. I'd be extremely surprised if it's in 10.7. Depending on the level of Classic support in 10.5, I'll almost certainly be leaving my eMac running 10.4. I don't use Classic that much any more, and the eMac can handle all my Classic tasks with ease.
Those who don't have two or more Macs... buy an external hard drive, make a full clone of your internal drive to the external, and make sure that you can boot off that clone. It might be that you may want to go back to 10.4 on occasion after updating to 10.5, and booting off an external disk is a lot easier than reinstalling the OS.

- You can't create subaccounts.
- You can create new account(s). The media on the iPod is still usable. It does create more work when updating apps since yo have to sign into the account that purchased them to update them. If you have apps purchased from more than one account that need update you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased with one account.
- To change accounts for purchasing go to Settings> Store (or Settings.iTunes and App store depending upon the iOS) and sign out and sign in with different account.

TThose aren't bins. Those are just groupings based on when the content was created or any other selected parameter. Use the action popup in the toolbar tho change the setting.

If they are saved in the app, that means if you can play them without wifi, then they are in the backup

i trying to debug the program, and i realise that the event structure will hang the program is if i click the button that event structure detecting fast,
it will hang and stopped there...

I apologize for the oversight. Please find the attached VIs (now converted to LV 7.0). Apart from changing the "mouse down" event to "value change", I have also changed the mechanical action of booleans to "latch when pressed" . This would change the value of the button only during the duration it is pressed. As soon as it is released, the value of the button will revert back to its default value('false' in our case) so we dont need to change the value of the button inside the event case.
Windows.cpp error in Line 2978 has indeed been reported to National Instruments. The LabVIEW R&D team is investigating the error.

I cracked the screen on my iPhone 4s, I have AppleCare will they replace it with the iPhone 5 since it's a 32GB?

I have AppleCare+ and I've already cracked my screen once. Well I know that before the iPhone 5 came out, if I cracked it again, I'd just recieve a new 32GB iPhone 4S.
Now that the iPhone 5 is out and the 32GB version of the iPhone 4S is no longer available, will I be upgraded to the iPhone 5 32GB model?

About TM "Backup Drive is Full"
Alert TM only deletes older files if they have been deleted from the source and when TM needs space on the backup drive for a new incremental backup. Time Machine "thins" it's backups; hourly backups over 24 hours old, except the first of the day; those "daily" backups over 30 days old, except the first of the week. The weeklies are kept as long as there's room.
So, how long a backup file remains depends on how long it was on your Mac before being deleted, assuming you do at least one backup per day. If it was there for at least 24 hours, it will be kept for at least a month. If it was there for at least a week, it will be kept as long as there's room.
Note, that on a Time Capsule the sparsebundle grows in size as needed, but doesn't shrink. Thus, from the user's view of the TC it appears that no space has been freed, although there may be space in the sparsebundle.
Once TM has found it cannot free up enough space for a new backup it reports the disk is full. You can either erase the backup drive and start your backups anew or replace the drive with a larger drive.

What will happen to Contribute in the future?

I think Contribute has been discontinued or will not show up in the next CS. Reasons:
In the CS5.5-to-CS6 free upgrade offer, It listed a few products that are not eligible for the upgrade: Acrobat, OnLocation, Flash Builder, Flash Catalyst and Contribute. Among them,
OnLocation cannot be purchased individually (so there should be no real reason for it to show up in the first place). Also, OnLocation is dead.
Acrobat and Flash Builder don't follow the CS release schedule (FB4 was out slight before CS5, close enough but still different).
Flash Catalyst is dead.
Since Contributeis an individual product that follows the CS release schedule, its exclusionmeans either it is excluded from CS in the future, or is outright killed.
In the downloads report found in the Marketing Hub, assets for Ps, Ai, Id, Ic, Fl, Dw, Fw, Pr, Ae, En, Au, ExtendScript, AME, Extension Manager are all found, but not Contribute. Source
But then, the weekly downloads report mentioned the EOL of Device Central and OnLocation, but not Contribute.
And that is leaving me with the question on whether Contribute is still alive, and what is going on there.

I have been using DW CS6 for a couple of weeks on a site where I still have users making updates using Contribute version 3. The "Administrate this site in Contribute" button in the DW CS6 site manager still opens the dialog after which Windows Task manager reports that Contribute.exe in the CS5.1 folder is running. Of course, I have the server set to use "Transition mode" and we do not use the Contribute Publishing Server.
The major difficulties in this environment with old versions of Contribute is the now-antiquated web client in version 3 not being able to display things as regular users see them. Version 5.1 is better, but not perfect. Using the browser plug-in helps some.
I am annoyed to have to reinstall Contribute from the CS5.5 Master Collection and not have it in the CS6 Master Collection. I had been hoping to entirely uninstall CS5.5 from this computer and just run CS6. As a developer, I'm not inclined to purchase my own copy of Contribute separately from CS6 just to be able to send clients screen captures for documentation. Unless Adobe restores Contribute's place alongside Dreamweaver for the CS bundles, I will probably steer future projects toward database-driven content management rather than using contribute. In fact, I have such a decision coming up this month that could go either way...
