Poor Business Plan

I love that Verizon has great coverage around the country, but I have had issues inside my house (inside the house only) where I keep dropping calls.  Verizon opened a ticket and said the whole city is in a low laying area (not true), so our signal will not work.  So we have an issue in the house only, not outside the house (things are crystal clear outside of the house throughout the city), but they say it's an issue with the city's location.  We have called Verizon multiple time and heard a different excuse from each person we talked to.  That being said, we are so disappointed with the way Verizon is treating this.  They recommended getting a signal booster for $250, otherwise leave their service without a contract cancellation fee.  So long and short, Verizon is willing to lose over $2500 a year, as opposed to allow us to have/borrow a signal booster until they increase the city's signal (which I think was just another run around, as only one representative told us that).  So let's see, a customer being with Verizon since before they were Verizon, will be leaving them and taking away $2500 a year from the company.  I don't understand how a company would rather, in the example of 5 years, lose $13,500 instead of lose $250.  Is there a business analysts out there who can tell me how this makes sense?  All I know is once we leave, we are gone.  There will be no calls taken as they try to 'recover 3 lost accounts'.  I am really not understanding how this is a smart move for a company.

Funny even though I am never under contract, I don't see any qualifier about not having service in my home.
There is a disclaimer stating service is not guranteed everywhere yada yada yada, but no disclaimer of non home use.
When you think about the different materials used in home and business constructions it is possible the structural metal in an office building may block a cell signal (however I have worked in buildings high up and way down low and had no reception issues) my home is only 56 years old and wood frame construction and it often times flips and flops from 3G to 4G data wise, but calling is strong and reliable. I believe when one looks for service they should look into terrain in and around there work and residence and other places they go to the most. And then choose the company that provides it.

    Hi Cornelia,
    With the link Planning Modeler and Planning Wizard should be opened.
    I mean if we click on Start Modeler button in transaction RSPLAN, the link should redirect us to Planning Modeler.
    And if we click on Start Wizard button in the transaction RSPLAN, the link should redirect us to Planning Wizard.

    Hello Marc and Sander,
    I checked the document status and tested the link myself using a PC external to the SAP environment and did not have any problem. You do have to be logged in to do this. If you are not, you should see a page that will appear which says that a login is required to use that feature. On some occassions, users see an error message instead. I apologize for that.

    Hai its business planning simulation tcode BPS0 similar to administartion work bench we have planning area ,planning level and planning functions we can use only when the cube is planning enabled.check the help.sap website and sdn threads will serve your requirements.

    Please allow me this opportunity to point out that "upgradation" and "updation" are not real words. The correct terms are "upgrade" and "update".
    Seems trivial, but I've seen them make their way into names of workflow steps and class methods.

    How should a professional business plan look like?
    My teacher just gave me this sample business plan. Now, the content is alright, but what about the typography? I'm not sure, I'm not really a designer, but I do get the feeling it's not as beautiful as it could be. I take it a business plan should appear serious and controlled, almost conservative, as to show investors that you won't do anything stupid with their money. Also, I remember reading somewhere that the best typography is the kind of typography that goes by unnoticed (e.g. nothing fancy) as to not divert the reader's attention from the actual content.
    I don't know, what do you guys say?

    Oh yes indeed, it's for investors who go through hundreds of Times-based business plans every day. I really like the way you worded things there, "still restrained, just not identical to most of the business plans they see".
    Frutiger and Baskerville is a great suggestion! I'm open to more before I go ahead and buy myself a new pair of fonts though.

I have viewed the R17 webinar on Business Planning for Life Sciences and it looks just like what I need, but I am not in the Life Sciences vertical.   • Link my Typekit Business plan to Creative cloud subscription? What will I pay?

    So I have a Typekit Business Plan (10M) for my company. We pay monthly via creditcard ($200).
    If I get a new Creative Cloud subscription, Typekit Portfolio is included. But the help page says my "existing Business or Enterprise plan will be unchanged when linked to a Creative Cloud subscription."
    So what will I pay in total if I get a CC subscription? Is it included in the monthly fee I pay for Typekit? Or do I just pay for each plan (i.e. Typekit + CC)?

    Hi Joris,
    I am sorry for any confusion here. Your Creative Cloud subscription includes a Typekit Portfolio plan. Since the Business plan is a higher level plan than what is included in Creative Cloud, you are billed separately for it. 
    You may link your Typekit account to your Creative Cloud subscription if you like, but you will still be billed monthly for your Business plan, using the credit card that is on file with your account.

    In Bpc for reporting and query we have all in built tools.and you can get the graphical details in reports and input schedules.
    and BPC7 is NW version i.e it supports BI from Backend and we are getting 7.5 which is of Business objects category.

  • Privacy on Verizon Business Plan

    My phone is owned by my employer and my plan is paid for by my employer. Does my employer have access to my text messages, emails and phone call records? As with a lot of people these days, I use my work phone for work and personal use. I'm concerned about my employer's ability to view anything and everything on my work phone that I consider personal. I read through the privacy policy but most of the information provided is regarding personal or family plans, not business plans.

    iPhone 5s is the phone type.
    I'd like to know what Verizon's policy is on the subject. Say, for example, my employer calls and asks for all of my text message history. Does Verizon hand it over or not? Does it vary from company to company? If so, why?
    Agreed that I shouldn't "expect" any privacy but just curious how easy it is for the employer to access the data on the phone.

    Basically, there is no difference. Till the version 7.0, it was called business planning and consolidation. From 7.5 ,its called business objects planning and consolidation.
