Pop up in va22 and vf02

Hi all experts,
When ever i enter a document number in va22 or vf02 and navigate as Sales document--> Issue to output i get a pop up for selecting the output type(Please see the picture 1 below). after selecting any of the given output and on clicking on print preview again am popped up with another pop up for selecting the output device(please see the picture 2 below) which is not required as per my requirement. can you please help me in eliminating the second pop up.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. it is working fine.
But i have a small concern here now am not able to see the print preview of my smart form. on clicking the print preview i directly an information as document created.
Can you please help me how to see the preview of my smart form.

Is there a way to save in VA02 and VA22 and not quit the screen?

Hello friends
When I use transaction code VA02 and VA22 and make changes and then click on save button, it saves the changes and then quit the screen. However, is there place where I can change this setting so that when I click on SAVE, it saves and still remain in the same screen like many other window products so that I can make more changes if needed instead of re-entering the document again?
I would appreciate if you can please let me know.

hello,
this is a standard SAP process which follows VA02...
it is possible if this is really needed by modifying standard SAP program, but I would not suggest because the program has flow and it is not advisable to break that!

Looks like your problem lies by the file associations, i.e. extension of your jsp file (.JSP) is associated in your operating system with DreamWeaver rather than with IE. If you are using Windows you should be able to change file associations, so that all web pages including JSP will be opened in your browser.

Try launching the editor and entering your serial number there if asked.

VF01 and VF02

Hi all,
I have defined same output type for VF01 and VF02 and with same parameters. My user settings are set to my default printer PRINT. However when i do an issue output to, it picks up PRINT when done thru vf02 but picks up LOCL when done thru vf01.
Can you please guide how to ensure the entries in NAST table has same printer as the one in user default setting ?

Hi,
Confirm with your SD consultant first what are all the settings that he has done for printing the forms.
Even your Basis guy can make the printer settings default as PRINT so that when ever output device is triggered then the settings done by basis guy will call.

That suggests that the installer is getting damaged during the download.

Use the method of if_wd_window_manager - create_popup_to_confirm to create a pop up.
In the method parameters set close_button parameter as abap_false.
Click on the where used list of this method to find sample implementations.

Calendar keeps popping up with errors and I cannot clear it?

SInce a recent Update I keep getting a Calender popping up with errors and I am not able to clear it.
PLease help.

Please take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
In the Internet Accounts preference pane, delete any calendar accounts you don't use.
If there's no improvement, delete all calendar accounts and add them back. With an iCloud account, all you have to do is uncheck and recheck the box marked Calendars & Reminders in the iCloud preference pane.
Step 2
You may be trying to access an invited event that you declined, or one that was rescheduled after you accepted it. The error message should give you a clue as to what it is. If the calendar is on iCloud, you can bring up the Calendar on the website and select
Show Declined Events
from the popup menu with the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page. The declined events will appear in gray, and one of them should match what's shown the error message. [Credit for this solution to ASC member Psi.]
Step 3
If you get the error when trying to accept an invitation in an email attachment, it's because the organizer didn't properly create the event.
Step 4

If you pop it off you may not be able to reseat it properly.
Better to get a can of compressed air and aim just around the edges of the key.
Most computer or office stores carry cans of compressed air for cleaning keyboards.
