Pop up message freezes browsers, Mac Snow Leopard

Question

I recently started having an issue when playing games on Facebook, both by Playfish.
When I start the games as they are loading, I get a pop up message from Adobe Flash player alerting me
that Playfish.com is requesting permission to store information on my computer.  It gives me the option to
deny or allow, but at the same time, the pop up freezes the browser, so I cannot do anything but exit from
the game. Here is a screen shot of the message I keep on getting.
I am using an Intel based iMac with Snow Leopard version 10.6.4.  Flash Player version is MAC 10,1,82,76.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I would go to this site, read the instructions. This is the Global Storage Settings Panel. I would read the second link before deciding how you want this Panel set.

Then go to this Panel, read the instructions. This is the Website Storage Settings Panel. Read this one also.

I wanted you to read both of these Panel instructions before making any selection. The reason being is that these 2 panels work together as you will see.
They are somewhat difficult to understand but necessary.
Perhaps after making those selections, you won't have any more issues.
