Popup in POD version 6.1?

Hi All,
I need to develop Button activity (will be placed in the POD) which will send the SFC number from ME to External system.
During the development of this custom POD Button activity I figured out that I need to throw some POP ups at POD level for the operation reaction/feedback.
Please let me know that in v6.0 or 6.1 is it possible to manage the POPUP.

Skip popup "Overwrite old version" from document tab in CRM_DNO_MONITOR

Hi All,
I have requirement to skip "Overwrite old version" pop in crm_dno_monitor transaction under document tab.
Steps : Tcode CRM_DNO_MONITOR ---> Select Transaction number ---> click on change button ---> click on "Transaction Data" tab ---> Select "Document" tab ---> open any document
When uploaded documents are edited, system asks "Overwrite old version?". There should be no question, system should always overwrite the existing version.

Service Desk messages in Solution Manager consist of two parts: the support message in Solution Manager, and the service process in CRM.
You must carry out the following steps to delete the messages from the system completely:
1. In Solution Manager
Deletion of the message in Solution Manager involves two parts:
a) Call transaction DNOTIFWL and set the deletion flag for the Service Desk message. The deletion flag corresponds to the system status I1076 (deletion flag).
b) Execute the report Z_DELETE_BASIC_NOTIFICATIONS.
If you execute the report in production mode, all messages with the status I0076 are deleted from the database. You can also execute the report in test mode. In this case, the system displays a list of messages that can be deleted.
2. In CRM
You cannot delete a service process in CRM. The service process must be archived.
Call transaction SARA and select the archiving object CRM_SERORD. Archiving involves three steps:
a) Initial run Report CRM_ARC_SERORD_CHECK
b) Write run Report CRM_ARC_SERORD_SAVE
c) Delete run Report CRM_ARC_SERORD_DELETE
When the delete run has completed, the service process has been deleted from the database and is in an archive file. You can access archived documents using transaction SARE.

Taskflow as inline popup causes issues while returning..

Hi,
I am using 11gr1p1. I have an ADF application where I have a bounded taskflow I call as inline popup. And in the popup I return from the taskflow ..
Everything works fine when I launch my app within JDeveloper or when I launch it directly.
It fails when I call the ADF application from a different web page by opening it in a new window. In this case when I click the button in the inline popup to return from the taskflow I got an error in the IE's log as below..

That is the problem actually. When I run the link directly it works fine. But I need to launch the ADF application from a non-ADF app which is not hosted on WLS.
The scenario above was just to simplify the problem...
Is there any security settings etc that may cause this ?

Close popup - end recording???

I have a colleague who's experiencing some strange behavior
recording using C2.
He's recording a web based application in IE with buttons and
links that cause secondary windows to popup (e.g., calendar applet
to select date). When he clicks the Close (X) icon for the
secondary window, C2 ends the current recording session and begins
generating slides (as if he had pressed the End button).
He's checked his Recording Preferences, and the End Recording
is set to the End key. I can record the same application and popups
with my version of C2, and it behaves just fine (i.e., continues
recording after the popup closes).
Any idea what might be going on, or how to troubleshoot this?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Has your colleague tried changing the key to end recording -
to something besides "END"?
If there is some conflict in his startup files or
configuration that is causing the premature end of recording,
perhaps a different keyboard shortcut might help (on his/her
machine only).(??)

Can I reflash BIOS on Satellite C855-12K PSKCEE to the same version?

I want to *REFLASH* Toshiba BIOS to *THE SAME* VERSION. In other words, I want to force flash utility to install the same BIOS version despite it's already isntalled (instead of just displaying popup "the newest version laready isntalled" and closing application after this popup).
Is this possible? Is there any way to fool flash utility to reinstall BIOS to the same version? Or to force older version install?
Any workaround is appreciated.

Toshiba EU driver page provides only the windows-based BIOS version for download because its safe and easy to perform such BIOS update
The traditional BIOS update procedure requires another method and other BIOS version as far as I know such version is available for authorized service engineer only.
But the mentioned .exe file isnt an real exe application but this is an zipped folder.
Using WinRAR or WinZip its possible to unzip this exe file clicking right and choosing Extract here

Showing error as popup when message type is 'E'.

I have some problem about showing message.
When I try to show error message by using message type 'E',
message shows as popup like message type 'I'.
I don't want to show message as popup.

Hi Vic,
Welcome to Apple Discussions and the Numbers '09 forum.
The bad news is that popup menus in Numbers aren't sortable, except by heavy handed editing. You can add items—but only to the bottom of the list, you can delete items—from anywhere in the list, and you can rename items.
You can use Fill down or Fill right to copy a popup menu into a range of cells, but if these are edited popups replacing older versions, the previously set values will be replaced by the value set for the original being pasted in.
For some flexibility, you might want to use a technique involving a Slider, a LOOKUP table and the VLOOKUP function. Jerrold Green wrote about it and provided some examples in discussion of Working with Pop-up menus in this forum back in April. The link will take you to that discussion.

Version 7 download problem

I just downloaded I-Pod version 7 and synced with the library. Now when I connect my I-Pod, I can't get the list of songs on the I-Pod. I just get the summary pages and sync music options on the music tab. I can't get to the songs on my I-Pod. What happened?

Mouse scroll wheel do not command Photoshop input fields correctly

You know that you can control Photoshop input fields http://screencast.com/t/ApVseKYRxz with the mouse scroll wheel. Pretty handy indeed. You just have to click on the field and spin the wheel and values changing.
The problem:
My mouse wheel cannot control the input fields in this way. I select the field, spin the wheel and nothing happen. When I spin it faster a couple of times, than the values get changing - pretty strange ha? Scrolling normally - do not change, scrolling fast change. But to scroll fast is not an option because I cannot change the values slightly with small increments... There is a bug really...
What I tried and didn't work:
1. Restarted Photoshop
2. Plug/Unplug and change different USB slots for both receivers.
3. Reintalling latest SetPoint Drivers (after uninstall I run ccleaner)
4. Put all SetPoint settings to defaults (because I programmed some mouse keys to Photoshop specifically).
5. Install earlier versions of SetPoint drivers.
6. Set my UEFI BIOS to defaults.
7. Restarted the BIOS to load all the drivers again, but still no luck
(the last think I didn't do is to reinstall Photoshop)
What I have investigated so far:
1. When I restart the computer and run Photoshop it works perfect HA! , but after a seconds it do not words again ...
2. When I stop SetPoint software, when I shut down it, it words perfect.
3. When I unplug keyboard receiver it words perfect, but I do not have keyboard:)
4. Everything works perfect in Illustrator and After effects.
5. Also I noticed that when I scroll images in CameraRaw - http://screencast.com/t/xKnn6cY9 the I have to scroll harder and spin the wheel harder to scroll - the same problem.

Maybe the most important part - When I start experiencing the problem:
I had same configuration , same everything and everything worked fine.
I installed SSD disk, reinstalled Windows (same like before), updated my BIOS to UEFI. Installed Photoshop and SetPoint and problem started.

I found a solution.
1. Uninstall your current Setpoint Driver.
2. Run CCleaner - http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
3. Download an older version of SetPoint - http://www.oldapps.com/setpoint.php
(I used SetPoint 6.15 (x64), I tried 6.20, 6.32, 6.50 , but no luck)
4. Now everything is all right!

How to pass a numeric value without its format to a subsequence?

I have a sequence with a numeric parameter that is interpreted as a 16-bit bit mask. The numeric format of the parameter of that sequence is therefore "%#.16b".
I also have a Sequence Call step in a second sequence (in the same file) that calls this first sequence. That second sequence passes literal values for that bit mask in the Sequence Call. My specific problem at this point is that, while debugging, I don't see the parameters in the numeric format I explicitly specified for them, but rather in one of three possible formats:
- Literal values seem to come with a "system"-wide (maybe sequence-file-specific?) default format, which is decimal instead of binary.
- Variable values (e.g. from the Locals) have their specific (and also explicitly defined) numeric format, which can be anything instead of binary.
- If I don't pass a value but use the parameter default, this default is shown in the parameter's actual numeric format, binary. This is the only case that works as intended.
How do I get the parameters to *always* keep the numeric format I specified for that sequence?
The attached file tries to reproduce the problem and the intended result using only Sequence Calls and Message Popups. My version is TestStand 3.1f1.

I just want to debug my subsequence and see its parameter represented as "0b0000000000011010" when I supply a literal value of 26.
Ok, I try to be more explicit and show my problem using your suggestion: (The resulting sequence file is attached.)
- Create a new sequence file.
- Insert a new sequence "Sequence".
- In "Sequence", create a parameter "Parameter" of type "Number".
- Change the numeric format of "Parameter" to Binary with a minimum of 16 digits and *without radix*, ie. "%.16b". (In the other sequence file I used "%#.16b".)
-> Intention: I want to see the supplied parameter value in this numeric format when debugging or converting to a string using Str().
- Still in "Sequence", create a local "Local" of type "Number".
- Change the numeric format of "Local" to the same as above, "%.16b".
-> Intention: I want to demonstrate your way here, which actually works (I can use it as the "reference string" of the yet-to-be-defined message box), but does in an indirect way what I want to do directly using only sequence parameters.
- Insert a "Statement" step in "Sequence".
- Of "Statement", "Edit Expression" and use "Locals.Local = Parameters.Parameter" as the expression.
- Insert a "Message Popup" step in "Sequence".
- Of "Message Popup", do "Edit Message Settings", and use the following expression as the Message Expression:
"I have this: " + Str(Parameters.Parameter) + "\n" +
"I want this: " + Str(Locals.Local)
- Insert a "SequenceCall" step in MainSequence.
- Point "SequenceCall" to sequence "Sequence" of the current file and supply exactly the literal value 26 for the parameter.
- In "MainSequence", create a local "Local" of type "Number".
- Change the numeric format of this "Local" to something very dangerous, eg. "%9.16o".
- Assign the exact numeric value 4616 to this "Local" variable.
-> Intention: I want to demonstrate that there are cases where a propagation of numeric formats to subsequences can actually be more than a mere nuisance.
- In "MainSequence", insert a second Sequence Call step, "SequenceCall_2".
- Let "SequenceCall_2" call the same sequence "Sequence", but supply Locals.Local for the parameter.
- Now run the sequence file in "Single Pass" mode.
- In the first popup, you see that I get the (binary!) representation 0000000000011010 only for the local variable, but I also want it for the parameter value.
- In the second popup, you see that I get the (octal!) representation 0000000000011010 for the parameter value, which would be correct (for what I want) if I had supplied the decimal literal 26 again. You see that the binary representation is something entirely different here!

...........Everything displays correctly and the popup functions well too.. The only problem is that when you scroll the initial datatagrid, you see data in the column, which calls the itemrenderer, being swapped between the rows. I have tried same on another example and 1) on sorting the column, the popup contains the wrong data and 2) if there are other columns, its only the one calling for itemrenderer which swaps data between its rows.

I have the follwing datagrid, the 2nd column of which calls an itemrenderer...

...........Everything displays correctly and the popup functions well too.. The only problem is that when you scroll the initial datatagrid, you see data in the column, which calls the itemrenderer, being swapped between the rows. I have tried same on another example and 1) on sorting the column, the popup contains the wrong data and 2) if there are other columns, its only the one calling for itemrenderer which swaps data between its rows.

Can't add a certificate exception in Firefox 4.0 - "add exception" button do nothing

I am opening web site with untrusted certificate. I would like to accept this certficate, so I click "Add exception" button. Unfortunately, confirmation dialog do not show up. In fact nothings happends. This problem is relevant to all websites with untrusted certificates.

Going through the preferences to add a certificate is a workaround and not intuitive to users. The Add Exceptions button used to bring up a popup in Firefox version 3.5.9 that allowed you to add an exception for the server:port in my case. Is there a way to get the Add Exception button to work in Firefox version 3.6.12, it currently does nothing which is totally confusing to the user.
