Popup locks buttons

Hi,
I use task flow popup. When I close the popup by clicking the 'X' button, it locks my input fields on my main screen. They don't look like disabled, but I can't type in them.
Is there any solution rather than removing 'X' button.

I suggest you hide the close icon so only your business logic rules. Here is how you do it

I have an ipod touch 4th gen. and since the last update the lock button no longer works, this has caused it to have a lot of problems now like freezing all the time, kicking me out of almost all my apps, some times even when if locks on its own its not locked and buttons with be pushed in my pocket, and this causes the battiery to die fast. I really love my ipod and would like to just get it fix if possible for a reasonable about of money. Anyone know of a place I can get it fixed in Ft Lauderdale Fl area or is there something I can do?

HT4528 hard to press lock button. how can i fix it or how much would it be to fix it? i have Iphone4s and its only a year old

A reset is when you press and hold both the home and sleep buttons for 10 seconds or so until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose any data. Give it a try.

IF the device does NOT have a cracked screen or liquid damage and is in hardware warrenty.. apple can repair/replace the device for free.
Call apple tech to find out what your croverage is for fixing that button
IF IT DOES then you will pay a fee for repairing

How do i lock certain fields using a "lock" button?

alright, I'm a totaly noob here. basically i have an Adobe PDF document and I'm trying to edit it in LiveCycle so that I can add a lock button for four text fields. Here are the fields:
-name
-manger name
-cost center
-dates
we want our employees to be able to enter information, and then lock it so the recipients can't change the data. we have an existing form which has a button, but the new form someone created (it's much different from the old one so we can't reuse that) doesn't have the feature. if there's an easier way to do this in acrobat that would also be helpful.

You cannot lock it by the serial number. Report it to your carrier and the police. You said that the thief knows your pass code. Does that mean that the thief was a personal friend who would be close enough to you to know what your code was? If that is the case, ask your friend to return your phone.

I have 2nd gen Ipad which I recently updated to ios 6.1.2 and my auto cover lock does not work, so is the lock button, i cannot lock my ipad manually!!

I recently updated my ipad wifi only to the new ios 6.1.2 and initially I had the auto cover lock option which can be seen in the Generals tab, but then it stoped working!! Before the update, the auto cover lock worked fine. So after trying all the options, I then did a complete reset on the ipad and now its gone all together from the General tab!! I can no longer see the "auto cover lock" option.
It got really annoying when I tried to use the lock button and it wont lock the sceen!! To test whether the button was allright, I did a long press and the message came if I wanted to shut down the ipad. So the button works fine, but I cannot use it to manually lock the ipad. Now the only way to lock the ipad is to wait for 2 mins (autolock) and still I cannot wake up the Ipad using the lock button. To do that I have to use the Home Screen button
Does any one else have similar issues and any solutions pls!! Cheers

The iPad cover lock is for when you use a cover with magnets in it to lock and unlock the iPad when you close the cover or open it. Try running a refrigerator magnet along the sides of the iPad and see if that trips the iPad Cover Lock back into the settings.
That is not the same thing as the iPad Auto Lock setting which allows you to set an allotted time before the iPad goes to sleep.
You can try resetting all settings to see if the Auto Lock feature retinrs to the iPad.
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. This can be a little time consuming re-entering all of the device settings again.

I was using my iPhone 5 and the screen randomly went black. I can still hear incoming calls but the screen stays black and unresponsive and stays black. My lock button stopped working last week so I can't restart the phone. What can I do to solve this?

I had an appointment this morning with Apple to try and solve the problem with my lock button ranomly not working anymore and a few hours before my appointment with the Apple store i was using my phone and my screen randomly went black and stopped working. And the p.roblem now i cant use it. I tried restarting the phone but I can't restart it due to my lock button not working so i need help with a solution on what i can do. I missed my appointment today because i could no longer use my phone and i'm now stuck using my laptop. I did also try connecting it to my MacBook but the screen was still unresponsive and black. I rescheduled my appointment to Monday to see what is wrong with my button and screen but in the meanwhile i would like to know if there is anything i can do or if i would just have to wait until monday and take it in to Apple. Any help would be really appreciated as i am phonelss for now until i take it in to Apple in a few days. Thanks.

How do I turn off my phone with a broken lock button and screen doesn't work?

my lock button broke a few months ago and I've been getting along fine without it due to assistive touch. Now, my screen won't work at all.. I can't slide it to open it, can't slide to power off .. only thing I can do is slide down the today thing at the top and slide it back up .. I can get siri to bring me to my password screen but I can't type it in .. any ideas on how to turn off or restart my phone seeing as I can't slide to power off? This happened over night so my phone is at 94% as of right now and I don't want to wait for it to die because that will take forever ..

Honestly the hard really right now to say what you can do. How long have you had the device? If it's under a year you can take it to apple store and they can switch it out for free. If it's over a year then it would be at a paid cost cause they can't fix that issue.

Its possibly because its only a 1g iPod. I suggest you either get a newer iPod or bring it to an Apple store and see what they can do.
