Tampoco aparece en mi Apple TV, soy de chile y tengo suscripción en HBO GO. Aparentemente no está disponible la aplicación para este lado del mundo, como siempre.

HBO Now on Apple TV

I just recently downloaded the HBO now app on my iPhone so I will be able to watch it through my Apple TV. However, even after creating an account and subscribing to the free 30 day trial, I still am unable to see the HBO Now option on my TV. The only app that appears is the HBO GO. Do I have to restart something in order for my TV to register that I have downloaded HBO Now? The only way that it is currently working is by me playing the TV show on my iPhone and then sending it to my TV via AirPlay (which is very inconvenient.) Help?

Hola, está con jailbreak? Si es así, es normal que pase a ser un sistema inestable. Si no es así restauralo y luego dale a la copia de seguridad que tenías del iPhone en iTunes.

It seems that not all providers that are part of the HBOGO service have agreed to let their customers use it on the Apple TV yet. I have no problems using my DirecTV account to access the iOS and Xbox 360 HBOGO apps, but I'm unable to use the Apple TV version. It's odd that the service isn't persistent across devices.

When I use airplay to watch hbo go through Apple TV it starts running. However for no apparent reason it will suddenly stop and the error message that I need hdcp something comes on and then I cannot continue watching it. It is so random happening after 40 min of viewing or 15 min or sometimes not letting it start at all. Support topics are no help. Any ideas?

How to get HBO Go in New Zealand?

So I am from NZ, and I want to be able to get HBO Go via Apple TV, without having to pay for an HBO subscription... Any suggestions? Happy to pay something, but not $100 a month, as I already have to pay that to enable me to get overseas streaming.

It's unlike other services, that are just geo-blocked. This requires direct authorization by cable provider and is not a standalone service. So there won't be a workaround unfortunately.

HBO GO - new audio problems...

I have used and loved HBO Go, first on Roku, now even more on Apple TV.
Two things happened in the past few weeks. First I THINK I selected subtitles for one show "Jaime", or they suddenly appeared. i don't really see where settings are in HBO that mention anything about sound or audio. I do for AppleTV as a whole.
These problems are ALL on HBO Go only (on Apple TV only) and only certain shows (Treme, J'aime) series that I was watching fine before.
It seems to have changed the mix so that I can only hear the ambient sound and no dialogue. Sound effects, phones ringing. I have surround sound and its only the front speakers. However on films for example, no problem at all.
I notice that my receiver indicates some change in the audio settings. For a week I was convinced it was my receiver (Onkyo) but it is only happening on HBO GO on Apple TV and here again, only certain series that were playing fine before.
SO confused. I have no more subtitles anymore, and I only mention that because its the only other thing that has changed since this started.
Finally, I reset my AppleTV back to system setting, which meant re-enterring all the username password info again, and absolutely nothing changed.
I use HBO GO on computer and iphone and no audio problems at all.
SO HBO GO seems to have changed its own audio settings for certain programs only. Netflix, Hulu, all play fine, only, as far as I can tell, some series on HBO. Apple TV doesn't seem to be malfunctioning in any other way.
Any help of references much appreciated

HBO GO won't activate on Apple TV but it's activated on my MacBook Air

I just uploaded the newest version of Apple TV and when I go to HBO GO it tells me I need to activate HBO GO and gives me an activation code. I already have an active HBO GO account on my computer but I went ahead and followed the steps I was told. Once I finished the steps, my computer said "SUCCESS.... you may now start streaming HBO GO on your Apple TV". Yeah. Not. I went back to HBO GO on my Apple TV and the same thing happened again, I was prompted to activate. Now I have done literally everything I can think of and I have been doing this for four hours, I have read blogs, apple community, Apple TV help, HBO GO help, you name it and nothing. I have also done the following:
I made sure my Apple TV and HBO GO are on the same network...Check
I logged out of HBO GO and logged back in...Nothing
I restarted both my computer and my Apple TV...Nothing.
I restored my Apple TV to it's factory settings...Nothing
I restored my Apple TV to it's factory settings AND went through the activation process again...Nothing
My cable provider is AT&T UVerse and is compatible and offers HBO GO on Apple TV. So what the heck?????
Can somebody PLEASE help?? All I want to do is start watching Empire Boardwalk from the beginning and its not on Netflix yet and I can't get back to season one on my cable. Additionally my Airplay playback is really slow if I try to watch it on my computer through Airplay!

You have done a lot of troubleshooting that I would have provided you and I do not like passing people off but because you are still having issues, then you may want to contact HBO for additional support.
