Entonces entra con tu computadora en iCloud.com, introduce tu usuario y contraseña (el mismo que en el telefono) y asegúrate que la información que quires está ahí, es decir, tus contactos, tus notas, tu calendario, etc.
Si si lo está al conectar tu iPhone a internet, iCloud sincronizará toda esa información que tu tengas seleccionada.
Si en iCloud.com no está tu información, entonces te sugiero que vayas a los servidores tales como Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, y otros, sin olvidar Facebook y mira a ver en cual de ellos puede estar el contenido de tus contactos. Cuando los encuentres, vuelve al Iphone y sincroniza contactos con ese servidor para recuperarlos.

Try #5.
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Since my update to ios5, I have encountered two problems which I can't see. To figure out. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The first problem is after the update several hours later I turned on my iPad only to be shocked that I no longer had any of my important bookmarks.
Also I do not have the same bookmarks on my desktop and iPad (eventually I was planning to do that) and I heard about the iCloud which is great and I know it can do photos, music, apps but I don't know if bookmarks apply to that.
IS there anyway I can get these bookmarks back ?
My other problem is later once I go to use my iPAd I end up with a black screen and the white spinning circle probably 2/3rds of the time. So far I just end up doing a hard reset?? I am not sure if I am using the right name, but I hold down the home button and power button at the same time and that does the trick. I have tried plugging in the iPAd to the charger but that had no effect. IS there something I can do to prevent this from happening so frequently?
