Port Forwarding (Http, 80). Please Help, its been 24 hours now...

Hi every one,
Since last 24+ hours i am struggling to port forwad the Http port (80) to one of my PC connected to Linksys Router. Here is the Senario:
Cable Modem (Motorola SB5101) is Connected to the WAN port of Router (Linksys Cisco WRT54G2)
My PC (vista ultimate) is connected to one of the lan ports on the router. (with a static IP, set on the PC's TCP/IP settings: IP address is 192.168.1.100)
Internet is working fine.
In the "Port Range Forward" section of the Router Setup Page (accessed by 192.168.1.1) I gave Start:80, End:80, Protocal: TCP*, IP Address: 192.168.1.100, Enable: Checked.
* I have tried setting Protocol:Both as well
I have disabled all of my Firewalls on the Router and on the PC as well.
Now when i test my port 80 accesibility through http://www.canyouseeme.org/, it says connection timed out. (i.e. my web server is not accessible).
If I connect my modem directly to the pc (without router), and then test port 80 through http://www.canyouseeme.org/ it says connection was sucessful (webserver accessible). (so there is no blocade from ISP)
DHCP is enabled on the Motorola SB5101 Modem
DHCP is enabled on the Linksys Cisco WRT54G2 Router
Tried following flavours as well:
DHCP disabled on Modem, Enabled on Router. UPnP enabled on Router
DHCP enabled on Modem, Disabled on Router. UPnP enabled on Router
DHCP disabled on Modem, Enabled on Router. UPnP disabled on Router
DHCP enabled on Modem, Disabled on Router. UPnP disabled on Router
with the same above flavours, i have also tried DMZ (after disabling all port forwarding settings and making sure no port trigering is set), but that didnt worked as well.
there is no NAT (enable/disable) settings on my Motorola SB5101 Modem. The only option that i can enable or disable on my modem is its DHCP settings.
I'll be greatfull if any one can help. Thanks in advance.

The only options i have, when i access my modem through 192.168.100.1 are:
Frequency Plan (Drop Down List), set to "North American Standard/HRC/IRC" (the other two options are: "European PAL I/B/G" and "Japan NTSC"

Frequency (Text Box), set to "789000000"
DHCP Server Enabled (Check Box), Checked
Save Changes (Button)
Restore Factory Defaults (Button)

this is all that is EDITABLE. all of these options are in CONFIGURATION section. there are other sections (Status, Signal, Address, Logs, Help) but nothing can be modified in these sections, its just information.

Port will only report as open if there is a listening appliaction on the port on the destination device. Try something simple that we know works e.g. remote desktop which uses port 3389Enable remote desktop on your computer - typically right mouse click my computer, select properties, select remote settings, select remote, select Allow connections any version.now logon to router select firewall settingsselect port forwardingspecify ip address of your machineselect Remote Desktop from services - will show tcp any -> 3389 udp any -> 3389select addselect apply Now try checkmyport.net and test port 3389If it doesn't show as open then it sounds like a firewall issue In either case you'll probably want to go back in and turn off remote desktop access unless you really want to access your machine from the outside. let us know the results.

Reinstalling os x - its been 15 hours now and still 10 hours remaining?!?!

so obviously this is very wrong. this is my wifes macbook (white plastic model with the intel chip) and its exceedingly slow in reinstalling the os. it suggested that i 'simply click' the icon and it would do its thing. that was 12 hours ago.
is it something hardware or ram based as my pc friends suggest it be? I'm loathe to shut it down as I don't know what it would do.
any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated.

WEll, if you're going to quit it, do the Hardware test with the d or Option key, it can't really be trusted if it passes, but it's the best we have.
Then check the Logs for S.M.A.R.T. errors on the HD. From the same menu as below.
If you want to reinstall, do this first...

If your iPhone 4s was backed up to iCloud or using iTunes, you can restore the backed up data to your new phone.

Maybe:
Restore loop (being prompted to restore again after a restore successfully completes)
Troubleshoot your USB connection. If the issue persists, out-of-date or incorrectly configured third-party security software may be causing this issue. Please follow Troubleshooting security software issues. .
Next try placing in DFU mode and then restoring.

Then try restoring on another computer.

Itunes is not updating my podcast. its been 3 weeks now

for some reason itunes is not updating my podcast.
I have made changes to the feed and those changes do not show up when i view in itunes.
my feed is located at http://freemillionairebook.com/mikelitman_podcast.xml
as you can see there is a description for the show on the feed but when i view it in itunes it do not show any description for the episode.
its been 3 weeks now. I have verified the feed and it do not show any errors.

I also tried to add new episodes to the feed and they also do not show up on itunes.

Although on subscribing iTunes is showing the contents of the 'description' tag (I thought it wasn't before. but I could be wrong) the 'itunes:subtitle' and 'itunes:summary' tags are still empty. If you've made the changes, have you uploaded the changed feed?
When you add a new episode to your feed and upload it, it appears immediately for subscribers because their iTunes application reads the feed directly and the Store is not involved.
However because of the huge number of podcasts in the Store (thousands) the Store caches the feed and checks it for updates periodically. For this reason it usually takes 1-2 days for new episodes to appear in the Store: sometimes it can be less, and occasionally the whole process seems to get stuck and it can take several days.
You mention 'new episodes' but there is only one episode in the feed.

You may want to look at Knowledge Base Document #58042 on A flashing question mark appears when you start your Mac.
Do you have access to another Mac? You may want to backing up your files via Target Disk Mode (TDM) as well as running some utilities (Knowledge Base Document #58583 on How to use FireWire target disk mode.
You may want to invest in a utility like DiskWarrior from Alsoft. It is great for troubleshooting drive malfunctions.
As said before, you may also want to bring your iBook to your local Apple Store/Reseller.

You iPod has been jail broken. Unfortunately you are on your own here. I can offer that you need to find out which method and software was used to JB.
