Portal License Install Problems

In your <WLCS 2.01 install dir>\bin\win32\sethome.bat file (assuming you are
running WinNT), the location of the license should be included in a pair of
CLASSPATHs, i.e.,

You don't need to include WebLogicCommerceLicense.xml in your classpath as
long as the license directories are correctly specified for UTILITY_CLASSPATH
and WEBLOGIC_CLASSPATH as above.
If all that seems to be okay, also make sure that you have a license file
(WebLogicCommerceLicense.xml) in the correct place for WLS 5.1 and WLCS
2.01. They should be in <WLS5.1 install dir>\license and <WLCS2.01 install
dir>\license.

Why does WebLogic fail to recognize my license by spitting out a
LicenseException. Before I had demo license tags for Commerce Server and
Personalization Server.
I'm using WebLogicCommerceLicense.xml in my CLASSPATH
